Given is a table which clearly illustrates the striking trend of aged population in China from 1990 to 2050. During the first 22 years, the number of people aged 60 and above ascended slightly from 97.19 to 136 million, and since 2012 it is predicted that this number will surge remarkably, reaching 410 million in 2050. Meanwhile, the proportion of aged citizens revealed and will reveal the similar trend, and it will reach 27.4% in total population.

Such a scenario can be naturally associated with various problems in aged society. Therefore, a larger proportion of senior citizens have to take more responsibilities in work, family and society.

Such a scenario can be naturally associated with various problems in aged society, but what resulted in this change above? For one thing, the past 30 years was best characterized by the policy of Family Plan in China, which enabled a host of families to have only one kid and enabled the proportion of youngsters to decline. For another, compared with the past, medical care and quality of life is and will be better; therefore, a larger proportion of people live longer. Consequently, the percentage of aged people showed and will show a trend of rise.

他决定，不要忙着解决问题，先想办法复制成功。

史坦宁到一个乡下村庄，测量每个孩子的身高体重，找出其中家境不好，却长得比别人高壮的孩子。

结果他发现，高壮的孩子在同样艰困的环境中，有着跟别人不同的生活方式。这个村里的人民，一般人每天只有钱吃两餐饭。高壮的孩子家并不比别人富有，妈妈一天能煮的食物量一样多，但是她们把它分成四餐。

一般村民的孩子每天吃两餐、每餐平均分量较多，然而因为孩子长期营养不良，肠胃没办法一次消化吸收那么多食物，因此多吃的部分无益。反而每天吃四餐、每餐平均分量较少，孩子长得比较好。

此外，一般村民相信，孩子知道自己有多饿，一大锅饭菜端出来，全家人各取所需。但是高壮的孩子的妈妈，会先把他们的饭菜分出来，确保孩子吃得饱。遇到生病等特殊情况，妈妈还会一口一口喂孩子吃完饭。

最后，一般村民的孩子不吃虾、螃蟹和地瓜叶，前两者被视为大人才吃的东西，后者被视为喂牲畜用的低等食材。高壮的孩子的妈妈则不这样想，她们在田里捞出小虾小蟹，把地瓜叶剁碎全部加入白米中煮，增加了孩子的蛋白质与维生素。

发现高壮的孩子的秘诀，史坦宁将之推广到整个村落。这些做法其他村民都做得到，而且可以持续做下去。以前很多专家写过各种计划都没有成功，现在仅复制高壮的孩子的生活习惯，六个月后，村里65%的孩子营养不良改善。最后，这套做法总共影响了越南两百多万人。

这是《创意黏力学》一书的作者希思兄弟，二月再度联手出版的新书《转变》所举的一个例子。希思兄弟以此说明，改变要有进展，需要有明确的方向，告诉参与的人往哪里走、如何做、目的地在哪，因此，找出成功的部分非常重要。

在多年的雅思教学中，我发现学生在实际考试中面临着不同的写作障碍，影响了考试成绩，雅思英语考试中应该如何克服写作障碍。归纳起来大致有以下几个方面：

一、真情流露，无从下笔

有的考生在考试时见到作文题，顿感思路塞车，好像有许多话要说，但又不知究竟应从那里写起。明智的做法是“投其所好、尽情发挥。”考生不妨把作文的要求量化到每一个段落，一篇250词左右的作文一般不会超过15句话，把这15句话根据题目要求分配到各段中去，每一段大概只说那么几句话，事实上往往是说得越多错误越多。因此，每句话紧扣提纲，见好就收,这才是最稳妥的对策。

二、心里明白，难以表达

在考场上有的考生题目看得懂，提纲也明白，就是不知道该说什么，头脑里一片空白。这是在雅思写作考试中的一种常见的现象，针对这一现象，最有效的办法就是要善于联想到一些具体的事实，具体的例证和具体的现象。事实上，雅思的作文题目一定是一个具有社会普遍型话题，其目的是让不同教育背景的考生都有话可说。因此，考生一定能就题目联想起具体细小的事情再形成观点。把看得见摸得着的事物带来的思考变成作文里的实质内容，这不失为一种很好的策略。

因此，当头脑出现空白时，应该由具体细小的、琐碎的、微不足道的事物所引发的思考形成观点，再进行论述。这种定式思维的形成需要多下功夫多练习。

三、一味追求标新立异，导致无从下笔

考试时通常发现有的考生聚精会神的坐在那里冥思苦想，非要想出一个与众不同的观点。陷入这种境地的考生，显然犯了一个根本性的错误，参考时间为40分钟的作文，一般应在35分钟之内完成,再用几分钟的时间检查语言错误。可有的考生十几分钟一句话都写不了，就是因为他太进入角色了，这是考试中一个很大的误区。

四、构思、写作不统一，落实有困难

针对构思、写作不统一，落实有困难情况。必须摒弃翻译中追求一一对应的关系，并机械地把中文译成英文的方法，应该把中文句子结构彻底地忘记，然后用比较简单的“万能”英语表达。平时不妨做一做这样的练习，通过阅读不认识词条的英文注解，然后试着把单词译成中文词，再去对照英汉词典的汉语释义，慢慢地就会开始领会用英语表达的门道了。

五、被动心态压抑新构思

尽管雅思考试作文为规定式命题，但考生仍可积极主动地发挥。其主动性在于采取回避的策略，表达上采取迂回的方式，即运用不很复杂的语言。内容的取舍上避重就轻地写比较易于表达的内容。很多人在写作过程中从头至尾都处于被动状态，当有内容想要表达清楚的时候，却又发现种种途径都不可能表达好，只好硬着头皮把自己意识到没把握的东西勉强写上去。连自己都意识到可能是错误的东西，只会产生于己不利的负面影响。所以，当有的内容感觉一点找不着，英语实在表达不清楚的时候，就应该彻底地放弃。单词拼写错误也是雅思考试作文写作的一大问题。常用单词是不能拼错的，有的单词平时会拼写，考试时突然没把握了，不妨换一下或许还能想起另外一个难度大一点、拼写有把握的来代替。应该回避明确知道自己不会拼写的词。如果没法换一个词，将句子改换一种说法亦未尝不可。有的考生在考卷上没把握的地方标上问号，或者把两种可能都写上，让判卷老师选择，这个方法是不可取的。

有的家长很困惑，孩子在写作业时不能一下写完，中间总要做些别的事情，然后再写作业，该怎么办呢？

对于孩子做作业这件事，我觉得有些家长的长按点可能有点偏差了。重要的不是孩子是如何完成作业的，而是最后他完成作业的结果怎样，也就是：总共用了多长时间完成，完成的质量如何。如果孩子最后完成作业的时间并不会耽误他上床睡觉以及其他重要的事情，作业的质量也挺高没有什么差错和毛病，那么，孩子是一次写完，还是分几次写完，其实并没那么重要，不是吗？

但为什么很多家长总觉得孩子就应该一次性写完作业，而不能写写玩玩或者是干点别的什么呢？原因就在于，我们成人总觉得，凡事一次性集中做完，这叫专注，这样才有效率。

事实真的是这样吗？我想，以下3个真正的事实，才是家长们最应该去了解和注意的。

第一，孩子注意力的集中时间本身就是有限的。

年龄越小的孩子专注时间越短，心理学家的研究表明，在良好的环境下，3岁孩子能集中注意3-5分钟，4岁能集中5-10分钟，5-6岁约为10-15分钟，7-10岁时约为15-20分钟，10-12岁时约为20-30分钟，12岁以上能超过30分钟。

第二，注意力集中时间长短受到很多因素的影响。

同一年龄段的孩子，注意不同的事物，也会有差别。就算是同一个孩子，在不同的环境下，对待不同的事情，注意力时间也是不一样的。

因为注意分为主动注意和被动注意，学习、写作业通常属于主动注意，是件“费神、费劲”的事情，它需要孩子主动、持续地注意自己也许并不感兴趣的目标，而看电视、玩新奇的游戏等则是不需要“费劲”的，主要是被动注意在起作用，所以能“坚持”很久。所以，越是费神的、不感兴趣的事情，孩子的注意力集中时间就会相应越短。

第三，按照自己的习惯和节奏做事的孩子效率才会更高。

当孩子无法让自己继续集中注意力的时候，该怎么办？最好的办法当然是先暂停，先去休息或者放松一下，等恢复状态了再继续，效率反倒更高，否则，一直强迫自己疲劳的神经，保持表面的所谓“注意力集中”，但其实脑子根本转不动，作业自然也不可能做得好。

所以你就应该理解了，为什么孩子“中间总要做些别的事情，然后再写作业”，其实很可能就是他自我调节的一种方式而已。就像你工作困了可能会去喝杯咖啡提提神，也可能会趴着或者闭上眼睛小休一会，原理都是一样的。

每个人做事的习惯和节奏是不一样的，人只有在按照自己最习惯最舒服的方式去做事时，效率才会更高。有的孩子习惯一气呵成写完作业，有的孩子就是习惯写写玩玩或者是干点别的什么让自己可以更放松更高效，这都不是什么原则性的大问题。

所以，你最需要做的事情，首先就是尽量激发孩子的学习兴趣，营造良好的家庭学习氛围；其次，是和孩子商定好最后完成作业的时间，比如最迟晚上几点之前一定要完成。具体的时间节奏尽量让他自己安排，是先写作业还是先玩或者干别的，这个不用强制。定好规则，如果他贪玩过了时间没写完，就不能继续再写，第二天自己去面对老师的批评，自己承担结果，慢慢孩子自然就知道要更合理地抓紧时间了。

当然，考虑到孩子在正式的上课和考试等场景下，是需要更长时间地集中注意力的，所以，你可以适当长按下孩子间隔的频率和时间长短，以及具体做的都是哪些事情，是不是都在正常范围内。

比如一个10岁的孩子每过5分钟就要停下来玩一下，显然就有点频率太高了。喝点水、上个洗手间、翻翻其他的书、玩个玩具、听会音乐等，都是正常的放松调节方式，通常只要不超过10分钟一般都不是什么问题。但如果孩子中间停下来玩上几十分钟的游戏或者玩具之类，那就需要适当加以干预和引导了。

无论怎样，干预时一定注意你的沟通方式，不要老是简单粗暴催催催，越催孩子只会越反感越不想写作业。你可以关心地问问他是不是累了，或者是不是作业比较难，有没有需要帮助支持的地方。最后和孩子商讨定个目标，如果能在多少分钟内写完，就可以早点去玩，或者去做点其他自己喜欢的事情等，来推动孩子自己去逐步控制中间休息的频率和长短，最终达到提高整体速度的目的。要注意的是，这个目标的时间长度也是要逐步递减的，不要一下子定得太高，比如一开始可能是100分钟写完，每周加快5分钟，最后缩短到60分钟内写完。

党校是学习、研究、宣传马克思主义的重要阵地，我们在学习贯彻工作中先行一步，学得更多一些、更深一些、更透一些，就能对广大党员干部的学习贯彻起到十分重要的引领带动作用。半个月前，中央党校校委通过了《中共中央党校关于深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列讲话精神的意见》，对党校学习贯彻工作提出了明确意见，作出了部署安排。今天这个座谈会，是全国党校系统掀起学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神热潮的一个重要举措，是对学习贯彻工作的再动员、再推动。下面，我谈两点意见，和大家交流。

一、深入学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神是一项长期政治任务，要不断把思想和行动统一到讲话精神上来

坚持和发展中国特色社会主义，进行具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争，必须坚持正确的理论指导，必须坚持党的指导思想与时俱进。习近平总书记系列讲话，是对十八大精神的充实和深化，是对中国特色社会主义理论体系的丰富和发展。深入学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神，在以下三个方面努力很重要。

第一，在深化对学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神重大意义的认识上下功夫。深入学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神，是统一思想认识、凝聚奋进力量的迫切需要，是把握发展大势、明确前进方向的迫切需要，是赢得发展新优势、开创事业新局面的迫切需要，是提高党员干部队伍素养、增强驾驭复杂局面能力的迫切需要。对于党校系统来说，深入学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神，也是进一步做好党校工作、推进党校事业发展的迫切需要，不仅有助于党校全面履行自身职能，而且对于引领和推动讲话精神的学习、研究、宣传具有十分重要的作用。学习好贯彻好讲话精神，我们才能更好地认识和把握党校肩负的政治责任，在党的建设中发挥更大作用。

第二，在全面领会总书记系列讲话精神的基本内涵上下功夫。学习贯彻讲话精神，既要全面把握，又要突出重点，着力领会基本内涵和蕴藏其中的新思想、新观点。云山校长在第一期省部级干部专题研讨班开班时的讲话中，从“坚持和发展中国特色社会主义”、“实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦”、“全面深化改革开放”、“推动科学发展”、“社会主义民主政治和依法治国”、“宣传思想工作”、“国际关系和我国外交战略”、“党的建设”等八大方面，对习近平总书记系列讲话进行了概括，很全面、很准确、很权威，对我们全面领会系列讲话精神的丰富内涵具有十分重要的指导作用。习近平总书记系列讲话精神是不断丰富和发展的，今后总书记发表新的讲话，我们党校系统的同志要一如既往地认真学习。

第三，在深刻把握总书记系列讲话所贯穿的立场观点方法上下功夫。学习总书记系列讲话，既要知其言，更要知其意，既要知其然，更要知其所以然。对总书记系列讲话精神学习得深不深、贯彻得实不实，很重要是看对贯穿其中的立场观点方法把握得准不准、理解得透不透。云山校长从“坚定信仰追求”、“历史担当意识”、“真挚为民情怀”、“务实思想作风”和“科学思想方法”等五个方面，对总书记系列讲话的核心要义、思想精髓进行了阐述，为我们全面把握系列讲话所贯穿的马克思主义世界观和方法论提供了科学完整的分析框架，我们要深刻学习领会，以忠诚之心对待党的宗旨、以感恩之心对待人民群众，善于运用历史思维、战略思维、辩证思维、底线思维分析形势、把握趋势、谋划大势，增强工作的科学性、预见性和主动性。

二、充分发挥党校优势、聚合党校资源，在学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神热潮中有更大作为

党校是为立党、兴党、强党而建立和工作的。现在，全党上下正在深入学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神，我们要充分履行党校职责、发挥党校作用，为推动学习贯彻工作不断向广度和深度拓展作出应有贡献。

第一，发挥推动和引领全党学习的排头兵作用，持续深化对总书记系列讲话精神的学习。党校是党的学习基地，只有我们自己首先学明白了、学扎实了，才能引领和推动广大党员干部的学习。这就要原原本本地学，老老实实地学，认认真真地学，联系群众地学，精心研读、学以致用，避免浅尝辄止、脱离实际。还要反复对照、仔细揣摩，从整体上把握好总书记的重要思想，真正做到学有所得、学有所悟，努力把学习成果转化为推动工作的实际成效。

第二，发挥培训轮训党员领导干部的主渠道作用，用总书记系列讲话精神统一学员思想、强化理论武装。通过教育培训统一思想、凝聚共识，帮助党员干部夯实理论基础、开阔世界眼光、培养战略思维、增强党性修养，是党校的独特优势和教学特色。当前，我们要着力做好讲话精神进党校教材、进党校课堂、进党校学员头脑工作。中央党校编辑了《习近平总书记十八大以来重要论述专题摘编》，供省部班学员使用。我们还将组织修订党校教学大纲和教学计划，在各主体班次和党校研究生教学中开设学习总书记系列讲话精神专题课。建议各级党校也把学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神作为教学布局的重中之重，同时把学习贯彻总书记系列讲话精神同正在开展的群众路线教育实践活动紧密结合起来，强化理论武装、加强党性锻炼。

第三，发挥思想理论主阵地作用，加强对总书记系列讲话精神的研究和宣传。在党的理论研究和理论宣传上，党校历来发挥着重要作用，重大节点有声音、重大问题亮观点、重大时段搭平台。我们要继续做好这方面工作、组织党校理论工作者撰写重点文章，作好阐释解读工作，为党员干部学习贯彻讲话精神提供学理支撑。要充分运用党校报刊、电视等媒体，充分利用博客、微博等新传播手段，及时跟进宣传，引导网上舆论，努力营造学习贯彻系列讲话精神的浓厚氛围。

第四，发挥资政议政的思想库作用，以总书记系列讲话精神为指导，为党委和政府科学决策提供参考。党校有比较完备的学科设置，有学术实力过硬的教师队伍，有实践经验丰富的广大学员，有与国内外学术界的广泛联系，有进行社会调查的传统与便利，作为思想库条件优越。我们要围绕总书记系列讲话中提出的重大实践问题展开深入的调查研究，注重从总书记的重要论述中汲取丰富的政治智慧和思想养分，注重从基层一线获取最真实的信息和群众意见，注重从广大学员中汇集工作一线的情况与建议，为党委和政府提供政策咨询和对策研究成果，为推进社会主义经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设和党的建设贡献智慧和力量。
