Given is a table which clearly illustrates the striking trend of aged population in China from 1990 to 2050. During the first 22 years, the number of people aged 60 and above ascended slightly from 97.19 to 136 million, and since 2012 it is predicted that this number will surge remarkably, reaching 410 million in 2050. Meanwhile, the proportion of aged citizens revealed and will reveal the similar trend, and it will reach 27.4% in total population.

Such a scenario can be naturally associated with various problems in aged society. For one thing, aged society is best characterized by the more burden for youngsters to support parents, which will enable younger generation to work harder. In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education. 我们始终把联系实际、学以致用作为学习讲话精神的根本着眼点，坚持问题导向，把自己摆进去，把工作放进去，在学习中寻找答案，在学习中破解难题，推动学习成果进入思想、进入工作。一是带着信念学，促思想高度统一。深刻领会习近平总书记关于“道路问题是关系党的事业兴衰成败第一位的问题，道路就是党的生命”的重大思想，利用界首红十军革命教育基地和方志敏烈士的事迹来补好精神上的“钙”，让信念的力量内化于心，外化于行，真正用讲话精神统一思想、凝聚力量。二是带着问题学，促作风明显转变。始终牢记习近平总书记“作风建设永远在路上”的教导，聚焦“四风”和经济社会发展中的突出问题，组成14个调研组，由中心组成员牵头，相关部门参与，集中开展“下基层、接地气、访群众、听意见”大调研，共征求经济社会发展各类意见建议200余条，初步梳理出“四风”方面的问题160条，并针对这些问题，组织开展“最后一公里，常委帮你办”活动，由市委常委带头、中心组成员下乡进村、解难帮困，强化“动力在我、从我做起、向我看齐”的自觉。三是带着工作学，促发展转型升级。始终坚守习近平总书记“发展是解决当代中国一切问题的金钥匙”的重要观点和“改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键一招”的重要论述，坚持发展第一要务不动摇，并把全面深化改革作为推进发展升级的重要抓手，不断推动发展转型升级。去年财政总收入完成30.39亿元，在全省县(市、区)中排第11位。获得2013年度全省科学发展综合考评先进县(市、区)，位列同类县(市、区)第八名。同时，我们还牢牢遵循习近平总书记在保护生态方面和办好民生实事的重要指示，解决全市92万人口的安全饮水问题，启动乐安河沿岸重金属污染土地治理和生态修复工作，加大工业园区“三废”治理，保障性安居工程实现了城区人均住房10平方米以下低收入家庭应保尽保，并获得全省先进。
