各地教育部门和各级各类学校要增强政治意识、大局意识、责任意识，结合本地本校实际，精心组织，周密安排，采取切实可行的有力措施，推动学习贯彻不断深入。

1. 把讲话精神作为党委(党组)中心组学习和基层党组织政治学习的重中之重。要制订切实可行、系统推进的专题学习计划，明确学习目标和学习要求。要积极创造条件，安排相对集中时间，进行专门学习，确保学得更多一些，更透一些。要原原本本学习研读讲话精神，努力学深学透，领会讲话本意，掌握贯穿其中的立场观点方法。各级领导干部特别是党委(党组)主要负责同志，要以身作则、率先垂范，先学一步、学深一步，做到真学、真懂、真信、真用。要通过举办研讨班、培训班、学习班等多种途径，抓好各级党组织、本地区本部门党员干部的教育培训。

2. 扎实推动讲话精神进教材、进课堂、进头脑。做好高校思想政治理论课教材修订工作和“形势与政策”课教育教学要点制定工作，将讲话精神全面、有机地体现和渗透在教材和有关课程教学大纲中，指导各地各高校开展讲话精神学习教育。加大教师培训力度，将讲话精神作为哲学社会科学教学科研骨干研修班、思想政治理论课骨干教师研修班等培训的重要内容，及时学习好、领会好，宣传好、贯彻好，不断提高教育教学质量。深化中小学课程改革，将讲话精神有机融入中小学思想品德课教材。把学习讲话精神同开展社会主义核心价值体系学习教育、中国梦教育、“爱学习、爱劳动、爱祖国”教育、“节粮、节水、节电”活动等有机结合起来，推动立德树人工作常态化。

3. 切实将学习讲话精神与推动实际工作紧密结合起来。各地教育部门和各级各类学校要把学习讲话精神落实到教育改革发展各方面，体现到各项工作中。要把学习讲话精神与深入学习贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神紧密结合起来，与全面落实教育规划纲要结合起来，按照中央关于深化教育领域综合改革的决策部署，梳理工作任务，谋划落实举措，明确责任分工，制定贯彻落实重点工作安排。要把学习贯彻讲话精神与开展党的群众路线教育实践活动紧密结合起来，务求取得实实在在的成效。

4. 大力加强对讲话精神的研究阐释。要充分发挥高校人文社会科学学科齐全、人才集中、基础研究实力雄厚等优势，组织高校社科重点研究基地和知名专家学者，开展专题研究，深入研究阐释讲话的核心要义、思想精髓和科学思想方法，推出系列研究成果，为推进讲话精神“三进”，加强全党理论武装提供有力理论支持。加大支持力度，将研究阐释讲话精神列入高校哲学社会科学重大攻关项目，给予重点支持。

5. 积极营造学习讲话精神的浓厚氛围。各地教育部门和各级各类学校要有重点、分层次、多渠道地组织召开教育系统学习座谈会、学习报告会、交流会、理论研讨会等，持续推动学习活动深入开展。各类教育媒体和校报、电台、电视台要开辟专栏，广泛宣传讲话精神和各地各校学习贯彻讲话精神的有效做法，推出一批有分量、有深度的报道、综述、评论和理论文章，充分发挥微博、微信、社交网络和移动多媒体等新媒体的作用，开展具有网络特点的宣传报道，增强网络宣传的实效性和影响力。要广泛采取集中宣讲、知识竞赛、主题教育活动、学习专栏等形式，把学习贯彻讲话精神融入到广大师生喜闻乐见的各种活动之中，努力营造学习讲话精神的浓厚氛围。

党的十八大以来，市委按照中央和省委部署，市委中心组以高度政治责任感，切实做到“三个结合”，将学习贯彻讲话精神转化为打造赣浙闽皖四省交界区域中心城市和江西绿色崛起重要增长极的强大精神动力。

学与思结合，做到统一思想、提高认识

科学的理论只有被干部群众真正掌握，才能焕发出巨大的能量。一是立足“早”字。为确保学习及时性，我们为每个中心组成员配发了学习U盘，及时更新拷贝习近平总书记系列重要讲话，确保第一时间抓好学习。市委中心组成员还及时分专题给全市县处级干部讲授讲话精神。二是把握“常”字。中心组坚持集中学习与个人自学、精读原文与专家辅导相结合，还经常组织到项目现场学、驻基层蹲点学。2013年，市委中心组共集中学习15次。三是突出“新”字。我市创建了领导干部实名微信平台，经常通过召开“微信座谈会”及时学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神。如今年3月11日，市委书记陈俊卿通过微信发了一条“紧急通知”，要求各县(市、区)党政主要负责同志带头深入学习贯彻习近平总书记3月9日提出“三严三实”的讲话精神，党员干部迅速响应，纷纷通过微信踊跃发言，全市领导干部还各自写出800至2000字的书面学习体会，快捷高效地学习贯彻了讲话精神。

学与改结合，做到为民务实、改进作风

始终把学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神贯穿于党的群众路线教育实践活动全过程一是通过学习推动观念改变。我们以党委中心组学习为载体，始终坚持解放思想不动摇、改革创新不僵化，放大高铁效应、打造区域中心、实现生态立市、建设幸福上饶。二是通过学习推动作风改进。以“下基层、察民情、解民意”为切入点，开展“三访、三解、三个全覆盖”活动;集中开展出租车不打表、城乡环境卫生等“十大专项整治”活动，让群众感受到看得见、摸得着的变化。三是通过学习推动体制改革。我们出台了《中共上饶市委关于贯彻落实中央和省委全会精神全面深化改革的实施意见》和14个配套政策文件，重点围绕发展中的难题、改革中的掣肘问题，制定切实的政策举措。四是通过学习推动环境改善。着力营造与高铁时代相适应的高效率、低成本、无障碍开放环境，大力实施简政放权，力争成为全国行政审批事项最少的地区之一。

学与干结合，做到联系实际、推动工作

习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，既部署“过河的任务”，又指导如何解决“桥或船”的问题，关键是学以致用。一是将讲话精神贯穿推进改革发展全过程。切实做到壮大总量与转型升级同步推进，经济建设与生态保护同步推进，加快发展与改善民生同步推进，改革创新与和谐稳定同步推进。二是将讲话精神贯穿保障改善民生全过程。把“人民对美好生活的向往”作为价值追求和奋斗目标，努力提高城乡居民收入，大力发展各项社会事业，实现经济发展与民生改善良性循环。三是将讲话精神贯穿创新社会治理全过程。大力推进法治上饶和平安上饶建设，积极抓好社会治理创新，保持社会和谐稳定的良好局面。四是将讲话精神贯穿打造过硬队伍全过程。实现党的十八大确定的各项目标任务，关键在党，关键在人。市委先后出台了一系列举措，从动议提名到全程纪实，从考核评价到任用票决，从挂职锻炼到轮岗交流，从一线培养到监督管理，构建起了“立体聚焦式”评价、选用好干部模式。

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

Thus, it’s high time that we did something to improveour surroundings. Everybody should raise the awareness to protect our motherearth. Let’s appeal to more people to join us.

All in all ,there’s no doubt that keeping the balanceof human and nature ,we will benefit a lot.

Id like to tell you that our school has worked out a new program.

The purposes of the program are to make our school more beautiful, to make the air cleaner and fresher, and to turn our school into a better place for us to study and live in.

According to the program, we will plant different kinds of trees, flowers and grass in and around our school. A botanical garden will be built for us to visit and practice in. Besides, we are to build a small garden in which we can do some reading and take a rest. Whats more, some statues of famous people will be set up to encourage us to work harder. Dont you think it a wonderful program?
