More than half of Beijings adult single children dont intend to have two kids, even though national policy allows them to do so.

The countrys family planning policy of the late 1970s restricted urban families from having more than one child to control population growth.

However, a new survey by the Beijing Administrative Institute shows 52 percent of those now-grown-up single children, who are allowed two offspring, do not want a second child.

Many cited economic pressures as a factor.

The results were released on Sunday at the Beijing Forum, organized by Peking University.

Beijing has roughly 2 million only-child adults.

More than 1,100 people from only-child families, aging 20 to 34, were polled.

Only 24 percent of respondents said they would like to have two children.

More than a quarter of respondents would opt for a "DINK" (double income, no kids) lifestyle.

Survey figures showed that respondents with a primary education wanted 1.1 children on average, those with a bachelor degree wanted 1.3, and those with masters or higher degrees wanted 1.5 children.

"Beijing has maintained a super low birth rate - less than 1.3 children in a family in average - for nearly 20 years, posing increasing pressure on the countrys aging population," Hou Yafei, a professor with the institute, said.

Hou said that the top four factors that determined peoples intentions to have children were "income, child care, housing and policy conditions".

"The government should encourage couples from one-child families to have a second child and should provide better welfare services."

This would promote population sustainability, Hou said.

The survey also found that people with higher education backgrounds intend to have more children because they are more confident with their financial security.

末日的警钟一分一秒的接近，有“地球之肺”的森林逐渐的减少，地球开始崩毁，地球只有一个，而且这一个属于大家，而不是人类的，地球是我们的庇护所，我们应该找到一个和地球共存的平衡点，减少地球的怒气，让人类不再是加重灾难来临的推手，让我们有更好的生活环境，同时也替后代子孙多留一些生存空间。

自从学习心理咨询相关知识后，笔者将其知识和技巧应用于解决护患纠纷上，取得了良好效果。

认同患方感受，安抚其情绪护士姐妹们有一个误区：总是站在自己的角度考虑问题，认为自已做得不错，是病人刁难、难侍候，委屈感强，当纠纷发生时总是为自己辩解，导致矛盾升级。其实每一个人都有自尊的需要，当他提出一个问题时，他需要获得尊重、肯定和认同，而当你不给予认同时，他便会因面子上挂不住而加大力度维护自己的观点，有一个作用力便有一个反作用力，于是双方都加强力度竭力为自己辩解，从而导致情绪恶化、越争越凶。

如果患者或家属来找护士的麻烦，肯定是有什么事让其不舒服，是带着情绪来的。因此，首先必须认真倾听对方的讲述，这样既能满足对方倾诉的需要，也便于我们了解事情的原委、问题的大小，思考应对的策略医学|教育网整理搜集。其次是站在对方的角度来看待问题，认同对方的感受，“不管怎样，这件事让你感觉不舒服，我们感到很抱歉”，“这件事给您带来困扰，真是对不起”。经过倾听和认同，其负性情绪基本能安抚下来，这样他才能静下心来听你的解释。

给予合理解释，化解矛盾或误会患者或家属的心情平复了，我们也了解了事情的来龙去脉，有针对性地予以解释，并对其给予关怀和理解，非原则性矛盾基本能化解。

激发患方的高尚情感，取得原谅和理解。护士工作千头万绪、琐碎繁复，其中不免有失误之处、情绪态度欠佳之时，如果能够诚恳地承认错误和不足，一般都能得到谅解。同时我们在此也有一个误区：认为认错就是理亏，对方会得寸进尺。其实不然，没有人能做到十全十美，主动承认自己的某些小的不足，反而会起到抬高自我的作用，对方会发现你勇于承认错误，主动承担责任，谦虚诚实、理解关心他人、善于调整情绪等，从而更加信任和理解，有利于促进护患关系。

总结分析解决纠纷过程，提出改进措施解决护患纠纷后，应进行分析总结，找出失误，并改善工作流程和服务态度，防止类似事件的发生。心理学认为，说理不重要，结果最重要，有效才是硬道理，怎样采取措施和方法达到有效解决护患纠纷的目的才是我们最终所追求的目标。

I said: "Im not forget, I just from watching TV." Mother said: "some important watching TV, or picking up litter some important?" I said: "rubbish." Mother said: "you hurry up to pick up."

And then, I picked up a small pile of junk, throw in the trash, I apologized to his mother not only, I also to shun feng mountain park, sweep the floor every aunt to recognize the fault. Because, if everyone throw a piece of garbage on the ground, and then will add burden to clean the aunt. If you see a piece of garbage on the ground, then you are curved waist, and activities, do a man to protect the environment, is to clean the aunt to reduce burden...

, although it has been over the past year, I learned about it, if the world all throw a piece of garbage on the ground, the whole earth will become a waste, so each of us should protect the environment, protect the earth, the world will be more beautiful!

人人都要保护环境，这是大自然的规律，如果不保护环境，世界就会被污染。

保护环境是从一点一滴的小事做起，而我却没有做好。有一次过新年，我们去顺峰山公园游玩，骑完自行车，我们个个都饿了，我们买了一小包零食来吃，而我，吃完零食，我因为高兴过头了，所以随手就把我吃过的7包零食的包装扔在地上，然后我进去便利店里面看电视，尽管今天的电视剧很好看，过了半个小时，我把以前妈妈跟我说的话忘得一干二净，我所有的心思都沉迷在这个电视剧里面。在过了三十分钟，我才想起来，可是，这时候，妈妈生气的走过来说：“你这个臭丫头，难道我以前跟你说的要保护环境，你都忘了吗?”我说：“我不是忘了，我只是顾着看电视。”妈妈说：“看电视重要一些，还是捡垃圾重要一些?”我说：“捡垃圾。”妈妈说：“那你快点捡呀。”

然后，我捡起一小堆垃圾，扔进垃圾桶，我不但向妈妈认错了，我也向顺峰山公园的每一个扫地阿姨认了错。因为，如果每个人都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么就会给清洁阿姨增加负担。如果你看见一块垃圾在地面，那你就弯弯腰，动动手，做一个保护环境的人，那么就会给清洁阿姨减少负担……

虽然这件事已经过去一年了，但是，这件事让我学会了，如果世界上都扔一块垃圾在地面，那么整个地球就会变成一片废区，所以我们每个人都要保护环境，保护地球，世界才会更美好!

Patches of forest became less factories. The lawn into a wasteland, beautiful grassland into desert. Why is this? This is because people caused by deforestation.

Human survival depends on the environment, the environment depends on human protection. Do humans have that moment didnt wake up until the end of the earth? I call on: to protect the environment! We act together.

地球是人类的母亲，人类的生存离不开她。地球受到了破坏，我们又怎么能袖手旁观呢?就说我家西边的小河吧!以前，这条小河清澈见底，有很多小鱼小虾在里面自由自在地游着，整天过着无忧无虑的生活，小河里充满了生机。那时我很喜欢到那里玩。现在，由于大城市的工地随意的排放污水，还有人们不断的乱扔垃圾。那条生机勃勃的小河不见了，变成了一条臭烘烘的污河，我再也不喜欢那里了!

如今，许多野生动物成为了人们盘中的美食。如果没有这些可爱的动物，我们的生活就会变得特别无趣。早晨起来，不能听到小鸟叽叽喳喳清脆的叫声，那多不好啊!

片片森林变成了座座工厂。草地变成了荒原，美丽的草原变成了沙漠。这究竟是为什么?这是因为人们乱砍乱伐造成的。

人类要靠环境生存，环境要靠人类保护。难道人类还要等到地球毁灭的那一刻才醒悟吗?我呼吁：保护环境!大家一起行动吧。

一天晚饭后，我与爸爸、妈妈展开了对环境问题的讨论。

妈妈首先发言，“现在的环境不太好，可以说是很差，PM2。5很严重，很多人外出都要带口罩！”爸爸也深有同感：“哎呀！现在环境是不好，污水都排放到河里，你看我们小区里的那条河呀，散步时都臭气熏天。”“我同意！我同意！我带米拉（我家养的小狗）下去遛弯时，都要捂着鼻子。那闸门不开时，水很少而且是乌黑的，石头、死鱼都露出水面，散发着一阵阵恶臭，”我生气地说道。妈妈无可奈何道：“造成环境不好的原因主要还是人们环保意识不强，在发展经济的同时，忽视了对环境的保护。逢年过节时，人们大量购买烟花爆竹，节日气氛虽然增加了，但同时也对环境造成了极大的伤害。”爸爸接着说道，“我很赞同妈妈的看法，我们家每年都不放，一家人聚在一起，也一样有过年的气氛。”我嬉皮笑脸地说：“就是呀！别人家放，我们远远地看，还更清楚、更漂亮呢！”“汽车排放的尾气也是污染环境的罪魁祸首，”妈妈意味深长地说，“但是，我们生活中又离不开汽车。现在大家的工作、学习都很紧张，不开汽车将会浪费很多时间在路上，所以我们只能尽量少开车，休息日多骑骑自行车……”没等妈妈说完，我调皮地边笑边说，“哈哈！别忘了我们还有‘11’路呢，这样既能锻炼身体又能保护环境。”

为了你爱的人和爱你的人，就让我们一起来保护地球这个大家庭的环境吧！

With the quickly development in the economic field in nowadays,the resources on the earth get fewer and fewer. As we all know, the earth is the only home to everybody. So we can learnt from it is how important is the environment for our community. However, in order to protecting it,there is no doublt something must to be done with all of us.

First of all, in my opinion, I think as a member in the home of the unique earth, all of us should have the minds to construct a environmentally friendly society. so, I am appeal all of you to protect the environment together. And do what the little things near by you.

Then, the views what I agree is that: on one hand, learn more environment protecting knowledge in free time, and keep it in mind and do it .on the other hand, set an example for all the people.

The last but not least, everybody must keep it in mind is there’s no denying we have only an earth ,we must keep it from environment breaking, for us and everyone on the earth.

In a word, we must do the little things near to us from this moment, and remember it everywhere and everytime.

If we dont take care of our lovely campus and make it hurt, we will suffer harm and harm our health.

Today, we need to protect the environment as our obligation to protect the environment with our actual actions. We should know how to protect the environment is to protect ourselves, we should not only use resources rationally, whenever they want to protect the environment, as a student, we should create more green campus. Starts from the minor matter, starts from now, starts from the care for the campus and protect the environment, picked up a piece of paper on the ground and save every drop of water, cherish every inch, walk more, dont cross the green, the grass. I believe that in the near future, our life will be another scene!
