快乐寒假就要过去了，我决定总结一下这个寒假我过怎么样。

这个寒假还没开始，我就前往泰国游玩，那里四季如春，我玩不亦乐乎，在疯玩了十多天后我们才回来，回家时候已经是晚上了，我们回到家倒头就睡，第二天就是春节，放鞭炮，串门，看春晚，再加上几天狂欢，一月都快过去了，作业也只字未动。

到了二月，我一看作业那么多，也只好抓紧写。前两天还算勤奋，一天写两篇快乐寒假和一篇周记。可是就到了第三天，妈妈带我出去玩了一上午，下午我又犯懒，拖拖拉拉才把《快乐寒假》搞定了，可是还有很多数学作业，我一边拖拉，一边写，好不容易在三天内搞定了数学，我可算是送了一口气，可是再一看语文，我又傻眼了，所有阅读记录卡都没有写，而且还有两篇周记。

但是我第二天睡醒觉后开始发烧，而且一下子就烧到38。5度，而且肚子钻心得疼。妈妈只好带我去了一趟医院，医生给我开了两个退烧药，和一个清热宁。下午烧就降下来了，我出门散了一会步又回家休息了。第二天我本来想去写作业，可是肚子又开始疼，而且还经常拉肚子，我姥姥看了一下药，发现是药副作用，又把我带去医院，换了一个止吐止泻药吃。当时除了医院我也不舒服，再加上药特别难吃，刚喝了药就吐了，止吐变成了致吐，只好暂时停了一天药。生了三天病，身体才算恢复了正常，烧退了，肚子也好了，我才开始写在作文本上写作文。

这时，只剩下两天写作业时间了，我妈妈规定我必须在一天内把所有阅读卡做完并且把一篇作文打上去。于是，我奋起直追，终于在一天内完成了任务，总算松了口气。

今天，我们早餐吃早茶，十点多才回家，我一会家便写下了这篇作文，完成了作业。

这个寒假虽说过很快乐，但是也让我知道了：寒假要结束了，我也要收收心了。

“叮零零——”铃声响了，这是快乐的铃声，这是悦耳的铃声。因为从这一刻起，我们就要放假了。回到家，我赶紧制定了一个计划，好度过一个充实又精彩的假期。

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite,so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together.Sometimes we may have a match against

some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

今天是寒假的第一天，爸爸妈妈为庆祝我优异的期末成绩，决定今天包饺子!早上妈妈买了一些野菜、饺子皮和肉。我高兴极了，不住地说：“今天吃饺子喽了!”

中午到了，妈妈已经在桌子边包饺子了，我在一旁看着，觉得包很简单，手就开始有点痒痒了。我便学着妈妈包饺子的样子，自己也开始包饺子。

我先把饺子馅用筷子夹到饺子皮上，然后把饺子皮用手一点点的捏，嗯?怎么感觉手上湿湿的，一看原来皮破啦，妈妈说：“你放的馅太多啦!怎么能包住呢?”

我又拿了个饺子皮的，少放了点馅，一点点的又捏住了，这次没漏，我高兴的把它放到了箅子上，可是却怎么也立不起来。妈妈又说：“你放的馅太少啦，怎么能立起来呢?”我有点灰心啦，这时候妈妈说：“你照我的样子来就能包好的啦!”

妈妈把饺子皮托在手心上，然后夹一筷子饺子馅的，放在饺子皮的正中间，再把饺子皮对折一下，用双手的拇指和食指熟练的一捏，一个胖乎乎的饺子就呈现在我的面前。

我照着妈妈教的方法开始包啦，第一个饺子的样子很难看，但总算有点模样啦。接着就是第二个、第三个，包的一个比一个好。

饺子包好啦，要开始下锅煮啦。妈妈先烧开一锅水，然后把饺子一个个轻轻的下进去，再用勺子背轻轻的推着，生怕把饺子弄破了。

不一会儿，锅开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水。不时的用勺背轻轻的推着，我问妈妈为什么要添水呢?妈妈说：“煮饺子要滚三滚，饺子才能煮透，皮筋陷软”。锅又开了，妈妈又往锅里添了半碗水，然后和以前一样用勺子轻轻的推着。

饺子煮好了，要开始捞了，只见妈妈用漏勺把饺子盛出来，结果我包的煮烂了两三个，不过，吃着自己的劳动成果，心里还是美滋滋的。

谁能想到我的寒假生活终于要成为我的理想生活了呢?我的同学们肯定不会知道，我们大院里的小伙伴也不一定会知道，因为我已经跟着爸爸妈妈飞到了异国他乡。

爸爸妈妈看到我这次寒假有好几十天，爷爷奶奶今年又在大伯家过年，于是我们家三口一飞机飞到了我们仨都想来过一次年的法国。不消说，我们仨都不是爱热闹的人。往年我们家一到过年的时候，一到我放寒假的时候，我们仨就集体犯愁，愁这屋子里挤满了人的恐怖生活，何时才能结束。不是我们仨不喜欢亲朋好友，而是我们仨实在是吵不得闹不得，特别是过年时的鞭炮声，从寒假开始放到寒假结束，谁受得了?

好在我们仨今年飞出来了。我的寒假生活也在法国正式开始了。我每天不用跟着爱早起的爸爸妈妈早起去逛他们喜欢逛的市场，我只用在睡醒了之后起来把每天的寒假作业做完，就可以骑着单车去找爸爸妈妈吃我们都爱吃的美食了。法餐是我和爸爸妈妈都非常喜欢的，平常在家都不怎么爱吃饭的我，一来法国，每套法餐的内容，我都可以吃完绝大部分，特别是最后的甜品，我一定会留着肚子把它吃完。爸爸妈妈则会比较内敛优雅地吃一点点而已，弄得我常常偷笑他们俩做作，后来我才发现他俩是在我下午自己去写生的时候，还会偷偷去吃好吃的。不过这一点没有让我吃醋，毕竟他俩还有着浪漫的情怀，两人一起在法国“度蜜月”了，肯定得背着我这酱油瓶吃点好吃的嘛!

转眼间，寒假就要过去了，回想下这个寒假收获还真不少。但是最大的收获要数我学会了蒸年糕。

年三十一大早，我看见奶奶正忙着买蜜枣，桂花，春糯米粉，准备蒸年糕呢!我长这么大，每年都能吃到奶奶从乡下寄来的美味年糕，但从没看到过奶奶是怎样蒸年糕的。今年正好回老家，我可要亲自“实践”一下。

总算等到吃好午饭，奶奶从橱里拿出蒸笼。于是我对奶奶说：“让我来当您的助手吧，我吃自己蒸的糕，心里会更甜!’’奶奶微笑着同意了。我挽起袖管，那股高兴劲可别提了。我仿佛已经闻到了年糕的阵阵香味。

只见奶奶先把糯米粉倒进竹匾里，在里面加上了白搪，蜜枣，桂花。再用勺子麻利地来回拌匀。奶奶告诉我：“这样蒸出来的糕既有蜜枣的甜味，又有桂花的香味，让人回味无穷。”我想：怪不得奶奶每年都寄好多年糕来，但我总觉得吃不够。想着，我就学奶奶的样子用筷子不停地搅拌着。

接着，奶奶在大锅里放了一锅水和几根筷子，把锅盖盖上，让爷爷烧火。过了一会儿，满屋水汽，水烧开了。这时，奶奶在蒸笼的内壁用纱布轻轻地抹上清油，放人已拌匀的米粉，双手在蒸笼的四周拍了几下，等米粉拍结实了，急忙把蒸笼放到锅上蒸。一会儿，米粉中就冒出了几个顽皮的小泡，小泡碎了，蒸汽就从米粉中冒出来。奶奶低下头，仔细观察蒸汽的出处，还不停地在出气处撒上米粉。奶奶一边忙着添加米粉，一边给我“面授机宜”：“这添加米粉很有讲究，不然的话，蒸出来的糕，有的地方生，有的地方熟，口味很不好。”奶奶还不停地关照爷爷把灶内的火烧得旺一点。不多久，一股年糕香扑鼻而来，一笼又糯又香的年糕就蒸好了。

大年初二一大早，我们一家高高兴兴地去了京华城游乐场。

开始下冲了!随着几声尖叫，过山车逐渐加速。下坠时，我的心不由自主地提了起来，仿佛坠入了万丈深渊。但突然，如同脚踏实地，我的心情又平静了下来。还没有“站稳步伐”，我又一次被卷入“漩涡”：头朝下直直地栽了下去。顿时，天旋地转，我的心悬到了嗓子眼儿……最后终于停了下来，我摇摇晃晃地走出过山车，像个醉汉似地左摇右晃，步履蹒跚……
