我们一共分了三个组，我和陈博恒是一组。我负责做扇叶，他负责固定太阳能电池板。但是我们没有发现我们忘记安排固定马达的事情了。我用轴固定了所有的扇叶，并且用大齿轮做了插扇叶的部分，我费了九牛二虎之力把四片扇叶做好了，都插在大齿轮的正面。后来我搭了一个简单又稳固的支架，用来支撑风扇。时间已经过了一个小时，我看了一下，陈博恒的太阳能板支架只有一个支点，摇摇欲坠。我连忙加了三个支点。就有四个支点了。除非你使劲地震动，电池板是不可能掉下来了。当我正准备把风扇和电池板连接在一起的时候，我的心一沉，马达往哪儿装呀?不可能在太阳能电池板上装那么多东西吧。那样会挡住光的。我想在他搭的太阳能电池板支架上升出一个不挡光的支架来支撑马达。我正要再搭一个支架，发现小伙伴正在用零件堆出一个支架——史上最笨的方法。我正要改进，他说：“我就要这样搭。堆起来至少比你那个支架要稳固。”他以为把中间的空隙都填满就稳固了。但是我轻轻一碰他的零件堆，居然散架了。我对他说：“你的更不稳固。”于是我又做了两个简易支架来支撑马达。把太阳能电池板和马达连起来，我们小组是第一个做完的。

这个时候，一个小组在因为支架和风扇不一样高而争吵，另一个小组在努力搭风扇架。他们一个组做的太慢，一个组不能够团体合作。这个时候，我们把风扇拿去灯光下试验了，转得还不错。可是由于马达的简易支架，就是太简易了，下面是空的，风扇倒了。我的小伙伴在风扇下面的马达支架上装了一个复杂的加固器，风扇终于做完了，并且不是摇摇欲坠的那种。其他组到下课了还没做完，风扇都不能转。

今天我知道了，两个人要合作，而且做出来的东西需要稳固。

一个外企招聘白领职员，吸引了不少人前去应聘。应聘者中有本科生，也有研究生，他们头脑聪明、博学多才，是同龄人中的佼佼者。 聪明的董事长知道，这些学生有渊博的知识做后盾，书本上的知识是难不倒他们的，于是，公司人事部就策划了一个别开生面的招聘会。

招聘开始了，董事长让前六名应聘者一起进来，然后发了15元钱，让他们去街上吃饭。并且要求，必须保证每个人都要吃到饭，不能有一个人挨饿。

六个人从公司里出来，来到大街拐角处的一家餐厅。他们上前询问就餐情况，服务员告诉他们，虽然这儿米饭、面条的价格不高，但是每份最低也得3元。他们一合计，照这样的价格，六个人一共需要18元，可是现在手里只有15元，无法保证每人一份。于是，他们垂头丧气地出了餐厅。

回到公司，董事长问明情况后摇了摇头，说：“真的对不起，你们虽然都很有学问，但是都不适合在这个公司工作。”

其中一人不服气地问道：“15元钱怎么能保证六个人全都吃上饭?”

董事长笑了笑说：“我已经去过那家餐厅了，如果五个或五个以上的人去吃饭，餐厅就会免费加送一份。而你们是六个人，如果一起去吃的话，可以得到一份免费的午餐，可是你们每个人只想到自己，从没有想到凝聚起来，成为一个团队。这只能说明一个问题，你们都是以自我为中心、没有一点团队合作精神的人。而缺少团队合作精神的公司，又有什么发展前途呢?”

听闻此话，六名大学生顿时哑口无言。

It is widely accepted that to work independently has the obvious advantage

that it can prove one’s ability. However, I believe that teamwork is more

important in the modern society and teamwork sprit has become a required quality

by more and more companies.

In the first place, we are situated in a complicated society and we often

encounter tough problems that are beyond our ability. It is especially at this

moment that teamwork proves to be exceedingly important. With the help of the

team, these problems can be solved easily and quickly, which could improve work

efficiency.

In the second place, teamwork provides a chance to cooperate with workmate,

it will make a friendly and enjoyable work environment, which is an important

factor influencing employees’ belief in the company as a good workplace.

Finally, teamwork contributes to the prosperity of the companies. With all

workmates’ knowledge combined, the companies possess high work efficiency and an

ability to deal with whatever problems. As a result, the companies can make more

profits and develop more quickly.

In sum, teamwork is very important, no one could live individually, they

must rely on others in some way. Hence, work together could make life

easier.

We are living in a globalized world and the cross—cultural communications are increasing nowadays. In other words，we have never been so closely connected with each other in the human histories. As a philosopher has pointed out，nobody is an isolated island. If we want to have a bright future，we need more cooperation for the development. Therefore，team spirit is very important. It is an bility that people can understand each other and cooperate with each other for the successful completion of some important tasks. We need such kind of ability in particular during the globalization for several reasons.

我们生活在全球化的世界中，跨文化交流越来越常见。换句话说，在人类历史中，我们还没有如此紧密地链接在一起。就如一位哲学家所说的，没有人与外界孤立。如果我们想拥有广阔的未来，我们需要合作。所以，团队的精神非常重要。为了重大目标的完成，我们需要互相协作。在全球化的背景下，我们需要某种特殊的能力。

First of all，team spirit offers us a platform where we can operate our collective talent to work out thebest. Only when we work effectively together can we have the best chance to get the success. Taking the 2008 Beijing Olympics for example，I think the success of the event first goes to the superb team spirit of the organizers and millions of volunteers. So many people work hard and cooperate well for the single aim and the solitary goal：an exceptional Olympics for the whole world. A lot of student volunteers in Beijing are committed and work tirelessly during the hot summer. History has witnessed their brilliant teamwork and valuable contributions. What is more,team spirit is quite useful for personal career.

首先，团队精神提供了我们一个平台，这个平台能够集聚所有人的力量。只有我们努力协作，我们才有可能成功。就拿2008年北京奥运会为例，我认为事件的成功来源于上百万志愿者的协作和团队精神。所以，许多人为了单一目标而协作努力：为全世界奉献了精彩的奥运会。在炎热的夏天，许多志愿者努力工作。历史见证了他们的团队合作，以及卓越贡献。更重要的是，团队精神对于个人的发展也是有意义的。

As young students，we must learn the core and sharpen our skills in the team. If you work in a company，most of the time you have to finish or design a huge project with your colleagues. Each person can contribute their wisdom to the completion of the task. You cannot do it so well single—handedly. When we watchthe Olympic Games on TV， we are so amazed by the excellent performances of the players. If they want to win the gold medals，they must compete as one person and exercise their own part well for the whole success. So we can say the team spirit is the secret of success.

作为一名年轻学生，我们必须学会在团队中锻炼自己的能力。如果你在一家公司工作，那么绝大部分的时间你都必须与其他同事完成重要的设计任务。每个人都为这一目标献出了自己的智慧。你不可能单枪匹马。当我在电视机前观看奥运会比赛时，我们对运动员的出色表现而惊叹不已。如果他们想夺取金牌，为了目标，他们必须通力合作。所以，团队精神是成功的秘诀。

Finally,team spirit is the symbol of national power and strength. As we all know, the Chinese delegationhas won the most medals during the 2008 Olympics and all Chinese people are so proud of our country. Another example is the touching power of the team spirit in the Sichuan earthquake. We were moved by the perseverance and persistence of the rescue workers，who were eager to help their compatriots.

最后，团队精神是国家富强和力量的象征。众所周知，中国代表团在2008年奥运会上奖牌总数第一，中国人无不为此而骄傲。另一个体现团队精神的例子是四川地震。我们被救援人员的坚韧和顽强品质所感染，他们不惜生命的代价抢救伤员。

In conclusion，team spirit is an important ability and skill in the 21th century because we are all facedwith the globalization and the question of how to live better. Therefore，we must learn to work well in the team and let the team spirit guide us to success.

总结，团队精神是21世纪最重要的能力和技能，因为我们都处在全球化的大背景之下，我们的问题时如何生活得更好。所以，我们必须通力协作，只有团队精神才能让我们取得成功。

Why to find suitable for you at the center of the target, you must ask yourself these questions: where I know I to go and why? I why want to do is do? What I want to stand and believe what? I get up every morning is for the sake of what? The things I do every day is for the sake of what? In my life the most important value? In fact, the reason why you set a goal is far more important than the goal itself.

Dedicated to the pursuit of their goals and life value is clear why I have these dreams. They spent a lot of time to think before every important aspect of his life, they will think about who you are, what they want to do and want to make what kind of contribution. If you do not have clear goals, also could not find support for the urgent reason, finish your dream, you cant like myself.

No dream, no hope, you cant do any meaningful things. If your whole life just go with the flow, there is no goal that you cannot really love or respect yourself.

If you just mix one day for a day, every day after work and weekend holiday, are made with TV and boring dinner party to pass the time, then you cant get any sense of achievement, there will be no satisfaction, let alone happiness.

We all need to have a goal to release the full potential. The target is larger, the greater the can inspire the potential of the. Studies show that many people are not happy, feel pressure big, like the debate and argumentative, because cant find meaning in life, goals and direction. They think life is too boring!

为发现适合你的中心目标为何，你必须问问自己这些问题：我知道自己往何处去以及为什么吗?我为什么要做目前正在做的事?我要忍受些什么以及相信些什么?我每天早晨起床是为了什么?我每天所做的那些事又是为了什么?在我的生命中最重要的价值为何?事实上，你设定目标的理由远比目标本身来得重要多了。

致力于追求自己的目标和生命价值的人很清楚自己为何会有这些梦想。他们之前花了很多时间去思考自己生活的各个重要层面，他们会思考自己是谁，他们想要做什么以及想要做出怎样的贡献。如果你没有明确的目标，也找不出支持你完成梦想的迫切理由，则你就不可能喜欢自己。

没有梦想、没有期望，你就不可能完成任何有意义的事。如果你的整个生活只是随波逐流、毫无目标，你就无法真正喜欢自己或是尊重自己。

如果你只是一天混过一天，每天下班和周末假日时，都是用电视和无聊的应酬来打发时间，则你不可能获得任何的成就感，也不会有满足感，更别说快乐了。

我们都需要有目标来释放全部的潜能。而目标愈大，所能激发的潜能也就愈大。研究显示，许多人之所以不快乐，觉得压力大，喜欢争论及好辩，都是因为在生活中找不到意义、目标和方向。他们觉得生活太无聊了!

Practice is very important, we cannot be separated from practice everywhere, like Madame Curie, she discovered radium, but by all kinds of difficulties, but, her perseverance, will eventually extracted the radium.

She is strong, no matter how difficult, she never give up, it is worth our study, we also want to like Madame Curie, not only to the brain, to begin to practice.

In our life, there are new things waiting for us to find, to practice.

实践是很重要的，我们处处离不开实践，就像居里夫人，她发现了镭，但是受到了各种困难，可是，她坚持不懈，最终将镭提取出来了。

她是坚强的，不管受到了怎样的困难，她都不曾放弃，这一点值得我们学习，我们也要像居里夫人一样，不仅要动脑，还要动手去实践。

在我们的生活中，到处都有新的事物在等待着我们去发现，去实践。
