一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

5、激趣互动

1)游戏

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? (二) 课外小组合作学习形式

学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

《Can I help you 》小品和合唱英文歌曲《 Jingle Bells 》并带着道具边唱边表演，我班的多数学生参与了圣诞节知识的竞赛中，学生积极主动地参加，当他们得到外教给的糖果和有关圣诞礼物时，非常兴奋。为了提高小组合作学习兴趣和竞争意识，我班举行了英语新年会。每组至少出一个节目，然后进行评比。获得前两名的小组进行奖励。学生们的积极性非常高，在课下积极准备，都想争第一。在元旦联会中，有的小组表演课本剧，有的小组.有的小组出谜语，让其他组猜。还有的组玩单词、词组接龙竞赛。其中表演课本剧《At the restaurant》和演唱《Pretty boy 》这两组分别获一名和第二名。我们年级还举行了合作小组学习档案评比。我班有两组被选上。还有两名同学参加了CCTV 英语希望杯大赛，这两名同学都通过了预赛，并参加了初赛。

实践证明，英语小组合作学习是一种很好的学习方式。英语小组合作学习对学生英语能力的提高，对教师英语教学的促进作用是不容质疑的。在活动中，学生是主角，既可以是参与者，还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者。教师仅是活动的创设者，只起着对活动的促进和辅导的作用。让学生在活动中自己发现问题，解决问题，积极想象，深入探究，勇于创新[实践，同时教师在活动中激励评价学生，鼓励语言、最终达到自主学习，自我纠错，自我评价的目的，以达到从学会到会学的转变。

The Importance of Breakfast

As people are so busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast does no influence on their body health. Some believe breakfast is important to peoples body health. In my opinion, Im convinced that we should have breakfast because it is good for our body health.

First of all, breakfast offer us the energy we need for the day. Before breakfast, our body has consumed all the energy we get from previous meal. Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we dont have breakfast, then we have no enough energy to do our work efficiently.

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you dont have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. Generally speaking, we dont have much excise in the evening while we eat too much food. As a result, the surplus calorie will be stored in our body and make us fat.

All in all, people should eat breakfast for the good of our health and for the good of keeping a good body shape.

小时候，不管我喜欢不喜欢，妈妈总会在睡觉前给我讲一个“睡前故事”，还和我一起“读书”。渐渐的，我就喜欢上了书本，一直想自己去看书。

慢慢地，我已经到了上幼儿园的年龄了。这个时候，我开始尝试着去读一些绘本了，这个时候的我，从绘本中明白了很多道理，懂了很多知识。而且，妈妈还给我订了《幼儿画报》，我看起来总是爱不释手。有一次，我正在看《幼儿画报》，妈妈大声喊我吃饭，我却连听都没听见，继续看自己的《幼儿画报》，过了一会儿，妈妈等不及了，走过来让我去吃饭，我这才梦如初醒般的，走到了饭桌上。

很快，我上小学了，妈妈就在邮局给我订了《我们爱科学》、《小哥白尼》、《科学探索》等书，也在图书馆里借了很多书，还在网上给我买了很多好书!我呢，也经常习惯性地钻研家里的好书，很快，我就把很多书都钻了个透，在这期间，我掌握了大量的知识，比如看科普类的书：我知道了树是由顶端开始生长的、纸张最多可以折七次、蜡烛在水里也可以燃烧、摩擦力在生活中的应用等;看历史方面的书：让我知道了中华五千年的文明历史、知道了我国古代的四大发明、知道了很多的名人趣事、知道了“水可载舟，亦可覆舟”的深刻道理;看文学方面的书：让我懂得了很多做人的道理、做人要善良、要有爱心、要懂得感恩、对他人要宽容、做事要持之以恒、要勇敢等。

因为大量的阅读，还让我的学习更优秀。做数学题时，我能很快的读懂题意，抓住关键点，巧妙解题;做语文的阅读题时，由于阅读量大，我很少在这上面失分。作文就更是我的强项，我的作文常被作为班里范文呢!在写博客的时候，因为阅读量大，写出的文章时常被推荐。

现在，我已经成为了一只名副其实的小书虫，阅读呢，自然将伴着我成长。

小组讨论形式：组长全面组织组员之间展开学习上的讨论;记录员负责记录小组的决议并编写小组报告;检查员负责保证小组所有成员都能清楚地说出小组得出的结论或答案;纠错员负责纠正小组成员出现的错误;总结报告员负责重述小组的结论和答案;联络员负责联系老师与其他小组。在交流过程中，发言人不仅要说明答案，而且要说明思路和方法，应该注意的问题及从该问题中得出的一些规律等。其他人既要学会聆听，注意做好笔记;又要学会质疑，能够大胆提出自己的见解。

“一帮一”形式：把小组再分成两人小组，认真实施了“一帮一”互助落实形式，努力实现“对对红”的合作方式，真正落实了“没有一个不学习的学生”。这种小组合作学习的形式，弥补了学困生在难题面前尽最大努力，但还不能很快解决问题的不足;也弥补了教师对学生无法一一纠正的不足，因而是提高课堂教学质量有效的方法。

小组长轮换形式：小组长是一个小组的核心。小组学习的成败，往往与小组长有很大关系。不提倡小组长“终身制”。为了让更多的学生尽可能参与到组织工作中来，使更多的学生获得锻炼的机会，选派每个组的每个同学都担任组长。这样做不仅调动学生的积极性，而且满足了学生表现自我的心理需要，真正做到人尽其才，才尽其用。

We are living in a globalized world and the cross-cultural communications are increasing nowadays. In other words， we have never been so closely connected with each other in the human histories. 在二十一世纪的今天，团队精神越来越被看重，那么什么是团队?它并不是一些人的机械组合，它和群体不同。，一个真正的团队应该有一个共同的目标，其成员的行为之间相互依存、相互影响，并能够很好的合作，以追求集体的成功。而团队精神又是什么?目前他虽少有明确的界定，但作为隶属一个个团队的我们对其内涵是不乏切身体会的，在某些团体人们心情舒畅，在众人的齐心协力下整个团体成绩骄人、蒸蒸日上;而在另一些团体，人们勾心斗角心情压抑，内忧外患，整个团队分崩离析，成绩一塌糊涂。没有团队精神几个1加起来的结果和小于1的结果是人们早已司空见惯的事。

下面我只用一个小小的例子来告诉大家："蚂蚁过火",是个真实而感人的故事。一位老农上山开荒，砍倒茂密的杂草和荆棘。砍到一丛荆棘时，发现荆棘条上有一个箩筐大的蚂蚁窝。荆条倒，蚁窝破，无数蚂蚁蜂拥窜出。老农立刻将砍下的杂草和荆棘围成一圈，点燃了火。风吹火旺，蚂蚁四散逃命，但无论逃到哪方，都被火墙挡信蚂蚁占据的空间在火焰的吞噬下越缩越小，灭顶之灾即将到来。可是，奇迹发生了。火墙中突然冒出一个黑球，先是拳关大，不断有蚂蚁粘上去渐渐地变得篮球般大，地上的蚂蚁已全部抱成一团，向烈火滚去。外层的蚂蚁被烧得噼里啪啦，烧焦烧爆，但缩小后的蚁球毕竟越过火墙滚下山去。躲过了全体灰飞烟灭的灾难。老农捧起蚂蚁焦黑的尸体，久久不愿放下，他被深深地感动了。小小昆虫，为着整体的生存，竟有那么视死如归，勇于牺牲的英雄气概，竟有那么强烈坚定的团队精神，能不令人动容么?自然界的发展规律是物竞天择，强者生存。作为弱小的蚂蚁，靠着牢不可破的"团队精神"不也生存下来了吗?

一心只为自己而缺少团队精神的人应该为蚂蚁的英勇行为感到汗颜!我们当然具有团队精神，但不是人人都具有这种精神。团队精神要求它的每一个团队成员，紧密地团结在团队的旗帜下，为着团队的生存、发展和荣誉，奋力拼搏，以至不惜牺牲自己宝贵的生命。蚂蚁的团队精神也许是天生的本能，但人的团队精神文明却是可以培养的。让人人都有团队意识，人人都全身心地维护团队，是我们思想政治工作的一项重要任务。团队小到一个班级，一个学校，大到一个国家，如果人人都能发扬光大团队精神，又何愁院校不兴，国家不强呢?

团队精神是指一种团结一致，互帮互助，为了一个共同的目标坚毅奋斗到底的精神。一个民族要发展要强盛，必须要有一种民族精神作为支撑。同样，作为一个班级、一个学校要发展，要提高，也必须要有一种团队精神作为支撑。

只要能牢记以上原则，并坚定不移地贯彻执行，就没有做不到的事情，团队的合作精神就一定能激发出来!

而团队合作是一种为达到既定目标所显现出来的自愿合作和协同努力的精神。它可以调动团队成员的所有资源和才智，并且会自动地驱除所有不和谐和不公正现象，同时会给予那些诚心、大公无私的奉献者适当的回报。如果团队合作是出于自觉自愿时，它必将会产生一股强大而且持久的力量。它的形态很像智囊团，但与智囊团却有重大区别。

在你的智囊团中，你将各个独立的人组织成小团体，你们都具有共同的强烈欲望和明确目标，并且能从日益增进的热忱、想象力和知识中获得明确的利益。团队合作的情形和智囊团的合作形态很类似，但却有重大区别。由于团队中的成员未必都具有相同的强烈欲望和明确目标，所以，你必须更努力于使团队成员不断地为工作奉献。同时，你也应该要求自己，不断地为成员做出奉献并发掘他们的欲望，给他们以适当的回报。

可见，团队合作与智囊团原则的不同之处在于：前者针对的是一个组织的全体成员，出发点在于调动团队成员中各方的努力，但这些努力未必都具有明确目标和相互和谐;而后者针对的则是直接参与咨询、决策和领导的少数智囊团成员，并以这些成员之间的明确目标、以及相互和谐为重要因素?出发点在于充分激发全体成员的智慧，并将这种智慧汇集成一股实现目标的合力。

虽然团队合作会产生力量，但这种力量的凝聚只是一时的现象还是具有永久性，这就必须视激发合作的动机而定了。若成员之间的合作是以自愿性的动机为基础时，那么，在此动机消失之前，团队合作必然会产生持久性的力量。

真正的团队合作必须以别人"心甘情愿与你合作"作为基础，而你也应该表现出你的合作动机，并对合作关系的任何变化抱着警觉的态度。团队合作是一种永无止境的过程，虽然合作的成败取决于各成员的态度，但是，维系成员之间的合作关系却是你责无旁贷的工作。

要想激发团队的合作精神，前提条件是要先组织一个好的团队。好的团队决不是随随便便凑合在一起的乌合之众，而是为实现一个共同的目标，按照必备的条件，经过严格的挑选而组织起来的精干的团体。所以，确定团队成员的特质，组织一个好的团队，乃是激发团队合作精神的关键和起点。

团队成员的特质主要应考虑以下几个方面：忠诚、能力、积极的态度、多做一点点的精神、信心、意志力。

按照上述条件，挑选团队成员，这里要特别注意：一定要做到坚持条件，宁缺毋滥。

你必须信任团队的所有成员，彼此之间要开诚布公，互相交心，做到心心相印，毫无保留;

你要与团队的每一个成员紧密合作，直到整个团体都能紧密合作为止;

分析每一个成员完成工作的动机，研究他们的迫切需要，针对他们的动机和需要，付给他们应得的利益，在不影响团队发展的前提下，尽可能让他们多得一点;

订出明确的集会时间和地点，讨论计划，执行计划，否则就注定会失败;

做好团队成员之间的沟通和协调工作，使整个团队像一台机器一样，有条不紊地和谐运转;

严于律己，以身作则。

所以团队精神很重要。
