Before I entered the middle school, I felt so worried about the life in

middle school, because my cousin told me that I would have to compete with so

many excellent students. Now I get used to the life, I learn many subjects from

Monday to Friday. Though I always meet the difficulties in learning the new

knowledge, I get help from my teachers and classmates. I am not afraid of the

每天早上起床晨跑八百米（绕操场两圈）；体育课再加上四百米（绕操场一圈）四百＋八百≈一公里！天啊，不算不知道，一算吓一跳，每天竟然要跑1公 里！晕，坐汽车开一公里该多好啊，一分钟就够了，可跑步一公里如果连续跑的话，那叫小型马拉松！再算，第三个星期星期五开始趣味运动会，就意味着前面几天 都得这样跑！但是，为了取得好成绩，我们都要努力！

总算熬到了星期五，趣味运动会开始了！首先是四百米跑，真希望慢点儿轮到我啊！可是，我是第二组跑的，无情的哨声还是响了......先不管，冲 刺！我使劲抢内道，可不到一半就累的气喘吁吁，双腿像灌了铅似的，怎么也跑不快。来到了第二个拐弯道，这时我用尽全身力气，因为事实已经告诉了我，快要到 终点了。却还是落下来了……

到了第二样比赛，是曲线运球，我们班来到了篮球场，有些班还没来，我们班就一直在练习，直到真正的比赛开始。开始班级对班级了，只里面只要一个人失 误，那么全班就会失败。因此每个人都不可能心里没有紧张感，预备，开......老师的话还没说完，四个班一起冲出去了！当然，我很快就轮到了，拿到球， 先把球控制好，在平稳的运球，然后速度渐渐加快，呀！平稳得把球传给了另外一为同学（我也不知道是哪位，闭着眼睛就冲过去了），啊！我们班可真厉害啊！把 其他班远远的“丢”在后面，我自以为我们班肯定会胜利，取得全年级第一，可是另外一个同学却“打破”了我们的美梦，一下子就失误了，其他班一下就追上来 了。我们班又落后了……现在，我宣布：四一班前面几次都运动会之前的好几公里，全部完了……

秋风吹来，晴空万里。操场上到处都是人，有的人在做游戏，有的人在看书，还有的人在下棋，时不时传来阵阵欢声笑语。这是我们学校正在举行秋季运动会。这次运动会我报名参加的项目有50米、100米短跑和接力赛。

首先比赛的项目是50米短跑。我们小组的六人都做好了准备起跑的姿势。我紧张地听着发令枪的声音，此时，脑子里好象就只剩下赛跑细胞了。发令枪响了，我立刻奋不顾身地冲了出去，只听见身边传来了同学们的呐喊声：“李昕，加油!李昕，加油!”听到同学们的加油声，我跑得更卖力了。眼看终点线越来越近，我奋力猛冲了过去。很快我们小组的成绩出来了，连我自己都不敢相信，我居然得了第一名!我们班的同学杜芳雨跑过来说：“李昕，你真厉害，得了第一!”我正在喝水，运动员余阳跑过来对我说：“余老师叫我们到领奖台领奖，快走呀!”我们跑向领奖台。领奖台处的老师发给了我和余阳每人一张奖状和一支笔。可惜的是50米决赛我只得了第五名，100米决赛也只得了第四名。

放学了，秋季运动会结束了，大家依依不舍地离开了操场。操场上留下了我们的欢乐，留下了我们难忘的回忆。

今天，是一年一度的校园秋季运动会，天气晴朗，阳光明媚。我心里十分高兴，早早地来到了校园。

运动会开幕式上，我们班的方队喊着“团结拼搏，勇于开拓，同心协力，超越自我”的响亮口号，整齐地通过主席台。方队过后，刘校长发表了热情洋溢的讲话，举行了庄严的升国旗仪式，运动会正式开始。

比赛开始了。上午，进行的是预赛。沙坑那边，举行跳高跳远比赛。操场那边举行铅球垒球比赛。塑胶跑道举行长短跑比赛。操场上，运动员个个生龙活虎，努力拼搏，都想创造新纪录，为自己的班级争得荣誉。班级同学们的呐喊声，助威声，欢笑声，在操场上空回荡。我们班旗开得胜，女子1500米和男子800米预赛，双双夺得第一，令人鼓舞。

下午，决赛开始了。这是最紧张、最激动人心的时刻。我们班在男子4X200米接力赛中，由肖汶左、杨靖凯、周文轩和池金泽四位班级同学参加比赛。第一棒，池金泽跑得很快，起跑不久，就把他们甩下很远，这给第二棒赢得了时间。第二棒，肖汶左接棒很顺利，仍然保持领先地位。可是，第三棒却出了问题。不知什么原因，周文轩怎么也跑不快，结果被别人超过了。我们心里都很着急，手里捏着一把汗，拼命地喊：“加油!周文轩加油!”第四棒，杨靖凯鼓足了劲，像离弦的箭一样飞了出去，终于夺得了第一名。

在女子4X200米接力赛中，我们班的秦凯遥、张倩、潘钰和吴佳怡四名班级同学团结拼搏、同心协力，以较大的优势夺得了冠军。

运动会结束了。闭幕式上，我们班在四级部获得了第一名，受到了表扬。班级同学们笑啊，跳啊，激动万分。老师鼓励我们：“要不骄不躁，继续努力，在明年春季运动会上，再创佳绩!”

今天是个特别的日子，我们学校迎来了一年一度的趣味运动会。

走向操场，映入眼帘的是一个个五彩缤纷的气球。我们要在操场集合，准备一年一度的趣味运动会。各个健身器材已经摆好了，就准备我们在上面健身了。

我们班进行的是男子800米跑步和女子800米跑步。看!我们班的男生已经跃跃欲发了，好像枪声一响，他就会像箭一样冲上去似的。开始他排在第三名的位置，后来听到我们给他呐喊的声音，便加速了起来，终于到了第二的位置。

其他班的啦啦队也不差，他们把吃奶的劲都使出来了。还有的班级手拿着自己做的小红旗，努力的呐喊：加油，加油!谁谁谁，加油，你是最棒哒!每个人班的呐喊声简直不分高下。

最令人期待的是女子800米跑步。只见女子的其实也不必男子的其实差。她们活动活动了筋骨，仿佛要干一件非常大的事情似的。使她们活动起来的起来的是同学们的呐喊声，使她们奔跑起来的是那一声响亮的枪响。

砰!枪声响起来了。她们都以最快的速度冲向终点。加油加油她听见我们给她鼓励的声音，像风一样跑了上去，挣得了第一的位置。但不知为什么她又慢了来，于是她排在了第三的位置。老师也跟着喊了起来：加油!可是她已经很累了，但她不想让大家失望，便开始冲刺，终于排在了第二的位置，老师赶忙让3个同学去扶她。

这就是我们学校有趣的运动会。

今天阳光明媚，我们学校举行了一年一度的运动会。首先进行的是开幕式，每个班级都显得格外有动力。只见五星红旗冉冉升起，红旗下，人人脸上都洋溢着喜悦与盼望。伴随着主席台飘来洪亮的声音，运动会开始啦!

开幕式后是拔河比赛，只见哨声一响，两个班级都不甘示弱，绳子一会儿移向这边，一会儿跑到那边，很像个调皮的孩童。只见七年级三班的黄豪同学像揪着受惊吓的野牛尾巴，死死不放。七年级一班在啦啦队的呐喊下、鼓励下，勇气倍增，精神抖擞，竭力奋斗，个个脚抵脚，身依身，努力向后倾。

正在这时，在绳尾压阵的刘飞同学突然摔倒在地，在场的所有人都把心提到了嗓子眼儿。可是一班并没有因此影响比赛，一直坚持着，每个人脸鼓得像一个个熟透了的番茄，红彤彤的。终于一班取得了胜利。再看三班呢，像没了头的苍蝇似的，垂头丧气地回到了场地。

正在这时，广播里飘来了我的名字，我以风一般的速度‘飞’到了比赛场地。参加立定跳远的共有5人，我既激动又盼望还稍有一点害怕。终于到我了，我做完准备活动奋力向前一跳，以一米九的成绩荣获女子立定跳远第一名。同学们都为我竖起了大拇指，我的心里也有种说不出的开心。

接下来的是250×20男女混合接力。由于我擅长短跑，老师和同学们决定让我跑第一棒。我看到老师和同学们对我这么支持，我也在心中默默为自己打气、鼓励。比赛开始了，只听发令哨一响，跑第一棒的同学都信心十足，奋勇向前。我也不甘示弱，但还有最后50米时，我觉得有些吃不消了，但我听到同学们的鼓励声，看到了同学们期待的眼神。

似乎有股无名的力量督促我向终点奔去……虽然我坚持下来了，也为同学们开了一个好头，但是接下来的竞争却有了转折。我们班的王鹏同学已经被落下将近半圈，同学们都急的手足无措、直跺脚。但到最后一棒时，我们看到了希望，只见左后一个同学飞一般的速度向终点冲去，在短短几秒内就争当了第一。在我们的共同努力下，获得了冠军，赢得了荣誉。

伴随着接力赛的`结束，闭幕式开始了。待降完旗之后，老师们为各个班级颁发了奖状。最后，闭幕式圆满结束。

虽然运动员们都筋疲力尽，有一些甚至没有获得奖状，但每个人的脸上洋溢着喜悦与自豪!

今天我们终于迎来期盼已久的运动会。

一开始是运动员的进场，本来应该是所有运动员都去的，但是汪老师选了16个人参加。运动员进场开始啦

第一个向我们走来的是一年级、然后是二年级......终于到我们班，只见同学们个个都精神抖擞，整整齐齐地走在操场上。

进场结束后，我们各自去到比赛地点。我参加了垒球和跳沙池比赛，结果发现名单上却没有我的名字。很可惜，只能为其他同学加油啦！

下午比赛还没结束。第一个项目是接力赛！听到这个通知，我们别提多高兴了。比赛正式开始，运动员们拼命地跑着，比赛进行到中间的时候，有人没接好，结果成了最后一名，真是太可惜了。

接下来是400米跑。那可就更激烈了！先是男生，然后是女生。我们班不管是男生还是女生，都有很多同学为他们加油助威。

枪声一响，我们一直在大声喊：加油，坚持住，先慢点，然后再超过其他人！最后他们在我们大家的鼓励和自己的努力下取得了好成绩！

真是一次难忘的运动会呀！下次又会是怎样的呢？

女士们、先生们，大家上午好，小学的冬季趣味运动会开始了，大家要把平时训练的成果在运动会上展示出来，各班的运动健将将大显身手一番。

瞧，这边是四年级跳大绳比赛，各班都在激烈的比赛中。随着绳子的快速、有节奏的甩动，参赛的同学如同轻快的小兔子一般，一个紧接着一个跳呢！

我最喜欢的就数双人踢毽子了。看！那边踢毽子的同学在一个接着一个的把毽子踢上空中，那彩色的毽子被踢到空中，上下翻飞，从远处看就像一群调皮的小鸟，忽上忽下地飞着。旁边是各班的啦啦队的队员们的一声高过一声的加油声，他们喊啊，叫啊，恨不得亲自加入到比赛中去。就连我们班最文静的女生，也喊得满脸通红。

男生们大都跑到后操场去了，后操场正在进行着一场激烈的足球比赛呢！只见球员们在草坪上激烈的争抢着，如同一群凶恶的狮子抢食物一般。当然，在争抢的过程中肯定也是“友谊第一，比赛第二”了。旁边是激动无比的家长，不管是爸爸们，还是妈妈们，他们都在关注着小球员的一举一动，同时嘴里发出是一声高过一声的“加油，加油！”

冬季趣味运动会，在我们和家长的笑声中结束了，大家锻炼了身体，收获了快乐。我们又开始期待来年的冬季趣味运动会了，我想，我们会有更好的表现！

就在前两天里，我们经常在教室里训练，假装拿着彩旗，原地踏着步子训练，还要按时喊口号、举彩旗和放彩旗，只要慢一拍，老师就带领着我们重新训练。因为我们班的人少，所以二班的唐老师帮我们找了一些同学帮忙喊口号，二班的同学原来总是喊不整齐，可是经过我们一般和二班的共同努力终于让二班的同学，学会了。

在星期五时，我们踏着整齐的脚步在操场上大步的走着，王旭响亮的喊着：“一二一、一二一……”就在马上要到操场主席台的时候，王旭使用最大的声音喊着：“一二三四!”同学们喊：“努力拼搏!勇往直前!四一四一!永争第一!一二三四。”我们终于在运动会上展现了我们班的风采，接下来就要看运动员们的了。

过了几个跑步，终于到最精彩的地方了，唐慎潇、孙安翊和其他班的同学开始了长跑，要围着操场跑⑩圈这个数字太惊人了，他们居然要跑这么远。

随着裁判员的一声暴烈的枪声，比赛开始了，唐慎潇以最快速度不停地冲啊冲，抢到了一个暂时第二名，就这样马不停蹄地跑了几圈，有个运动员，突然一冲，让唐慎潇成为了第三名的暂时位置，孙安翊还在第五名，可是谁知到，后面的运动员突然爆发，导致唐慎潇和孙安翊成了最后两名，可是，我坚信，有输就有赢，唐慎潇终于在决赛中得了第一名!

在这秋高气爽的美好季节，我们迎来了2013秋季运动会。

伴随着一阵响亮的号角声，拉开了校运会的序幕。我们六2班的运动员紧跟在六1班运动员后面闪亮登场，12个运动员精神抖擞，昂首阔步绕着跑道走。同学们一边走一边挥舞红旗。飘扬的红旗，形成了一股红浪，真有气势。

12个运动员中，最令我骄傲的是汤育榆。瞧，她半蹲在起跑线上，目不转睛地望着终点，准备和对手一比高低。同学们都把跑道围了个水泄不通，他们有的握住拳头，半倾着身子，满怀企盼地说：“加油!一定要为我们班夺得金牌!”有的侧望住自己班的运动员大喊：“加油!”还有的都使出浑身解数，为自己班的运动员加油。

“砰!”枪声一响，我们班的运动员汤育榆像离弦的箭一样冲了出去。赛场立即沸腾起来，加油声此起彼伏。只见汤育榆两臂摆动着，脚下似乎踩着风火轮，跑得飞快，同学们的加油声也越来越激烈。顿时她咬紧牙关，似乎用尽全身力气向前冲去，两米，一米，全场都欢呼起来，汤育榆抛开全部对手，遥遥领先，并获得了冠军。

一场又一场扣人心弦的比赛结束了，接下来就是精彩的迎面接力赛。跑道两边挤满了老师和同学们，运动员也各就各位。“加油!”我们班的运动员互相击掌，大家热血沸腾，都决心和对手一比高下。“砰!”比赛的枪声一响，第一棒的运动健儿奋力向前冲。

赛场上更加热闹，加油声越来越响。我们班的任惠图以领先优势向前冲去，并迅速把接力棒传给下一位同学。马上轮到任建图上场了，她迅速接过传来的棒子，奋不顾身地向前跑，终于她不负众望，顺利将棒子又稳又准地传给下一位同学。就这样，我们班一直遥遥领先，把其他几个班远远地抛在身后。

胜利就在眼前!最后一棒余文靖上场了，只见他两臂用力摆动，两眼直视前方，头发似乎都飞起来了，他把对手甩得远远的。我们屏住呼吸，目光都集中他身上，两米，一米，冲线!第一名，我们胜利了!大家高兴得又蹦又跳，其他班的同学都用羡慕的眼神望着我们。

就这样，难忘的校运会在阵阵欢笑声中结束了。

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can

understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get

On Spring festivals eve,the whole family prepare the dinner.Of

evening,family members always sit at the television and watch Spring

Festival Gala.At 0:00,people set off firecrackers and fireworks,at the same

time,children pay New Year,s call to old people.The old people give money to the

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

“加油!加油!”操场上传来一阵阵排山倒海的欢呼声，一潮高过一潮，我们市正在举行一年一度的小学生运动会。这次我们将代表实验小学参加市运动会的竞争。

运动会上到处都充满了紧张、激烈的比赛气氛。瞧，垒球一个个从队员的们的手中抛出在空中飞翔;跳高的同学以轻巧如海燕的身资越过不断加高的跳高架;“预备”声连绵不断，运动员像离弦的箭一般冲出去，向终点冲刺……

一声枪响，队员们像离弦的箭一样冲出去，如同脱缰的小马争先恐后地追逐着。韩霞同学是我们大家认可的“飞毛腿”，所以都对她报以最大的希望。同学们在操场上拼命地齐声呐喊，给她加油，个个喊的面红耳赤，运动员也争先恐后的跑着。刚开始的时候，韩霞一直处于第二名的位置，我们心里有些担心。过了一会儿，她离第一名只差100米的距离了，可她的速度渐渐慢了下来，脸上的表情也十分痛苦。

不好，后面的队员一个又一个地追了上来，啦啦队的同学都激动地站了起来，挥动着手，拼命地喊着：“韩霞，加油!坚持到底就是胜利!”她的步伐加快了。离终点还有五十米，二十米，十米……到了最后的时刻，有的同学紧张地挥动着拳头，只见韩霞在最后关头，使出了全身的力气，像拧足了发条一样，拼命向前跑。终于到了终点，她来了个“猛虎捕食”，一跃而就，夺得了第1名。同学们都为她欢呼，为她的坚强的毅力而鼓掌。

我参加了60米短跑赛，嘿!短跑是我的强项，在预赛我简直是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟。“下面是六年级女子组60米的决赛，9号、11号……”“耶!”我简直欣喜若狂，预赛拿了第一名，要做决赛的准备了!现在只等着决赛为学校争光了!我们都在起跑线上，我抬头一看，同学们默默地祈祷着，盼望着。我竖起耳朵，等待着枪响。“砰!”，枪响了，我们猛地飞奔起来。同学们都在为我加油，鼓励我，支持我，我不能辜负他们，便加快了脚步，冲上了第2个，“加油啊!加油啊!你是最棒的，你会赢的!”5米，4米，3米，2米，1米，到达终点了!“跑得不错!”老师夸奖道，同学也对我竖起了大拇指。

呵，“服务队”忙的不亦乐乎，这不，就扶着刚刚比完赛，气喘嘘嘘的我了，有的还在安慰着没有拿到名次而灰心丧气的同学，有的在和马上参加比赛而心跳加速的同学做充分的思想准备……服务队队的队员可都成了“大忙人”……

比赛圆满结束了，我们学校取得了市直小学第2名的好成绩，与第1名仅相差几分而与冠军擦肩而过。

几经拼搏，几经奋斗，最后到达成功的彼岸，这远比一帆风顺的成功更为快乐，更为珍贵!

我高兴，我快乐，这只是要为校园添加光辉!

初冬的早晨，是这个季节最美好的时光。

薄雾笼罩着灵溪这个小小的城市，羽毛般的轻雾在空气中，缓慢地流淌，轻盈地飘荡。淡淡的雾气中，行人的欢声笑语，自行车的清脆铃声，宣告着新一天的开始。当并不耀眼的阳光照射到学校的楼顶，薄雾便像幕布一样被拉开了。我进入初中后的第一次运动会也拉开了帷幕。

操场上，一面面鲜艳的旗帜随风飘荡着，一个个班级的同学们踏着整齐划一的步伐，带着灿烂的笑容，自信地走向田径场。

“我宣布，灵溪一中第三十届田径运动会——开幕！”庄校长的话音刚落，操场前的礼炮便应声而起，五色的礼花在凌空飞舞，这也象征着本届运动会必将圆满成功。

随着礼炮的纷飞，同学们也迎来了各自的比赛。虽然我什么也没有参加，但这也不影响我的好心情。

要说比赛项目，最令我难忘的是拔河了！拔河，这个项目我们班得了第一。本来我以为我们班绝对不会得第一的，但是，结果出乎意料。

拔河，它考验的是一个班级团结的力量。可能因为小学时候，我以前的班级从来没有赢过，便不大能相信现在的班级能得第一。当第一场拔河比赛开始，十五个拔河队员卖力的样子，令我忍不住为他们加油。拔河队员们的脸，因为过度用力，胀得通红。眼看着绳子中间挂着的那漂浮不定的红条左右摇摆，我的心也在一上一下。啊，马上就要赢了！唉，又有一点要往对手那边飘的样子……我们班的队员用尽全身的力量，将绳子扯了过来。周围响起了一片欢呼声，我们班终于赢了！

接下来，我们又与七班、15班进行了激烈的对抗，我们都赢了。最后，我们要与十班争夺冠亚军。

十班不愧是一路向冠军冲刺的班级啊！跟十班比赛，我们班花的时间更久。绳子中间的那根红线更是左一下，右一下的晃动，真是令我的小心脏受不了。最终，还是我班赢得了拔河冠军。同时，我们班拔河队员也赢得了15枚闪闪发光的金牌。

今年，我没有参加运动会比赛项目，缘于自己体育各项成绩不是很好，所以，我要在接下来的一年里，不抛下学习的同时，努力锻炼身体，争取下届也能参加几个项目，为班级争光！

Last week we had the school sports meet on our school sports ground. All my classmates took active parts in it. Sometimes we watched the sports games closely.Sometimes we gave loud cheers to the sports members.

John took a part in 1500-metre race. He was the fastest runner in the race and won the first place. Lisa did not do well in high-jump, so we said “come on” to cheer her up. I took part in 200-metre running race. As soon as I heard the starting PANG, I tried my best to run faster than others. As I was running I could hear “Come on! Come on!”from my classmates.This gave me great strenth. Finally I was the first person to get to the finishing line.I was number one.

As a result, my class won the first prize in the sports meet. How proud we were! It was really an exciting day.

I get up at seven oclock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30 am, and come back from school at 6:00pm. Before I go to bed I

will do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10:00pm. On the weekend, I will

go to play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These

are my daily life.
