As a middle school student, I learn many subjects, I study so hard every day. When I get home, I will do my homework and then go over the book. 四年级里，我的语文成绩提高了，可数学，英语两科却一直往下降，这是为什么呢？因为我一直沉迷于网络游戏，很少去户外游玩，使自己成绩下滑，所以，从五年级开始，我就要先与电子游戏绝交。

我这个学期总结了一下我一、二、三、四年级的成绩后，发现了一二三年级的成绩都要比四年级的好。因为，当时我并没有沉迷于网络游戏，经常去户外游玩，这才使我的成绩没有下滑。而现在的我，天天玩手机，看电视，一个星期里除了上学，根本没出过门，我差不多变成宅男了。所以我要先戒除网瘾，多去户外活动，认真复习了，希望在五年级时可以拿好成绩。

父母常在我耳边说：“五年级是十分重要的。”所以，我要认真对待。戒除网瘾后，我的视力一定有所恢复。我想在五年级里每次测验各科成绩都会有九十分以上。我多么想在五年级里的成绩超越我们班的王雅萱呀。可是，想又能有什么用呢？我必须要在五年级里好好上课，认真复习，才有机会超越她。

我猜测，如果按照这样的方法来做的话，我在五年级的成绩一定会有所提升的，保护好视力。同时，我希望能解除我冲动的坏习惯。从现在开始，我一定要用实际行动来证明。
