Though it is just a story, it tells people that inner beauty makes one outstanding. People can make their faces perfect, but there is no way to fulfill their inner beauty by technology. Inner beauty is the most precious thing, beautiful outlook will fade away with the time, but inner beauty won’t, it only getting valuable.

今天，随着科技的发展，人们可以通过做外科手术改变自己的外貌，由于商业广告，人们深深受到那些夸张效果的影响，相信自己可以成为耀眼的明星。因此人们很关注外表，他们想要让自己看起来完美，就我看来，真正的美丽和完美的外表无关，唯有内在美才能让你耀眼。在童话故事《灰姑娘》中，王子选择了那个可怜的女孩而不是那些好看的姑娘，因为他欣赏的是灰姑娘的内在美，虽然她没有地位。虽然这只是个故事，它告诉人们内在美让一个人出众。人们可以通过科技让他们的外表完美，但是内在美却是无法通过科技得到的。内在美是最宝贵的东西，美丽的外表会随着时间而消逝，但是内在美不会，它只会更加珍贵。

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

严重的水灾

长江是中国最长的河流。它对我们中国人十分重要。但现在长江给我们带来了严重的水灾。

许多村庄被洪水冲毁于。洪水使成千上万的人失去了家园，亲戚和朋友。许多孩子不能与平常——样去学校了。现在洪水引起了全球的注意。国外的人也给予了援助。在中国，上百万的战士忙于与洪水搏斗。他们努力工作，许多人在救村民时献出了自己的生命。

尽管我们不能帮助他们抗洪，但我们可以帮他们重建家园。我们可以捐出零花钱和衣服。我相信在不久的将来大多数人会回到家乡。

眨眼间，初中的三年只剩下最后一年了。时间真的好快啊！回忆这两年来的学习生涯，自己学到了不少知识，但是比起以后这只不过是皮毛而已。所以在初三我要很努力，很努力地学。

初三是初中三年最重要的一年，这一年我要加油！决定命运的时刻我是不会松懈的。初三上半学期我稳扎稳打，下半学期就“冲”，拼了。初三的学习一定很辛苦，作业会很多。面对初三的种种问题和困难，我会用一颗平常心去对待，去解决。但这颗平常心，不是说放松，而是“既然逃避不了这种辛苦，问题，困难，那就勇敢地去面对吧——”

新学期，新目标。我的计划是这样的：

1、上课打起十二分的精神，认真听讲，勤做笔记。

2、做到课前预习，课后复习的好习惯，及时订正作业。

3、星期六，星期天，我会抽出一天来预习和复习，然后做一些辅导类的习题，帮助学习。

4、遇到不懂得题目，首先自己琢磨一下，如果想不出来再问同学或者老师请教。

5、查漏补缺，对自己薄弱的知识，要经常巩固。

6、要勤快，不能偷懒。因为初三的学习进度很快，一不留神，很多知识就会没学到。这几点我可能会做的不够完美，但是我一定会尽量达成的。

以前，面对考试我没有一次不紧张过，生怕考砸了。对于有些同学来说，考试应该是习以为常的事了吧。读初三，考试一定会很频繁。所以我不能太紧张，要平常心对待。9月2号就要期初考试了，不能说我一点也不紧张，心里多少还是紧张的。期初考目标：语文78，数学82，英语80，科学80。

相信！通过我的努力，是可以取得成功的。
