第二条：上课认真听讲：

上课认真听讲是每一位学生必须要做到的。认真听老师说的每一句话，专心致志，一心一意，要珍惜每分每秒。当老师讲到重点的时候，我们还要做好笔记，把老师说的重点记下了，以便复习。

第三条：在写作业之前，做好课后复习。

不管做什么作业，在做之前，都要先回顾一下，当天老师所讲内容。并且一定要把字写端正、写干净，每道题做完都要认真检查要做对做好，不能马虎。

第四条：准备一个错题本，把平时的错题和不会的题抄上去集中起来，在抄上去后一定要弄会弄懂，不会的一定要主动去问老师，在考前把错题本上的题必须全部搞懂。

这就是我的新学期计划，四年级，我一定要好好学习，天天向上！

Today was the second day of our Hong Kong visit. I was very happy as

yesterday. But I felt tired a lot. I didn’t want to stay at guesthouse, so I

planted to go window-shopping with my parents in Times Square. There were many

kinds of goods, but you could choose the one you liked best easily。Also, there

were many designer-label stores in Times Square, such as

DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS and so on. Among others, there was a famous

bookstore called PAGEONE.At last, I bought a beautiful skirt(你好像是女的吧)and some

books。Then I was exhausted but I didn’t care in the slightest(可以换成not at all

学期工作计划没有严格，固定的格式，一般地可分为以下几个层次：

第一层次：标题即计划的名称

标题要写在第一行正中，标题中要把班级的名称、计划的主要内容、计划的时限准确地概括进去。如：《XX年XX班200X－200X学年度X学期班级工作计划》。

第二层次：内容即计划的正文。

计划的正文，一般包括以下几个部分：

（1）前言

简述计划制订的依据，交代上级教育行政部门及学校本学期教育计划要求，概括、准确地提出制订本班工作计划的指导思想。’前言’的文字要简明、扼要。

（2）本班的基本情况与分析

本班的基本情况包括：本班学生德、智、体、美等方面的基本情况；本班学生的特点及倾向性问题；学生家长情况及社会影响情况等。

本班情况分析主要包括：抓住全班带有倾向性的问题’正反两方面’，对反面的主要倾向问题存在的主要原因的分析。做好分析工作的关键在于：深入地调查研究，运用辩证的思维方法，善于透过现象抓本质，分清主观因素与客观因素。情况分析要求准确、简明。

（3）本学期工作目标

目标的提出，以准确的基本情况分析为依据，针对本班目前带有共性的、倾向性问题及发展要求提出目标。

工作目标要突出重点。一学期要抓的工作很多，不能件件平均使用力量，要抓主要矛盾，抓主要问题，以求举纲带目。

（4）主要措施

措施，即实现目标的具体活动安排。措施要具体；要符合学生的年龄特征和心理特点，要生动活泼、形式多样，为学生所喜闻乐见；要注重教育效果，不搞形式主义，不做表面文章。措施定了就要执行，不能执行的就不要写进计划。

（5）时间安排

为保证计划的切实落实，对具体的活动要安排具体时间，标明周次及起止月日，时间安排要注意与学校教育活动协调，相互配合、相互衔接。时间安排要注意科学性，一周内不能活动太多，要考虑学生的负担。时间要有预见性，如要在五月开运动会，班级前两周安排相应的活动为校运动会做准备。时间安排既可用文字表达，也可以列表表述。表内容包括：周次、起止日期、教育活动内容、具体准备工作、完成情况、备注。

第三层次：计划制订人姓名与制订日期。依次分行写在正文下方。

制订计划要留有余地。因为事物是不断变化的，工作计划也不是一成不变的。但调整、变更工作计划要经学校领导批准。

工作计划完成后，应一式两份抄清，一份交学校领导做检查、督促、指导工作用，一份留自己实施。

一、 学生情况分析

本班学生语文素质不太平衡，大部分学生只能写出一般的作文。因其课外阅读有限，导致其作文内容不够具体，“言之无物”，且有少数后进生作文基本功较差，以致“文不对题”的现象时有发生，故本学期想提高他们的习作水平，是必须下一番功夫的。

二、教学要求：

1、懂得写作是为了自我表达和与人交流。

2、养成留心观察周围事物的习惯，有意识地丰富自己的见闻，珍视个人的独特感受，积累习作素材。

3、能写简单的记实作文和想像作文，内容具体，感情真实。能根据习作内容表达的需要，分段表述。

4、学写读书笔记和常见应用文。

5、能根据表达需要，使用常用的标点符号。

6、修改自己的习作，并主动与他人交换修改，做到语句通顺，行款正确，书写规范、整洁。

7、课内习作每学年12次左右。40分钟能完成不少于400字的习作。

三、教学措施：

1、读写结合。在学课文时既要让学生储备语言，也要让学生学课文的写法。

2、训练学生的观察能力，观察图画，观察景物，观察发生在身边的事情等，让学生练写观察日记。

3、训练学生的想象能力，鼓励学生写想象中的事物。

4、坚持让学生进行片断练笔，可仿写课文或范作中的某一部分，可让学生专门写某个事物的局部或某个事件的片断。

5、进行背临作文训练，促进学生语言能力、作文水平的提高。

6、指导、批改、评讲，环环紧扣，加快信息反馈。必要时可以让学生根据老师的批改重作。批改作文，尊重学生原意，肯定学生的点滴进步。作文分组轮流重点批改，部分面批。小作以学生互相批改为主。

7、组织学生进行作文竞赛。辅导学生参加校、镇作文赛。将作文报刊上的竞赛作文题作小作，给学生练习，择优参赛。

8、开展作文兴趣小组活动。

四、 进度安排：

第一单元：

写作内容：描写一种自然现象

目的要求：观察一种自然现象，如朝霞晚霞，月圆月缺，春风春雨，雾起雾散，等等，把它的特点写出来，题目自己定。 按照顺序，抓住过程，按时间变化细致描写。抓住景物的特点。

第二单元

写作内容：学习修改习作。

目的要求：根据教师的批语，修改自已的一篇习作，然后誊写在自已的习作本上。能用修改符号来修改习作，学习从眉批、总批中提出修改意见。弄懂批语意思。

第三单元

写作内容：按照新闻报道的写法，写一次体育比赛或学习竞赛是。

目的要求：要把比赛的或竞赛的结果与主要经过写清楚。感悟新闻报道的写作特点，初步掌握新闻报道的写作方法。

第四单元

写作内容：写一篇参观、游览记。

目的要求：参观、游览一个地方后，根据自己怕感受确定重点，并围绕这个重点选择材料，然后下来。要突出重点，按顺序写。

第五单元

写作内容：我身边的小能人

目的要求：根据《迎“六一”征文启事》的内容和要求，写一篇题为《我身边的小能人》的习作。习作内容要符合征文启事的要求，要实事求是，不能无中生有。

第六单元

写作内容：写一位自已喜欢或者崇拜的人

目的要求：要通人人物的外貌、动作、语言、神态表现人物的特点，通过具体事例表现人物的品质。

第七单元

Most of all she learned to be self-reliant. Once she wrote the following in her composition: "I am lucky. Though I lost my arms, I still have legs; I am lucky. Though my wings are broken, my heart can still fly."

One day, the boy and the girl were both invited to appear on a television interview program. The boy told the TV host about his uncertain future at being left on his own, whereas the girl was full of enthusiasm for her life. They both were asked to write something on a piece of paper with their toes. The boy wrote: My younger brothers arms are my arms;while the girl wrote: Broken wings, flying heart.

They had both endured the same ordeal, but their different attitudes determined the nature of their lives. It is true that life is unpredictable. Disasters can strike at any time. 知道自己的病况，也要为自己医治。这次开学突如其来的摸底考试让我措手不及，考试前没什么时间复习。成绩也打翻了我心中的五味瓶，酸苦交织在心。不过每当想到沈老师第一堂所说的蜗牛爬金字塔的故事，心中多了一份勇于面对成绩的勇气。做一只不在乎旁人议论的蜗牛，总有一天我会爬上金字塔顶的。初三是我们为初中生活画上圆满句号的时刻。对于我的粗心我想我需要的是从平时开始多看自己错的字词，对于方法，便是跟着老师的安排，然后学会自己安排学校。
