二、在教育方面

在大班的教育上，我们可以尝试多教导一些责任、纪律的自觉性方面的能力。让孩子们能保持良好的自我管理能力，这在今后适应小学生活的时候是非常重要的关键。

此外，我们也可以去参观小学的教室和课堂，提前熟悉小学的环境，并在幼儿园的课堂上多多模拟几次，帮助孩子们体会并熟悉这样的环境。

除了在对，环境和个人管理方面的教育，我们也可以适当增加一些简单的教学，提升学生的识字能力和数学能力。让学生能较好的更上小学课程。这也可用帮助孩子今后融入小学的集体。

三、家长方面

来到大班，不仅仅我们要做好改变，家长方面更要严格的去改变对孩子的要求。如在生活中多分出一些简单的家务让孩子完成，在上下学的时候将书包交给孩子自己背等。当然，也最好能适当的给予一些小奖励，鼓励孩子认识到自己的成长，并积极的向前进!

作为一名班主任，在大班的教育环节上我更要注意引导，这样才能让孩子们开开心心的走出幼儿园，并快快乐乐的走向未来!

因为在四年级的时候我的成绩都一直保持在中等，在有的时候还下滑过，所以在本学期内我决定为自己加一把油，让自己的成绩步步高升。

2、早睡早起，天天上学不迟到，做好合格的班干部

好好学习是我的重点目标，但是为班级服务我也是不会落后的！所以我要做一个合格的班干部，我的职位是劳动委员，所以一定要养成早睡早起，上学不迟到的好习惯。

3、要多读书，多看报

五年级到了，要加强自己的学习，更要多读课外书籍，加强自己的课外知识，读报也是可以丰富我们的课外知识的，比如家长报和优优吧作文报等。读书和报都是可以丰富我们的课外知识的。

4、勤练字，练好字

现在我的字还算一般般，因为第二天老师说：到了中学，考试都是电脑阅卷，字没写好的都按0分计算。所以在本学期我想练几本字帖。
