1、加强德育队伍建设，沟通校内外德育工作网络。要充分发挥少先队辅导员和班主任的主力军作用，充分发挥少先队的德育功能，发挥学生自我教育、自我管理的作用，让德育渗透到学生学习和生活的每一个角落。

2、抓好学生常规教育。少先队要全方位地抓好学生的常规管理，特别是抓好学生的集队、上操和课间行为规范等，促进学生良好品质的形成。

3、要加强德育科研工作，改进德育教育的方式和途径，以班队活动、队会课为阵地，增强思想道德教育的主动性、针对性、实效性。继续以少先队活动为载体，以重大节日为契机，加强对学生进行爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义思想教育和道德规范教育，积极开展生动活泼的教育活动，让学生在活动中愉快地接受教育，形成良好品德。

(四)规范教学管理，提高教学质量。

三、制作召陵区实验小学借读证，让喜欢看书的同学办借读证，一张借读证使用权限一个学期，凭证在图书馆借书。

四、建议将部分自习课改为在图书馆阅览课，这样同学们就有充足的时间看书了。

五、安排一位老师在图书馆里面负责借阅手续和维持室内秩序，保证同学们能更好的阅览。对于暂时没有办借读证的同学，可以由任课老师带领着去借书。

在我的印象里，校长是高高在上，不苟言笑的，因为他是全校之长，必须树立起自己威严的形象，才能让大家听之指挥。但通过一件事，我对校长的印象完全改变了。

记得有一次，我发高烧，在医院打点滴。无意间，看见了坐在斜后方的校长，出于以往对校长的固有想法，我并不敢上前打招呼，只敢偷偷地瞄几眼。我看见校长身边坐着一位白发苍苍的老太太，看着校长紧张的神情，想必她就是校长的母亲吧。只见校长紧握着她的手，不停地抚摸，帮老太太缓解输液给手带来的冰凉。一会儿，他又起身给老太太接了杯温水，告诉她，要多喝温水感冒才好得快！一边嘘寒问暖一边还抬头看看吊瓶里还有没有药水。不一会儿，他拍了拍老太太的手臂，在她耳边说了几句话，起身就往外飞奔了出去。我也松了一口气，总感觉校长坐在后面，不敢动弹，浑身不自在。
