Over the past couple of years, several cases of the food scandal have been

disclosed on various media. The problem of food security has become a hot button

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power,

pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since

I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this

question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on,

are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy

luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers,

are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they

win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the

least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying

goes, the roses in her hand, the flavor in mine. With helping others, we can

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something

during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to

Now the earth is in bad condition。 For example， in some places， the air and

water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths。 At the same time， many

animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their

habitats。

Luckily， we human beings have realized the problem。 On April 22nd， millions

of people across the world do something good for the earth。 Some clean up

beaches and water， some pick up rubbish， others give speeches to call on more

people to take action。 But can we save the earth only by one day’s work? The

future of our planet depends on our efforts。 What we should do is to make every

day Earth Day。 Only by taking good care of it every day can we hope to live in

When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

in the dormitory. Most students live with their parents before, so we all feel

excited and afraid of the group life. Luckily, I have three nice roommates. Soon

we become close friends. Living with others, we learn to do the house work, such

as everyone needs take turn to clean the floor, when we have something good to

eat, we will share with each other. The group life makes us have less private

space, but we enjoy the moment when we have the little talk before sleep, the

secrets that we dont want our parents know can talk to these girls. Whats

7月20日是我最开心的一天，我邀请我的好朋友海云菲和谭畅畅来和我一起过生日。

我们约定中午在小商品商场门口见面。一见面我们就高兴得不得了，说说笑笑好开心呀！

爸爸妈妈在小商品旁边的一家饭店订餐，又给我买了一个生日蛋糕。奶奶、姑姑、姑父和小妹妹都来给我过生日。

开始上菜了，妈妈把九支蜡烛插在蛋糕上，然后又点燃了一支，我用点燃的这支蜡烛把蛋糕上的九支蜡烛点燃后，海云菲不小心把我手上和蛋糕上的蜡烛都吹灭了，妈妈又将它重新点燃。我许了愿，大家为我唱生日歌。海云菲送给我了一个公交卡包，谭畅畅送给我一支笔和一盒贴画，我又回赠给她们每人一本日记本。

我们开始吃蛋糕喽！这时，海云菲用手沾了一点儿奶油，点在我的脸上，“哦，我的天！”我叫道。我趁她们不注意，也把奶油点在海云菲和谭畅畅的脸上，你点我，我点你，我们三人都成了小花猫。服务员上来一锅生日面，我们每人吃了两小碗，还觉得不够，妈妈看我们都爱吃，又要了一锅。我们又吃了两个小包子，喝了一碗汤就饱了。

然后，我们仨去小商品里面玩儿了一会儿，又到奶奶家院子里的健身器材上玩，我们在那儿转转、摇摇。

“天呀！快晕死我了！”海云菲说。

“是呀！我都快倒下来了。”谭畅畅也叫起来。

“我也晕，不过很刺激！”我开心地说。

不一会儿，妈妈他们回来了，奶奶开了门，进了屋里，我们马上趴到床上休息。接下来我们在床上玩贴画。下午4点，海云菲要上课，我们先送她回家。回来后，姑父开车，我们一家人和谭畅畅一起去泉舜购物广场。到了那里我和谭畅畅你追我跑高兴极了。东看看，西望望，什么都新鲜，从一楼到四楼转个遍，渴了，喝杯奶茶，休息一会儿，又开始玩儿，跑呀跳呀真开心！

在我的抽屉里，一直珍藏着一份语文试卷，每当我看到它，就想起那件令我羞愧难忘的事。

那是我上二年级时的事情了。期末考试前，我们班进行了一次语文小测验。测验第二天，试卷发下来，许多同学都得了100分，他们都高兴极了。可我考了99分，就因为错了一个“谢”字。我是班长，可不能因为一分之差而落后呀！于是，我趁周围的同学没注意，用橡皮擦掉了错字，偷偷地写上了正确的字。

我拿着试卷找到巩老师，装出疑惑不解的样子问：“巩老师，这个字我没有写错呀？”老师拿起试卷看了看，然后又放下，用他那会说话的眼睛看着我，什么也没说。那目光看得我忐忑不安，真不知该怎样应付这空气都好象凝固了的场面。终于，老师开口了：“朱高慧，你一向是个诚实的孩子。”老师停了一下，接着说：“这个字，真的是老师批改错了吗？”我低下了头，不敢看老师。老师又说道：“有错误不怕，怕的是不诚实，怕的是不敢承认自己的错误！”我抬起头，望着老师那充满期待的目光，真想向老师承认错误，可话到嘴边却又咽了下去，我真恨自己，为什么就鼓不起勇气呢？

在我6岁的时候，我特别害怕黑暗，更害怕风雨交加的夜晚。

在一个夏天的晚上，奶奶出去广场跳舞。夏天的天气，犹如孩子的脸说变就变。天气本来是好好的，突然刮起了大风。紧接着狂风暴雨狂奔而来，像一群受惊的野马横冲直撞。盯着院子内的大门，外面漆黑一片。我的手中握着一把雨伞。前脚刚迈出，后脚就发抖了。我该怎么办？我急得脸上的汗珠直往下流淌……蹭的一下，一只流浪狗跑了过去。我寻思着不就是打雷下雨吗？有什么好怕的，连一只流浪狗都不怕，我还怕什么？跟随着自己的心念，我一下子闯进了雨帘中，大步快速地向广场跑去。喵喵……，一只小猫从我的旁边过来。我也管不了那么多了，拚命地向目的地跑去。轰隆隆……闪电交加，雷声轰鸣。此时思绪万千，想起每次放学，奶奶冒雨送伞的情景会不会也是这样？当我拼命地跑到广场时，看到奶奶和一些跳舞的阿姨正躲在休息室里时，奶奶一下看到我跑过来抱住我说：“你怎么过来的？你不是一直怕打雷下雨吗。”我也不知道我的脸上是雨水还是泪水，笑着说：“奶奶，在来的路上我也犹豫过。但跟您相比，还是奶奶更重要！”当时，奶奶搂着我的手更紧了。

As a student ，I don’t have any great event to talk about ，but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.

During the first three years of junior school ，we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June， everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing ， harder and harder texts ， terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ，always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.

But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest， and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning， my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship， both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way， I like that kind of life， as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.

Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th， 2003， for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me， so did my Chinese teacher. I should say， all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. Even if some of them were about 50 and often fell ill， they never left us one day .

今年暑假，我去西安游玩的时候发生了一件难忘的事。

那天黄昏，我们到西安的古城墙上游玩，上面的游客可真多啊!有的在跑步，有的在骑自行车，有的在散步看风景。据说，这座城墙是明朝时修建的，至今已有600多年的历史，还保存完好，真是了不起。

当我们玩得正开心的时候，天上的乌云压得越来越低，突然间就下起了大暴雨，游客们赶紧躲进城楼里。雨下得可真大啊，豆大的雨点很快就变成了雨幕，还伴随着闪电和雷鸣，城墙的道路上空无一人，狂风卷起密集的雨雾，好像无数的小人在战斗狂舞，大雨还时时飘进了城楼里……天色越来越暗，不远处钟鼓楼的灯光亮起来了。

过了一小时以后，雨下小了，我穿上雨衣，爸爸妈妈打着伞，去回民街逛逛，可刚到回民街路口，雨又下大了，我们不得不取消了去回民街的计划。这时候，公交车下班了，的士也打不到，没办法，我们又走回城门里坐地铁。刚进站，就听广播说小寨站因积水暂时关闭，我们只能在前一站下。地铁在第一站停了很久，我们以为车坏了，就下了车，结果车又开走了，我们只好无奈地等下一辆。终于出了地铁，没想到长安路也被淹了，我们小心翼翼地趟过那又脏又臭的积水，走了半个小时的路终于才回到了酒店，已经是夜晚11点多了。

虽然回到武汉很久了，但那天发生的事却依然历历在目。刚刚经历了武汉连日的暴雨洪灾，在干旱的西北也会遇到百年不遇的暴雨，即使当时历经波折，疲惫不堪，但现在回想起来还很有趣呢，真是一次难忘的经历!

Ive been through many things since childhood, and the most memorable thing happened on Christmas day several years ago.

I heard that Santa Claus would give the lovely baby a gift on Christmas day. I went to bed early that night and hoped that when I woke up in the morning of the second day, there would be a dream assembly toy at the head of my bed. Second day open eyes, wow! I really have a pillow next to the toy box.

"Mom, mom! Santa came over last night really gave me a toy." "I was so happy that I ran out of my bedroom with my toys in my arms without socks," I shouted to my mother. My mother smiled and said: "as long as the babys good, Santa will give him a gift."

"The Santa Claus from what place in? I had no chimney, the window is so high, will not hurt him? How did he know that I love the toy?" I asked very much puzzled.

"Santa Claus not only plays tricks, but also guesses," he said."

"Oh, that came over Santa and on TV like?" I asked.

"Silly boy, ha ha ha ha," my sister laughed angrily. "What Santa Claus is there?" she said. "Thats my mother on your bedside."."

"No, no! Its Santa Claus! Not Mommy!"." I excused myself, looking at my mother for help. My mother only smiled but did not reply.

Finally, in my strong request, my mother was forced to say, "she sent me," I suddenly realized. I remember it so much now that I remember it for a long time.

小学生活无忧无虑，丰富多彩。

一二年级，我的妈妈就是我的老师。她对我非常严格，在学校里，我必须叫老师，不能叫妈妈，同学们推举我当班长，她为了避嫌，坚决不准。那时侯我长的很矮（大人们都说我心眼太多，拽的长不高）。座位总在第一排。可我上课老坐不住，不知不觉就站起来了。妈妈坐在讲桌前批作业，一发觉我站起来，头也不抬，顺手拿起小教鞭就是一下，吓的我赶紧坐下，常常惹的同学们哈哈大笑。在妈妈的严格管制下，那时侯的我其实挺压抑的。

三年级之后，我象脱了缰的野马，开始毫无顾忌的自由发展起来。先是当了班长，接着是少先队大队长，又是学校里的文艺骨干，演讲比赛小冠军，故事大王可我也经常会犯错误。记得有一次，中午午休我值日，坐在前面看着同学们睡。那天特别热，同学们都睡不着。有人就央求我买冰糕给他们吃，我毫不犹豫就去了。抱着一大抱冰糕兴冲冲地跑回了教室，还没反应过来怎么回事，就听到校长大喊我的名字，徇声一看，完了，校长正站在教室后面，脸都气青了。我可吓慌了，顺手把冰糕往旁边的桌洞里一塞，想藏起来，可不幸的是，十多支冰糕全掉到了地上。原来，那是一张破了洞的桌子。可怜我们那刚刚买回还没来的及吃的冰糕！同学们看到我的狼狈相忍不住哄堂大笑。可想而知，校长会是怎样的愤怒。他当着大家的面，把我狠狠的骂了一顿，还不解气，又向妈妈告了我一状，我被罚站一晚上。

那时侯的我特别骄傲，对男生尤其不屑一顾。我的交友原则是决不主动和男生说话，所以男同学对我一般是敬而远之。可我上四年级的时候，有人竟在教室的墙上写了一句：我喜欢你，程丽。当时我简直气晕了，于是利用我的职权一个一个的查，最后终于识破庐山真面目。我找到那个男生，批了一通，并宣告再也不和他说话。结果我真的再也没理他。上学的时候不懂事，后来懂事了，又不知道他去了哪里，于是我的诺言就非实现不可了。

尽管屡有小事发生，可那时的我，心无杂念，一心向上，是同学们的楷模，是爸妈的骄傲，是快乐的公主。

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. 今天，是我和姐姐第一次去买菜。

妈妈给了我们钱，说："要注意安全哦。"我们说："知道了。"

一路上，我的心在扑通扑通地跳。来到菜市场，我都目瞪口呆了，各种各样的蔬菜放在我面前，有西兰花。芫茜。冬瓜。还有许多嘈杂声呢！

我回忆起妈妈要我买的菜，哦！要买鱼。我走进市场左看看，右望望，嘿，找到了！我走过去，正准备对卖鱼的叔叔说话，一位阿姨便先说了一步。阿姨买完了鱼，我又准备说，谁知，又有一位阿姨要买。5分钟过去了，我还没买到，我着急了，对着叔叔大声说："叔叔，请给我一块鲜鱼肉！"叔叔笑眯眯地说："你要多少呀？""4元。"我回答说。叔叔弄好了鱼，用袋子好了给我，我付了钱并说了一声"谢谢"就走了。

我又想到要买菜，对了，还有芫茜！我找到了买我所需要的地方，就跟那位婆婆要了一点。当我走出市场时，天空下起了牛毛似的雨，我跟姐姐说："我们快走吧！"接着，我们骑着自行车，飞快地奔回家。

骑到半路，雨就更大了，我们到了一棵树下遮雨，但是好久都不见天空好转。为不拖延时间，我和姐姐顶着风冒着雨冲回家。

回到了家，我们俩的衣服都湿透了，糟了，妈妈肯定会骂我们。谁知，妈妈并没有我想象中的那样，只是呵呵地笑了，我们也笑了。

这真是难忘的一天！

在万众期待中，2022年第二十四届冬奥会在北京如约而至。得知这个消息的那一刻，我便按捺不住自己激动的心，期待着冬奥会的到来。光阴似箭，随着时间悄无声息的流逝，这一天终于来了。而当我看到开幕式的时候，感觉我的心都要化了，美丽、壮观、宏伟，或许这就是属于我们中国人的浪漫。

时之浪漫——二十四节气。我国选择以二十四节气为倒计时，从雨水一路来到立春，变换的画面展示着祖国南北的大好河山，不仅宣扬了中国的文化底蕴而且呼应了中国冬奥会是第二十四届。恰逢开幕式这天正好是二月四日且是立春——春风如贵宾，一到就繁荣。时间不仅仅是浪漫，这一切的一切无一不展现出中国人刻在骨子里的细节美，这便是中国的时间之浪漫。

意之浪漫——立春SPRING。只见场中缓缓走出一个男孩吹着蒲公英，被吹散的蒲公英飞向空中,接着鸟巢上空便出现了“蒲公英”焰火,和中英文“立春”“SPRING”焰火，寓意着春天的种子洒满了大地。黄河之水天上来，水落成河，河凝结成冰，在舞台的中心，水融汇成一块洁净的冰立方，随即冰球运动员挥动球棒，冰球撞向冰立方，竟然从冰块中撞出了晶莹剔透的五环，五环破冰而出，既是“破冰”之意，又寓意了和平友好，这也是鸟巢时隔14年再次升起五环。寓意着我们用运动“破冰”，打破隔阂，从五湖四海走到一起，这便是中国的意象之浪漫。

合之浪漫——融合。运动员入场仪式中，出场引导员手中的引导牌是一朵“雪花”，雪花的“花瓣”融入了“中国结”的设计元素，每个代表团就象征着奥林匹克大家庭的一员，凝聚在一起。中国结用一根线编织而成，寓意团结吉祥。冰五环左右是各个国家的语言“欢迎”，开幕式的开头是法语，各大国家代表队入场用各国国歌，引导牌最后融成一个大雪花有橄榄枝围着。在运动员们的脚下，冰雕效果中式门窗极具美感，窗框中，有中国的大好河山和四季变换。雪花和中式门窗就像一个窗口，从北京看世界，这便是中国的融合之浪漫。

如果说，这些还不够浪漫，那最后的场面不仅是浪漫，更饱含中国力量。当小鸽子飞舞到雪花周围时，在一处角落里，有一个小鸽子像是走丢了，然后被我们的小姐姐牵了回来。这看似失误的一幕，原来是我们张艺谋大导演的精心策划。场上的每一只“小鸽子”代表着中国的每一个省份，而那个走丢了的小鸽子叫——湾湾，也就是我们的台湾，希望台湾能早日回到祖国的怀抱，回到祖国这个温馨美满的大家庭中。这就寓意着身为祖国的孩子，一个也不能少，一个也不能丢，一个也不能抛弃。

愿以此心寄华夏，且将岁月寄山河，中国不愧是一个自古浪漫的国家，我愿折服于这一份中国式浪漫。

I had a very rich winter vacation this year.

around me were friendly. While I was thinking about how to get on well with my

classmates, my desk mate showed me his favorite Ipad4s. He wanted to play with

me, but I didnt know how to play, so he taught me patiently, and we played

happily.

Worries have gone, and happiness is coming.

品着一杯香茗，沐浴着月亮的清辉，在这个喧闹的世界里，悠闲的翻阅前人的书籍，品前人所思，感今日所闻。不因凡尘世俗所扰，亦不因名利所困。这便是我最难忘、最喜爱的生活!

水，不因外力而改其形，渊明如水，他说“吾不为五斗米向乡里小儿折腰。”言毕，头也不回地辞别官场，归隐田园。田园的日子必然是清苦的，他亦不改其形(行)。其诗云：“衣沾不足惜，但便愿无违。”可见，他是悠闲的，是欢愉的，衣食住行，柴米油盐不能成为锁住他的链子，繁文辱节，富贵青云不可约束住他的自由。是啊，我应像渊明般不受世俗的约束，不应该变自己，所以“人当若水”令我难忘。

水，质本清洁无杂，无尘无垢，文天祥必为此特征的代言人!在蒙古族的铮铮铁蹄下，宋，这个繁荣的朝代，富裕的国度支离破碎，面对着“官室之美，妻妾之奉”，他体现出了他水般的本质，我曾想象，他说：“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青。”之时的表情，我想那必定是张写满坚定决心的脸庞。如水一般清澈洁净。人当如水，如水般洁净，这又是这句话给我的启示。

水，能净人净物，在中国漫长的历史长河中，有一颗最明亮、洁净的明星——孔子，孔子亦如水般，他教人、诲人、训人、劝人。以其自身的洁净荡涤他人最黑暗的污垢，使他人得到内心的净化，灵魂的提升，心灵的忏悔，他不仅净化了其时代的人，更是以其的洁净洗涤着古今以来的中国人，甚至日、韩两国的人民也深受他的影响。他是世界上最伟大的人之一，人当如水，它教会了我不应只顾“独善其身”，亦要“兼顾天下”。

人当如水，世界上形形色色的人，五彩缤纷的城市，或豪华或典雅或实用的物品早已使某些人忘却了自己水的本性，当他们听到这句话时，必会有我这般的感受吧!人当如水，这句话我不会忘，也不能忘。因为它是我的导师，我的明灯。

当东方已露微白，我合上书，脑子里的游荡的，仍是那句令我最难忘的话——上善若水，人当如水。

冬奥会从2月4日开幕式到今天闭幕，感慨时间过得很快，各个项目的比拼也将结束，感谢各国运动员的精彩呈现，无论获奖与否，能够站在奥运赛场上，本身很大的成功，也感谢所有工作人员的付出，为冬奥保驾护航。

中国队奖牌榜排名第三，获得了9金4银2铜，再次创造了冬奥会记录。本次冬奥盛会，在雪如意，雪飞燕，雪游龙等等场馆，在各位奥运健将的努力拼搏下，打破了奥运会赛事的多项记录，甚至创造了世界记录，令人称赞。

奥运会闭幕式时总会有最后的颁奖仪式进行，冬奥会是男女子50公里越野滑雪颁奖。科普一下，其实这是奥运会的传统，最后这项目就是远距离决赛的颁奖，例如夏季奥运会就是男女子马拉松比赛，是最后一个奥运项目。

感谢这班可爱的志愿者，志愿者无处不在，却很少出现在舞台中央。志愿精神，如他们手中的灯笼，照亮每个地方。此时此刻，志愿者配得上掌声，感谢他们默默的付出，为这届赛事传递有爱与温暖，做到的服务。

折柳送行，成为东方的一种特别的送行方式，别出心裁的再这个闭幕式中体现出来，在经典歌曲送别中缓缓走来，盛情邀请各国运动员带上这条柳枝，将中国人民的友谊带到全世界各地，我们2024年意大利米兰见。

国际奥委会主席巴赫先生对场馆的评价是令人叹为观止。双奥之城，史无前例，各国旗帜，围绕成圆，奥运五环，缓缓升起，雪花火炬，徐徐降落，时空交错，最美画面，雪花融化，雪中之火，缓缓熄灭，冬奥闭幕。

中国为全世界带来了一场最安全和管理最有序的冬奥会，奥运精神追求更高，更快，更强，更团结，团结是此次的主旋律，在全球疫情如此严重的情况下，希望全人类团结一致，抗击疫情，取得胜利。

As the summer vacation comes, I decide to learn swimming, because the

weather is so hot, I can make myself cool, what’s more, I want to master another

skill and protect myself. Many people lose their lives when they meet the

accident in the water, so it is important to learn swimming. I have made up my

mind and must finish this task.
