All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

小学六年的时光转瞬即逝，转眼间，我们就快要毕业了。我不知道我还能和朋友们待上多久，我也不知道我以后是否还能再见到他们，我更不知道我究竟要去上哪个学校。但我知道，在剩下的日子里，我一定会和他们一起。

My father used to be a heavy somker.He smoked more than 20 cigarets each

day;therefore,he was the polluter wherever he went.My mother and I tried to

persuade him to give it up.He gave it up many times but each time only for a few

days or only for a few hours.

Once he declared that he would stop smoking right away under the pressure

of my mother,and he threw his cigarets into the dustbin.The effect of his

declaration lasted only for two days.Then I found him smoking again when he

thought that he was alone and no one saw him.On the fifth day of his

declaration,he smoked openly.

Last winter he got pneumonia.When he was well again,the doctor ordered him

to give up smoking.To our delight,this time he really got rid of the habit.It

That day I was out of the house, and I was happy. Our family gathered together to make gnocchi. My mother has a good dumpling. The dumplings were white and round, and they looked delicious. 五年级下学期，我转到了宝安的滨海小学，认识了新朋友，每个同学都对我很热情，我第一个认识的就是品学兼优的陈泽鑫。一开始来到，我就是他的同桌，我们两个并没有什么话题可讲，至于和他讲的第一句话我也记不清了，总之他很幽默。全班的人都叫他“炸鸡”，我也跟着叫起来。可能是他生气了，也给我取了个外号“无德”，我很无语，导致现在六年级全班都这么叫我外号，我相信大家并不是有恶意的叫我的外号，我相信他们是友善的。五年级，语数英老师分别是杨老师，詹老师，袁老师，老师都很和蔼，就只是杨老师严厉了一点(因为杨老师是我们班主任)。到了六年级，英语老师改为了徐老师，数学老师还是原来一样的，袁老师(袁老师是我们班主任了)，至于语文老师，一眼见到很可怕，曾老师，经过了一些时间的流逝，曾老师变的幽默风趣，同学都敢给他取外号“曾番薯爷爷”，他并不生气，反而认为这是同学们给他的尊称，还给了袁老师取了个外号，当袁老师来的时候，有的同学就会说：“原来!原来!”滨海小学虽然不够石岩公学大，但教学水平更好，而且还是坐落在一个繁华的都市里。到处也是树木，老师都是很年轻，都是很有文化的，而石岩公学却是请一些比较老的老师，讲课非常死板。

经过了六年的学习，我现在是毕业班的学生了，为了考到理想的大学，还得再经历九九八十一难了。

难忘第一次，这第一次就像一个脚印，印在我成长的道路上。

教室里静悄悄的，只听见同学们的呼吸声，还有两个同学后就轮到我上台演讲了，我紧张极了，手不停地颤抖着，前面同学都有备而来，张思毅讲得娓娓动听，李胖胖更是讲得有声有色。我更害怕了，怕我不能很好地把演讲内容像平常讲故事那样自然地讲出来，我不停地自勉着：逗逗，加油，虽然这是第一次，但是，这第一次能锻炼出你的胆量，你的勇气。可是……不!我根本就不理解演讲词的意思啊?我怎么能顺畅地说下来哪?我的内心矛盾极了，手同手之间不停地摩擦着，手掌心的每一条细纹里都渗出了汗水，变得又粘又稠，正如我的心。

我们的英语老师有一头乌黑亮丽的头发，眼睛大大的，个子不高也不矮，但是整个人却很有精神。她教我们学的第一个词是“ms 刘”，有很多同学都不知道什么意思，老师马上翻译过来跟我们说“这个词的意思是刘女士或是刘老师”。随后英语老师就开始讲述第一节英语课。

她先给我们讲了讲英语单词，但是我听的一头雾水，整节课也是云里雾里的，什么都没听懂。放学后我带着英语课本来到校门口等待妈妈来接我回家，妈妈来到校门口笑着说：“你怎么带着英语课本啊？”“我没有听懂老师讲的英语。”刚说完我的眼泪就在眼眶里打转。

回到家妈妈给我打开录音让我跟着读，可还是没有听懂。然后就着急得趴在桌子上哭了起来。妈妈跟我说：“别着急，等你哥哥放学回来教教你。”话音刚落哥哥便打开门大叫一声：“我回来了！”把我逗得笑了起来。哥哥看我脸上还挂着泪珠，便问我怎么回事，我跟哥哥说了原因之后哥哥跟我说：“没事，走，我教你去！”然后我就跟着哥哥来到我的房间开始教我英语。

哥哥一边开着玩笑一边鼓励并教我学习英语，这让我觉得英语没有那么枯燥无味，使我对它充满了兴趣。经过哥哥的耐心指导让我学会了老师之前所讲的那些内容并且预习了后面一个单元，这使我觉的英语并没有想象中的那么难。

哥哥对我的鼓励，让我信心倍增，从那时起我就更努力地，上课专心的听讲，课后细心的做练习、听录音，所以现在的英语还挺不错的呢。

在我人生的旅途中，第一次尝试的事情多得几乎数不清。但是，每每想起第一次煎年糕，心里总是美滋滋的，比喝了蜜还甜。

这是两年前的事情了。那天，我怀着迫不及待的心情盼着妈妈快点告诉我怎样煎年糕。当妈妈把煎年糕的过程告诉我之后，我像射出的子弹一样奔进厨房。我先把年糕切成一小片一小片的，再把鸡蛋磕破倒在盆子里，连同年糕一起搅拌均匀。然后倒进一小些花生油到锅里，等锅热了，再把年糕从鸡蛋浆里取出，小心翼翼地放进锅里。妈妈说过，煎年糕一定要把握好火候。此时，我心里突然紧张起来。

看着年糕在锅里滋滋地响，锅上热气腾腾，我的心怦怦直跳。大约过了三十秒，我把年糕翻过面煎。哎，砸了！包公诞生了。我不服气，重来。我不断总结失败的教训，把三十秒缩短，把火力调小。尽管鼓足了劲，但还是没有像母亲煎得那样漂亮。

正当我心灰意冷的时候，爸爸妈妈不知什么时候出现在我的背后。妈妈温和地说：“哇，你好棒哦！

第一次就做到如此好。”爸爸也赞美地说：“这年糕一定很香！”虽然爸妈的表扬有点水分，但是我听了心里美滋滋的。

就这样，我永远也忘不了这第一次。现在回想起来，真的好惭愧。不过，我真的要谢谢爸爸妈妈。如果不是他们给我温暖的鼓励，我的尝试又怎敢继续。伟大的爱是前进的动力。
