这个暑假，我和爸爸妈妈去游览了“中华十大名山”之一——江西庐山，那里不仅自然环境优美，还是世界著名的避暑胜地。

我们从九江出发，走庐山的北线，一路蜿蜒盘旋上山，老爸的车技还挺好的，公路盘山而上，我不但没有晕车，还一路兴致勃勃地在山上看云，可我的妹妹就没有那么幸运了，她在车上又晕又想吐，她那水汪汪的大眼睛一直在下着“蒙蒙细雨”；而妈妈呢，她就像是早就料到会这样，坦然处之地拿出了袋子和纸巾。

庐山上的每座山峰都形态各异，高低不同，真是“横看成岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同”呀！我终于领悟到了苏轼写这首诗时，看到的是多么奇秀的风景。身在庐山，远的近的山峰出现在云雾里。树木枝繁叶茂、苍松翠柏。这里怪石嶙峋，处处险峰。这里还有壮观的瀑布，“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”这是对庐山瀑布最大的赞美。

最壮观的瀑布是三叠泉瀑布。泉水从悬崖倾泻而下，在石壁上形成了三道瀑布，因而得名三叠泉。我们来到景点入口。山路陡峭，往下走了一千四百多个台阶，终于见到了瀑布。抬头仰望，瀑布在绝壁上奔腾而下，气势磅礴。走近拍照时，飞溅的水珠在阳光照耀下形成了一道彩虹，我拍下这美丽的瞬间。

游览壮观的庐山三叠泉，不仅饱了眼福还锻炼了身体，回去还有一千四百个台阶要走，这怎么不让我难忘呢？

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

刚打开相册，第一张照片是一个三岁左右的小女孩，做在床上大哭的情景。这可爱又可笑的小女孩就是我。听妈妈说我那时候才三岁。

有一天晚上，妈妈爸爸正在做饭，我看着他们汗流浃背的样子心里很不是滋味。心里想：妈妈爸爸那么辛苦地给我做饭，我自己也要给他们做一些事情呀!我今天要给妈妈爸爸一个惊喜。于是，我偷偷地溜出客厅，来到了卧室。我想把妈妈爸爸的被子展开，让他们大吃一惊。

在我小时候，曾和弟弟做了一顿“西餐”，(其实是水果拼盘。)直到现在我还记忆犹新。

那时我七岁，弟弟才五岁。那天，弟弟来到我家，碰巧爸妈出去了。为了让我们听话，他们买了一些水果，放在餐桌上。我看到了那些水果，灵机一动，就对弟弟说：“咱们来做点西餐吧。”弟弟吃惊的说：“你会做吗?”我自信的说：“放心，有本天才呢!

我先把西瓜切开，把瓜瓤挖了出来，放进盘中，分成两份。只见鲜红的瓜瓤，就象巨大的红宝石，里面还有饱满的黑珍珠―瓜子。然后把一部分菠萝切成块，一部分打成汁。于是有进行到了下一道工序：切橙子片。可是，不知道是不是我家的菜刀吃错药了，平时对我妈百依百顺，可它今天丝毫不听我的话，切的片不是厚就是保可虽说困难，不过还是切出来了。就不和它计较了。然后我用橘子瓣搭成了一座小桥。又用糖豆做成了“陆地”。后来弟弟拿来小西红柿要做荷花，可他做了半天就做了三朵(这臭小子边做边吃大部分都被他吃了!)最后把它们装饰好，放进冰箱里。在看看弟弟，已经是“口水流下三千尺，两眼瞪得发了直。”过了10分钟我刚把“西餐”拿出来的时候正要细细品尝我们的成果时，弟弟已经左右开攻，以迅雷不及掩耳之势K掉了半盘!正当我还没反应过来时，他又来了个“横扫千军”把剩下的收拾掉了。吃饱喝足后这小子竟脚底抹油―溜了。可是我的肚子还在敲鼓表示严重抗议。

虚弱的我用“疾风步”追小弟去也!

在实践基地五天的集体生活即将结束。在这四天中，我们在欢笑中得到了启示，在玩耍中受到教育，还学会了许多指示，真是受益非浅呀!周四的晚上，我们开了一场意外深长的总结会。

晚上，同学们陆陆续续地来到教室，教室里的说声、笑声始终不能停止。这时，老师进来了，教室里立刻变得鸦雀无声。总结会开始了，白华首先说了自己的心得体会，她说：“在这里，我们离开了母亲的怀抱，无论做什么事都得靠自己……一个同学谈了自己的感受，二个同学谈了自己的感受，三个同学谈了自己的感受……

总结会结束了，同学们怀着个自不同的心情回到了宿舍。第二天下午1点半左右，我们迈着沉重的步伐上了汽车，就在汽车开出校门的那一刻，我多么希望车子能停下来，希望时间能停下来，让我再多看一眼那美丽的校园。

这件事已经过去很久了，可现在一想起来依然历历在目。因为它给我的印象太深了。

As a student ，I don’t have any great event to talk about ，but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.

During the first three years of junior school ，we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June， everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing ， harder and harder texts ， terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ，always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.

But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest， and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning， my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship， both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way， I like that kind of life， as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.

My head teacher also encouraged me， so did my Chinese teacher. I should say， all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. 今天是中秋节了，月亮就像一盏台灯，永远也不会熄灭，而灯笼，就像是一支支蜡烛，过了时间，就会消失！

现在我的家里热热闹闹的，可以称得上是人山人海了，我和倩欣姐姐还有臭臭弟弟在家里像一只只小兔子一样的活泼乱跳的，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿吃东西，就像猪一样，懒洋洋的，什么家务都没做。

叮叮咚咚，门铃响了，我利用刘翔的速度跑向门口，开了门，进来的是秀珍姐姐、大母、大伯、小雪姐姐，他们就像海浪一样一涌而上，现在我们的家就变成了一个热热闹闹的“菜市场”！大人们在聊天，姐姐们在看电视，孩子们在房间里玩耍，妈妈和奶奶在厨房做饭，今晚我们吃的是火锅，大家都迫不及待！

没过多久，香喷喷的火锅出炉了，大人们坐在桌子上，小孩就在茶几那儿吃饭，我们的地盘都被大人们给占领了！

秀珍姐姐和倩欣姐姐、我、臭臭都吃完饭了，我们正准备下楼玩儿，忽然想到我还没买灯笼呢，于是我就带上零花钱跟他们一起下去散步，顺便买灯笼。

我们像发了疯的狗一样跑到平台下面，他们在那里健身，做游戏，我自己跑到超市，用零花钱买了一个漂亮的萤火虫灯笼，一按按钮，萤火虫就会扇动翅膀，还可以在地下走路，并且还会唱歌。我买完灯笼后，就回到了平台下，跟姐姐弟弟们前往草坪。

走了一会儿路，就到草坪了，在那里我和姐姐荡秋千，弟弟玩跷跷板，我们还一起在草坪上看星星，星星一闪一闪的，不过最显眼的还是那个像眼珠子一样发着光芒的月亮。

中秋节真难忘！

小学生活无忧无虑，丰富多彩。

一二年级，我的妈妈就是我的老师。她对我非常严格，在学校里，我必须叫老师，不能叫妈妈，同学们推举我当班长，她为了避嫌，坚决不准。那时侯我长的很矮（大人们都说我心眼太多，拽的长不高）。座位总在第一排。可我上课老坐不住，不知不觉就站起来了。妈妈坐在讲桌前批作业，一发觉我站起来，头也不抬，顺手拿起小教鞭就是一下，吓的我赶紧坐下，常常惹的同学们哈哈大笑。在妈妈的严格管制下，那时侯的我其实挺压抑的。

三年级之后，我象脱了缰的野马，开始毫无顾忌的自由发展起来。先是当了班长，接着是少先队大队长，又是学校里的文艺骨干，演讲比赛小冠军，故事大王可我也经常会犯错误。记得有一次，中午午休我值日，坐在前面看着同学们睡。那天特别热，同学们都睡不着。有人就央求我买冰糕给他们吃，我毫不犹豫就去了。抱着一大抱冰糕兴冲冲地跑回了教室，还没反应过来怎么回事，就听到校长大喊我的名字，徇声一看，完了，校长正站在教室后面，脸都气青了。我可吓慌了，顺手把冰糕往旁边的桌洞里一塞，想藏起来，可不幸的是，十多支冰糕全掉到了地上。原来，那是一张破了洞的桌子。可怜我们那刚刚买回还没来的及吃的冰糕！同学们看到我的狼狈相忍不住哄堂大笑。可想而知，校长会是怎样的愤怒。他当着大家的面，把我狠狠的骂了一顿，还不解气，又向妈妈告了我一状，我被罚站一晚上。

那时侯的我特别骄傲，对男生尤其不屑一顾。我的交友原则是决不主动和男生说话，所以男同学对我一般是敬而远之。可我上四年级的时候，有人竟在教室的墙上写了一句：我喜欢你，程丽。当时我简直气晕了，于是利用我的职权一个一个的查，最后终于识破庐山真面目。我找到那个男生，批了一通，并宣告再也不和他说话。结果我真的再也没理他。上学的时候不懂事，后来懂事了，又不知道他去了哪里，于是我的诺言就非实现不可了。

尽管屡有小事发生，可那时的我，心无杂念，一心向上，是同学们的楷模，是爸妈的骄傲，是快乐的公主。

每当想起第一次上舞台时的情景，我总按捺不住自己内心的喜悦。当时我才五岁，学跳舞刚一年多点，就登上了属于我自己的舞台。

“六一”儿童节快到了，为迎接我们小朋友的节日，老师让每个小朋友都表演个节目。我既兴奋又紧张，回到家妈妈帮我精挑细选一个傣簇舞蹈，开始一丝不苟的跟着光碟练习着，有不懂的环节再向舞蹈老师请教。每天至少练习三个小时，就是想早日能登上梦寐以求的舞台为大家展示优美的舞姿。“六一”在期盼中终于到来，老师带着我们小演员在后台准备，当时我非常紧张，两条腿都不听使换，看看其他的小朋友镇定自若的样子，紧张情绪也就慢慢放了下来。这时，主持人喊着我的名字，急忙跑了过去，做了个高难度的动作亮相给观众，迎来暴风雨般的掌声，当时别提有多高兴，但一看座无虚席的台下，全身又发抖起来。尽快的调整情绪，就想到上台时妈妈对我说的一句话：“把台下观众看作一株株树，就不紧张了。”立即调整一下心态，全身心的投入到舞曲中，不知不觉4分50秒的舞蹈在观众的掌声中结束了。离开舞台时还有点依依不舍的感觉。

本来星期六是非常happy的一天，可是……

星期六的早上我上完画画班，回到家，不幸发生了……。因为我跑的太快，就在我刚刚踏进家门的时候，那个可恶的地，那个地板上可恶的水滴，把我滑倒了，这还不算什么，我的嘴还撞上了茶几的角，可把我害惨了。当时血流满地，我也忍不住哭了起来，妈妈赶快带着我来到了医院。在口腔科，医生一检查，发现我嘴里有一个很大的破口，必须缝针，可是我那时哭着喊着就是不让医生给我缝针。妈妈又带我来到了耳鼻喉科，找到了唐姥姥，唐姥姥给我找来了一个态度非常好的医生，她长得很漂亮，语气很温和，刚开始，她给我喷了一点麻药，再打麻针的时候就不太痛了，之后就给我打了麻针，果然再缝针的时候就不疼了，没感觉了。当时我很害怕，我说：“怎么还没有缝好呀?”医生一边给我缝针一边跟我聊天，快缝完的时候还和我开了一个玩笑，这时我就觉得缝针不再像我想的那样恐怖了。缝完了，我一直没有哭，医生夸我说真勇敢!

现在我的嘴巴已经变成“腊肠”嘴了，我妈妈说我从孙悟空变成猪八戒了!这真是一次痛苦的经历，我以后做事再也不会不小心了。

我永远忘不了那个难忘的瞬间。那是一个阳光明媚的星期天，我们一家人正准备出去游玩，爸爸突然接到一个电话，原本平静的脸变得十分严峻。我小心翼翼的问：“出什么事了？”爸爸沉重地说，“你奶奶出事了，现在赶快去医院！”顿时我的心如坠冰窖，说不出的担忧充斥心田。

等我们一家马不停蹄地赶到医院时，奶奶已经在病房里住下了。被日光灯照的惨白的病房里，奶奶一脸痛苦地躺在床上，花白的头发，暗黄的脸颊刺痛了我的双眼，泪下子就涌出了眼眶。大伯告诉我们，奶奶在放牛时被发脾气的牛挤下了几米深的山沟中，股骨颈骨折。我一听，立刻心疼的站在奶奶身边，看着奶奶痛苦的样子，不知道如何是好。

几天后，奶奶要做手术了，我站在手术室门口，越来越紧张，越来越害怕。心跳的好像刚跑完五千米，鼻子上冒出一层汗珠，好像做手术的不是美奶奶，而是我。那种感觉好像我上学迟到站在教室门口，考试考了倒数几名一样，有无限的恐惧感。我又想起和奶奶的往事：奶奶给我烙煎饼，陪我去挖黄花苗，给我讲以前的故事．．．．．．心如刀绞，恨不得此刻自己能代替奶奶受罪。

忽然，手术室的门开了，推出一张活动床。我冲在最前面，看见奶奶的一瞬间，我惊呆了。奶奶的面孔苍白无力，让我立刻想到了死人的面孔。她脸上的皱纹如同斧凿刀刻，手冰凉而粗糙，好像一棵老树的树皮。手上的筋骨根根清晰看见，让我第一次发现奶奶是如此的瘦弱。她的身体还在不断微微的颤抖，好像经历了一场巨大的恐惧一般。床头上方挂的一袋鲜红的温血极为刺眼，让我让我的眼睛无法睁开。泪水在我的眼眶里悄悄打转，悄悄流下，又被我悄悄地抹去。我并不是一个爱用泪水发泄伤心的人，但奶奶此时的样子让我无法控制自己。妈妈推了我一下，原来我楞在正中央，挡住路了，我赶紧闪开。

如今，奶奶的腿痊愈了，不用拐杖又能健步如飞，在田地里忙来忙去。看着奶奶依然矫健的身影，我的眼前又浮现出昔日奶奶刚出手术室的难忘瞬间，那份自责，那种伤痛我永远不会忘记。

每当到了八月十五这个明月当空的日子，我们一家就会买一袋大大的月饼带回家，然后一起坐到阳台上赏月：饱满的明月，像个玉盘子，里面放着美味佳肴。月亮忽隐忽现，仿佛披着一件神秘的面纱。

我忽然觉得自己就在月亮上，望着朦胧的云雾，感觉到一丝丝迷茫;我在发着金光的月亮上，努力想将地球上的高楼大厦照映出点点红光，此时的我，觉得自己很孤独。

Dennis school the teacher told us that the volunteers are very hard,because

they only work,but cant see,my brothers and sisters and volunteers I insist in

the end,although there is a little lazy,but warned by the teacher once,I havent

made a mistake.

Finally,the teachers give us volunteers score,my score is 9 points,10

points,10 points,although the score is high,but I also want to continue to work

hard!

昨天晚上，我到小区学校的春节晚会当志愿者，开始的时间是5：00，结束是7：30。在过程中，我第一个任务是先站在签到台，帮老师在卡片上写1、2、3、4……等数字，交给来宾们当抽奖券;第二个任务是晚会结束时，帮助推门，方便人们离开。

education for all can solve all the problems of society and build a perfect

nation. But we can already see that free education for all is not enough.We find

in such countries a far larger number of people with university degrees refusing

to do what they think is "low"work, and. in fact, working with ones hands is

thought to be dirty and shameful in such countries.

But we have only to think a moment to understand that the work of a

completely uneducated farmer is far more important than that of a professor~ we

can live without education,but we die if we have no food. If no one cleaned our

streets and took the rubbish away from our houses, we should get terrible

diseases in our towns.

In fact, when we say that all of us must be educated to fit us for life, it

means that we must be educated in such a way that, firstly, each of us can do

whatever work is suited to his brains and ability and, secondly, that we can

realize that all jobs are necessary to society, and that it is very bad to be

ashamed of ones work. Only such a type of education can be considered valuable

to society.

中秋节就要到了！据说中秋节是中秋节，这是中国的一个传统节日。这一天，家人团聚，吃月饼赏月。

晚上，天渐渐黑了。我们把美味的食物和水果放在院子里一张大大的桌子上。哇！这有什么大不了的！然而，我立刻拿了一张纸，擦了擦我的口水。否则，我会把羊带到摄影棚——在国外（羊）。老人和年轻人坐在一起，有说有笑。非常热闹。一阵微风吹来，带来了花香。哦，原来桂花悄悄地开了。“八朵月桂花”大家异口同声地说。一轮明亮的月亮悄悄地爬上树梢，圆圆的，明亮的，感觉比平时更亲切。这是今天的主角。当我看着月亮时，似乎真的有一棵桂花树，嫦娥抱着玉兔在树旁，吴刚正在砍倒桂花树。这时，父亲告诉我中秋节的由来和习俗，这让我想起了中国农历的一句谚语：“正月初一，过春节”。2月2日，龙抬起头来。三月三日，先祭祖；4月8日，拜菩萨；五月五日，端午节；6月6日，沐浴在丝绸中；7月7日，看看喜鹊桥。8月15日是中秋节。九月九日，重阳节；10月10日，送冷衣服；11月的冬至是9个太阳，12月是农历十二月最后，该吃月饼了。这时，天空中的月亮升得更高，看起来更美丽。我一次“消灭”了三个月饼。我妈妈对我说：“你真是一只会看树的啄木鸟——你有很好的语言技能！”全家人突然大笑起来。

中秋节是中国的一个传统节日——中秋节。中秋节是一个非常有意义的节日。你可以吃月饼。喝桂花酒。看月亮。今年的中秋节，我们全家带着买的月饼去外婆家吃团圆饭。当我们中午到达奶奶家时，我们坐在桌边看着，“哇！多么富有！”我很高兴地说。这时，一盘烧红的鸡肉中的梳子吸引了我。我用一双筷子夹住了它。差不多是在那个时候。我和哥哥同时抓住了梳子。突然，门外传来一声尖叫，吓了我们一跳。梳子掉到了地上。一只小狗从外面进来，吃了梳子。突然，我们都大笑起来......

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

not only decoration, but also communication. The principle is the same.
