“呜呜呜呜呜…”，还未开始我就害怕哭起来了，爸爸妈妈和医生不停的安慰鼓励我，然后把我按在病床上，医生说：“快按住她，别让她乱动”…，然后爸爸和舅舅配合医生对我检查。当胃境管插到胃部时，我的胃又痛又呕又吐，真的太难受啦，幸好很快就检查完了。

在住院期间，除打针吃药外，不能吃饭，不能吃油类的任何食物，只能吃开水煮清面，不能放盐这样吃…。

但不得不说，住院治疗有一种特殊的药丸，每天早晚要服用一颗，好像细小的糖果，挺甜的，病房里还有一个比我还小住院的女孩子，每天吃完还想吃，哈哈哈!

大约十天我就痊愈出院了，我想以后我可得特别注意饮食习惯，不乱吃垃圾食品，注意卫生。再也不能患这种病，至今想起都害怕…!这就是我一生中最难忘的一件事。

周日早晨，我从睡梦中醒来，天已经很亮了。我抬头看了一眼小闹钟，哇！都八点十分了。我又望了一眼身旁的妈妈，只见她还在熟睡中。我知道妈妈平时工作很辛苦，一定累坏了。今天不用早早起床给我做早饭，所以睡的很香。

我忽然有了一个想法，我当一次“妈妈”，做一次早饭给妈妈吃。我蹑手蹑脚的穿好衣服，来到厨房，做点什么呢？对，就做妈妈最爱吃的鸡蛋糕吧！于是，我先从冰箱里取出几个鸡蛋，学着妈妈的样子把鸡蛋打碎放入到一个大碗里不断的搅拌，都搅碎了以后，放入一些盐，倒入一点料酒，再放入适量的水，最后倒入一点点大豆油，再一次搅拌，然后放入锅里。随着开水煮碗的咕嘟声我的心像小鼓一样咚咚的敲个不停，我一会儿看一次，一会儿看一次，心里想会不会成功，能不能做好，失败了怎么办……只见鸡蛋糕慢慢的凝固了，一点一点的鼓了起来，变得黄澄澄的了。哇！我兴奋的心都快跳出来了。

成功了！和妈妈平时做的外观一样。只是不知道味道如何？我决定让妈妈来作评价。我像小猫抓老鼠时一样轻轻地走进卧室，推推妈妈说：“妈妈我饿了。”

那次是在篮球训练时，老师叫我们跳台阶练习弹跳力。那个台阶足有半米高，规定必须双脚跳!可知道，那个台阶就是一脚踏上去也不容易呀!我一走过去就胆惊心怯：“哇，这么高，怎么跳呀!”台阶后面就是灌木丛，要是脚被台阶绊住了，就会摔倒在灌木丛里。“被灌木扎爆了眼睛或摔断了腿，后果就不堪设想了!”想到这里我被吓得满头大汗，倒吸了几口冷气。

弹跳训练开始了，老师让我们先跳十个台阶，我一下子便愣住了。妈呀!我连一个台阶也跳不了啊!怎么可能跳十个台阶呢?正在我心神不定的时候，耳畔传来了妈妈熟悉的喊声：“加油!你能行!”我终于鼓起了勇气，“拼了!”于是，我闭上眼睛，咬紧牙关奋力一跳——不料，我的左脚稳稳的落在了台阶上，右脚却不争气，落空了。

我即将升入初中，六年的小学生活真快，转眼间就没消逝了，我多想继续留在这个美丽的地方，我即将成为一名初中生了，我不会忘记这美丽的母校，我会飞得更高走得更远。

Nowadays, more and more people realize the harm of smoking and the damage

it bring to the people around us. Considered the health of people themseves and

the one they care, many smokers try their best to give up smoking. When quiting

smoking, I have some suggestions. First of all, people should have strong will

on giving up smoking. Personal determination is the most important factor. When

feeling eager to smoke, people should think about the damage of smoking and the

people they love. And then they can strengthen their will not to smoke.

Secondly, sweep away all the cigarette around. They can’t find any cigarette

when they want to smoke. And then after a while, their wants for smoke will

reduce gradually. Last but not least, prepare some candies in the pocket, when

people want to smoke, eat candies instead. Hope every smoker succeed in the

end.
