那次是在篮球训练时，老师叫我们跳台阶练习弹跳力。那个台阶足有半米高，规定必须双脚跳!可知道，那个台阶就是一脚踏上去也不容易呀!我一走过去就胆惊心怯：“哇，这么高，怎么跳呀!”台阶后面就是灌木丛，要是脚被台阶绊住了，就会摔倒在灌木丛里。“被灌木扎爆了眼睛或摔断了腿，后果就不堪设想了!”想到这里我被吓得满头大汗，倒吸了几口冷气。

这次的失败让我的勇气被重重挫伤了，这时心里满是胆怯，脑子里全是失败的情景，看着右腿上被碰青的一块伤疤，又想，我做不到，如果摔痛了怎么办?此时，坚强而又温暖的声音再次在我耳边响了起来：“加油，你能行!”这句话顿时又让我产生了信心。此时，我的心里“自信”和“胆小”经过轮番激烈的斗争，最后还是“自信”战胜了“胆小”，我又一次站在台阶前，准备，跳!我一下子腾空而起，双脚稳稳的站在了台阶上。我真的胜利了!

kind of measure taken to ban smoking in public places. However, concerning about

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

non-smokers are in favor of banning smoking in public places.

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

he most unforgettable experience of my life

As a student ，I don’t have any great event to talk about ，but here I want to share my experience of preparing for the high school entrance examination.

During the first three years of junior school ，we were very happy and free .But we often heard that Grade 4 would be a hell. After the final exam of Grade 3 in June， everything blew onto our faces : teachers’ changing ， harder and harder texts ， terrible pressure and of course the graduate exam .Where your position was on the listboard became the most important thing in our life .We had to study hard day and night ，always from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. the next day.

But I must say that it’s really an unforgettable memory in my life. Under the pressure we lived our life to the fullest， and enjoyed the true interesting things that we may have never cared before. Grade 4 in junior school was a turning point in my life. My attitude to learning， my world outlook and my philosophy of life all changed. I turned to be positive and strong. I also gained many people’s true & pure friendship， both teachers ’ and classmates’. In some way， I like that kind of life， as it taught me many things I’d never learned before.

Teachers also helped me a lot. I still can’t forget that my history teacher talked to me until 10:00 p.m. on April 30th， 2003， for my application. My head teacher also encouraged me， so did my Chinese teacher. I should say， all my teachers worked very hard and always neglected their sleep and meals. Even if some of them were about 50 and often fell ill， they never left us one day .

一个星期天的下午，我正迷迷糊糊地在梦里吃着美味的糖果。忽然，一个“嗡嗡”的声音在我的耳边响起，我立刻明白了，我的美梦泡汤了。

我一下子从床上蹦跳了起来，只见一只蚊子我的脑袋四周盘旋，在我的耳边唱歌。我气得火冒三丈，随手拿起了桌子上的数学书，朝蚊子“啪”拍去。我以为真的拍中了，可是定睛一看，它在墙上来回飞舞，似乎在嘲笑我：“你就打不着……”我更生气了，抄起电蚊拍砸了过去。咦？中了！哈哈！可是，蚊子大军其实还在等我。我刚躺下，两只蚊子又在我的耳边“嗡嗡”起舞宣战。我又跳了起来，拿出电蚊拍，在空中挥舞，跟蚊子大战一场，蚊子们左躲右闪，不停地躲过我的攻击。

我暴跳如雷，用起了兵法。我躺在床上，一动不动。蚊子见我一动不动的，以为我睡着了，就爬到我的血管上，准备把可恶的吸食器扎进我血管里，我立刻坐了起来，举起巴掌“啪”，满手的鲜血布满了我的手掌中！中了！中了！太好了，可是又有好多好多蚊子飞了过来。我急中生智，跑到客厅，拿起了杀虫剂跑回房间。左右来回，我在房间乱喷一通，然后迅速逃离卧室，关上大门。10分钟后，我打开了房门。哇！地上好多蚊子，我拿来扫把打扫“战场”。耶！我觉得杀完蚊子后神清气爽，十分开心。

从那以后，我每次睡觉之前，都要用杀虫剂“消毒”，这样，我再也不用怕蚊子扰我美梦了。

我们的生活丰富多彩。每天都会发生难忘的事：有的使你高兴、快乐，有的使你后悔、懊恼，有的使你伤心、难过……其中，令我最难忘的就是考试那次。

那天数学测验，我半小时就完成了，离考试结束还有十分钟。我对这次测验信心满满，有拿一百分的把握，就没有检查。接下来的时间，我一会儿摸摸橡皮，一会儿玩玩直尺，到下课铃声响快速把试卷交了上去。

第二天到学校早读课时，老师把分数报了出来，“陆铃涵，八十五分。”我的脑子轰的一声“炸”开了，怎么会呢?八十五分?老师会不会批错了?拿到试卷后，只见试卷上红叉一大片，光是计算题就扣了六分。接下来的几节课中，我都无法集中注意力认真听讲，脑子里都是妈妈骂我时的情景和那一大片叉。

放学了，同学们背上书包，说说笑笑地跑出教室。只有我一声不吭的收拾书包。走到校门口，看见妈妈踮着脚在拥挤的人群中寻找我的身影时，我羞愧的低下了头，心想：妈妈每天不辞辛劳的照顾我，接我上学、放学，而我却用这个成绩回报妈妈，真不应该。妈妈问我数学考得怎么样，我摇了摇头，神情沮丧，妈妈也没追问下去。到了家，我胆战心惊的把试卷拿给妈妈，妈妈看后，简单的说了句：“下次细心点。”我点了点头，眼睛湿润了，我知道妈妈对我失望了。

在我的记忆中，有一件难忘的事，这件事是在一次比赛中发生的。为什么这件事让我难忘呢?因为这件事让我明白了一个道理：骄傲使人退步，虚心使人进步，就在前两个星期，我要去比澳门参加邀请赛，我画着浓浓的妆，走到了赛场上，听到裁判说：“三二一”，比赛就开始了。

我们是第三场上场比赛，第一位选手上场比赛时，管理员说：“就这样念念，一眨眼就到你比赛了。”

当然不用谦虚了，于是我就在比赛的门外，又是蹦又是唱的，到比赛时，一眨眼我就比完了。

走出赛场后，我还非常自信地对老师说：“这次比赛太容易了，我一定能拿第一名。”

看到我这么自信，大家都祝贺我，结果成绩出来后，我马上跑过去看成绩，怎么才得第三名?

哎，我真后悔，可是后悔又有什么用?早知道我把在门外又蹦又跳的时间拿来练习一下，说不定成绩会好一些，遗憾的是世界上没有后悔药啊，我再后悔也没有意义了，吃一堑，长一智，以后一定要吸取教训。

这件事之所以让我难忘，是因为我明白了一个道理：谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人退步。

在我的大脑里，有许多事情，但其中令我最难忘的事是我第一次一个人在家睡觉。

那时，爸爸妈妈有事不在家，晚上只好我自己一个人睡觉，我觉得房间很黑，心中有点害怕，生怕书中的小鬼串门到我家里。时间已经很晚了，夜黑的吓人，它像一只怪兽一样把光明都给吞噬了。我独自一人躺在床上，心中难以抑制地去想着那些可怕的东西，突然，一阵风吹来，窗帘飘了起来，我不禁想起了鬼片里的‘鬼风’，仿佛看见了呲牙咧嘴的“鬼魂”，把我吓得一阵哆嗦，我赶紧用被子裹住了自己，把腿蜷缩成一团，头上也被吓出了汗珠。我在给自己壮胆道：有什么好怕的，世上哪有什么鬼怪!然后我决定躲在被窝里看电视，打开电视的第一个频道就是可怕的“鬼”片，真是怕啥来啥，吓得我赶紧把电视关掉，蒙头躲进被窝里。

Surprisingly, the man found me and asked me to come to him. I said to him:” I’ m sorry that I have no money to repair the bike.” “It doesn’t matter!” he replied bluntly. After a few minutes, my bike was repaired well by him without pay.

I wanted to give the money back with my gratitude. Unfortunately, I couldn’t found him any longer.
