1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

我这个学期总结了一下我一、二、三、四年级的成绩后，发现了一二三年级的成绩都要比四年级的好。因为，当时我并没有沉迷于网络游戏，经常去户外游玩，这才使我的成绩没有下滑。而现在的我，天天玩手机，看电视，一个星期里除了上学，根本没出过门，我差不多变成宅男了。所以我要先戒除网瘾，多去户外活动，认真复习了，希望在五年级时可以拿好成绩。

二、课前做好预习，找出疑难，不能解决的问题在堂上多留意老师的讲解，并能做到“不耻下问。”

三、上课专心听讲，认真做好笔记，积极发言，力争堂上知识堂上过关。

四、课后认真完成作业，温故知新，睡觉前将老师堂上所讲的内容在脑海中放一次“电影”。

五、虚心学习别人的长处与优点，不妒忌别人，遇到挫折和失败，不灰心、不气馁。

六、合理安排好休息时间与娱乐时间，每天完成作业后听听音乐，翻翻课外书，看看电视新闻。星期六、日适当看看少儿频道台电视或参加一些有益的课外活动。

今后，我一定要以“宝剑锋来磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”为座右铭，超越自我，力争考取好成绩，为班争光，为校争光。

新的学期，新的打算，不能依然沉浸在暑假的快乐时光里，要投入学习中去。升入初三后，学习更紧张了。初三是初中生活最后的一年，也是最重要的一年，起了总结的作用，初三这一年的用功与否，直接关系着能否迈进高中的大门，要扎扎实实，为高中打好基础.

升入了初三，虽然学科减少了两门，但面临着明年的中考，千万不能松懈，更不能分心，应该紧张起来，发奋图强.

[初三新学期计划的作文内容

1、早上6：30起床，十分钟洗漱叠被子。

2、6：45-6：55听读磁带，再阅读十分钟。

3、7：05开饭，不挑食。

4、在学校期间，两眼紧盯老师，紧跟老师思路走，在课堂上要管住自己(不开小差、不做小动作、不说话)，上课还要积极回答问题。

5、课前坚持做预习，带着问题上课，在课堂上把问题解决。

6、放学赶紧回家，在回家的路上不浪费时间。

7、独立完成作业，学会认真检查，争取一次做对。

8、每天抽出一些时间练琴。

9、每天中午阅读、复习，然后午休。

上个学期，在张老师和徐老师的精心培养下，我取得了很多的好成绩：考试多次取得优秀；被同学们选为纪律委员和中队委；在“祝福您老师”的祝福语设计大赛中，我获得了低段组第一名；在科技节中，我荣获了低段组小制作二等奖；在运动会上，我参加的跳绳获得了低段组第二名。等等，总体感觉一个学期下来自己还是取得了一定的进步的。

但是，遵守规则，听从指挥；礼貌待人；诚实守信；同学关系等方面还需要大的改进。尤其是和占晨打架的事件对我的教训非常深刻，至今每次提起这件事我都会伤心，爸爸告诉我诚实守信是男孩子的立身之本，这种事情以后绝对不会再在我的身上发生。

下学期中我将做到：

1、各们功课在上个学期的基础上更加努力，争取在新学期的成绩单上没有“B”，杜绝“C”；
