This holiday is busy and happy.

一是要有一种强盛的精神信心，并由此产生宏大的精神力量。解放战斗时期，解放军的一句口号“打过长江去，解放全中国”。恰是这句口号，激励着成千上万的解放军，成为他们的精神支柱和重要财产。在高考的日子里，学生的精神世界在不断的成长和发育，更须要一种精神气力的支撑。有些学生的做法，更富有可操作性。寻找一句非常激励人的话语或自己的一个妄想，将它写在三个纸片上，其中一个纸片放在自己的口袋里，可以随时激励自己;一个纸片放在自己的笔袋中，经常伴跟着自己的学习;还有一个纸片，贴在自己的床头，每当醒来时或睡觉时，念叨几句。半个月后，再换一句，以此类推，让激励语随同高三生活!

二是要有一种抵御外界引诱的定力，让本人沉潜和专一。同样是一堆木材，要烧开同样的水，有些人一会儿就烧开了，有些人始终烧不开。假如究其起因，重要是在一段时光只能做一件事情，才干做成这件事件，要连续一直地烧，而不是烧烧停停。所以在高三生活中，要有一种定力，让自己心无旁骛、聚精会神、目不转睛、全力以赴，要可能让自己敏捷进入状态，安捺住自己一颗躁动的心，“静得下、坐得住”，只有这样能力“星火燎原”、“铁杆磨成针”，也才能让自己在学习中有所冲破和进步!

三是要有举动表示，并且在学习和生活中有所体现。高三，大家一天的时间是一样的，都是24个小时，所以有效的学习时间不是延伸出来的，而是挤出来的。如何挤?一个字“快”。一些落后学生，普遍存在这样一个通病就是拖沓和勤散。也正因为拖拉和懒惰，也把自己的学习心态搞糟了，心态搞糟了，学习做作也就不会好到哪里去。如果，我们留神察看，一些优秀学生的行动特点，我们就不难发现他们优秀的原因。优良学生广泛存在的一些行为特征：仰头挺胸、面带微笑、步调有力、乐于助人、张弛有度、擅长表白、勤恳刻苦、永不服输、踊跃质疑、追求辅助、动作快捷等等。要想转变自己，我们素来不缺少主意，我们缺乏往往是自己的行为。改变自己，从行为开始!

时代的车轮滚滚而过，卷起万千灰尘扑面而来，在快节奏的生活中，是否掩盖了我们的阅读能力？我们多久没在那静谧的时光中，饮一杯清茶，读一本好书。

书，是文化的载体，是传承的衣钵，它带给我们的，不仅是知识，还有那中国人骨子里不可磨灭的印记。无论各种终端使用如何广泛，碎片化阅读始终代替不了书本阅读。

季老曾说：“我愿读书，为的不只是那书中的黄金屋与颜如玉，还有那沁人心脾的书卷香味。”在机油弥漫的社会中，我们多久没有触摸到纸张的柔滑，没有嗅到那醉人的书香。

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school．

As students，we often take examinations at school，but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us．On the other hand，some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons．So when taking examinations，they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers．
