有勇气对我和旁观者而言是有不一样的理解的。对别人说“不”或是向别人要东西对有些人来说很容易，但对另外一些人来说是对内心勇气的很大挑战，做到这些“简单”的事对他们来说好难好难。回忆起来，小时候的我就碰到过很多这样的事。

我小时候特别不会拒绝别人，妈妈曾经多次提醒我：“诺诺，要学会合理的拒绝别人哦！”可我一直觉得做到好难。记得一年级的某天下午，同学向我借铅笔，可是我也只有唯一的一支了，心里异常矛盾。这时，一大堆问题向我涌来，如果不借，万一她说我小气，让大家不跟我交朋友怎么办？万一她告诉老师，说我不爱帮助人，让老师责怪我怎么办？万一……我又想了许多该不该借的问题，心急如焚，要不是难为情，当时我就会大叫出来“妈妈！怎么办？”脑袋里毫无头绪，一片混乱。我强迫自己冷静下来，想起妈妈说的话，鼓起勇气，对同学说：“不好意思，不能借给你，我只有这一支了！”瞬间我感觉一阵轻松，让我惊讶的是，同学居然没有任何要生气的意思，平和的走了。但现在看来，真是“当局者迷，旁观者清”呀！我就是太顾虑他人了。这让我体会到，真实的表达自己，让别人理解你，而不是闷在心里自己为难，是多么的重要！

再说说我表弟犯倔的趣事，记得那次我吃薯片，弟弟嘴馋但又碍于他是“男子汉”不好意思开口跟我这个“小女生”讨，看的出来他很希望我能主动给他，但我就是不给。于是表弟开始生起闷气来，就一直在那里倔着不吭声。过了许久，他熬不牢了，起身跟我抢，可惜毕竟人比我小，抢不过啊！我看出了他的心思，就故意跟他说：“想吃吗？只要跟我说你想吃就可以了！”可就是一个“想”字让他憋了足足十几分钟，就是不说。最后我索性不理他，一片一片的故意嚼的很香，当只剩几片的时候，我在黑板上写了几个字：“弟弟爱吃薯片又爱生气，牛！”弟弟笑了，终于拿起薯片吃了起来。真是让我哭笑不得！心想，哼，别人的话，谁会这么迁就你！

表达真的重要，也很需要勇气，勇敢的说出你想要的和你不想要的，或许也不是你想象的那么难！

每一个人的情绪都会时好时坏，学会控制情绪是我们成功和快乐的要决。

伤心 人们每有所失――例如友谊、爱情、地位或自尊心等，就觉得伤心。你觉得伤心时，没法找出失掉的是什么?这种丧失对你有什么影响?所丧失的曾经满足你那些需要?失掉了今后能在哪里取得补偿?

你觉得伤心，而且知道是谁令你伤心，应该怎么办?如果可能，就去找那个人当面直说他伤害了你，怎样伤害了你和为什么有这种感觉。

为什么告诉他?因为不论你是否喜欢，你的情绪一定要以某种方式发泄出来。

焦急 人们在恐怕伤害或有所丧失时就会变得焦急(忧虑、恐惧、紧张)。如果你感觉焦急，就应设法确定你恐怕丧失的是什么――是不是别人的爱或照顾?是你对境况和对自己本身的控制?还是你自己做人的自卑心和价值感?想一想有什么能帮助你防止损失，或帮助你准备应变，不要因为想来太可怕而把它撇开。躲避你所怕的事，只能把事情弄得更糟，问题更难解决。

忿怒 被人得罪了，人们往往会发怒，你发怒的时候，要自问：谁得罪了我?怎样得罪的?我对那个人说了些什么?我本来要说些什么?为什么我没有说呢?

忿怒和心灵受伤者，都应该即刻直接应付，倘若有人触怒了你，立刻对他讲明，大多数人都会表示歉意，而仍要和你继续做朋友。

内疚 忿怒不能适当发泄，就会转过来对付你自己。一个人对自己发怒时，他就会发生内疚而对每以件不顺心的事都归咎自己。

你怎样对付内疚呢?只要记住大多数内疚来自压抑的忿怒，而忿怒又是因为心灵受伤害而产生的，那么解决的办法应该是查出心灵所受的伤害，并找出造成伤害的原因，再把忿怒引向原来它应该发泄的地方。一切情绪，尤其是不愉快的情绪都必须等它消了才好。动感情是要消耗精力的。

如果我们把精力花在驱除不愉快的心情上，便不会有精力剩下来应付生活本身的需要。

10月1日是我国的国庆节,这对于整个国家是一个公共假日。这是一个重要的日子,标志着中华人民共和国开始。在那一天,有很多庆祝控股全国,从中央政府到一般人。和公共场所,包括大广场,公园在节日的装饰主题。近年来,国家节日意味着黄金周,这是一个短暂的假期,所有的人都期待。随着生活水平的提高,人们有更多的钱和渴望旅游黄金周是一个很好的机会。除此之外,对于那些人不出去,这是一个很好的时间来好好休息一下。因此,中国的国庆节意味着很多。

有的人，一生都在等。天空要下雨，需要等待雨水的筹集；鸟儿要迁徙，需要等待四季的更换。然而，不是一切的等候都会有一个美好的结果。收获了的人会在开心中成长，而失望了的人就必须在煎熬中成长。如果等候完，却没有成长，就是最悲哀不过的了。

记得一次空闲时间曾看过一篇文章。有一位老人，他年轻时曾是一位优秀的教师。退休后，他与妻子便开始了自己的“养老生活”。每天散散步，聊聊天，种种菜。日子过得好不惬意。可是，这幸福的小日子只维持了年仅一年多——他的妻子去世了。从此，院子里再没有新鲜的水果蔬菜，花儿都枯萎了；院子里也失去了欢声笑语，只剩下一声声叹息。老人开始了生活中的等候。他在等待他的妻子，一个永远也回不来的人。

故事最后，老人在悲伤中度过了生活中最后一段时间，倾尽心血的等候。这个故事让我颇有感触。有些东西，本不值得等候。就像老人一样，他选择用生活的结尾时间进行等候。看似多么感人，实则多么不理智啊！老人本可以在稍微快乐的环境下安享晚年，可他却选择无用的等候来煎熬、折磨自己！生活确实需要等候，但是要等候会开花结果的事物。等候，需要变通。

有时候，在外界或客观的影响下，我们不得不放弃等候，去改变去变通。但是，很多等候会有回报，那么这时我们则需要执着地等候，可能会让你事半功倍。

有一次，我自己乘坐公共汽车回家。因为当时天下着小雨，又恰巧是塞车的点。等了足足半个小时，还是没有我在等待的车。等车的人换了一批又一批，车站从挤满了人到只有几人，天气也渐渐暗了下来。经过一番犹豫，我终于决定步行回家。可是没想到，在我艰难地撑着伞走了十几分钟后。几辆车从我身边呼啸而过开往车站的方面。

那一次，我整整花了一个多小时才抵达家里。可能，如果那时我再耐心一点，执着一点。就不会淋成“落汤鸡”狼狈地回到家里了吧。

等待，是一种生命的状态。但生活，不能碌碌无为地等待。可也不能拒绝等待。三国时期诸葛亮草船借箭，他选择等候，只是因为在寻找一个的时间。我们，都应该学会等候，学会执着与变通。

记得小时候写文章，很喜欢用“如果”，其中，有过多少幻想与美梦，随着年龄的增长，都像泡沫般消失了。。。。。。现在，回头看那时的年少无知，恍然大悟，我们不该太相信如果。 Remember to write articles when I was a kid, I like to use "if", among them, how many fantasies and dreams have disappeared like bubbles with their age.EssenceEssenceEssenceEssenceEssenceNow, looking back at the young ignorance at that time, we realized that we should not believe it too much.

在小学时，曾经学习过这样一则小故事，小猴下山玩耍，它刚离开家不远，就捡到了一颗核桃，它高高兴兴地继续前行，又走了一段，看到了一根香蕉，立马丢下核桃去捡香蕉，就这样，一路走一路丢一路捡，小猴来到一个大西瓜面前，心想：前面如果有更大的，我又得丢了这个大西瓜去捡更大的。所以，它干脆丢掉所有的果，兴冲冲地向前跑去，最后什么也没找到―只是一场空。

故事虽小，给我们的启示确是深远的：我们的眼睛看外界太多，看心灵太少，我们主观地得出的“如果”，不一定正确，所以把希望一味寄托在“如果”身上，我们的后果就和那只小猴一样了。

男子110米栏世界纪录保持者刘翔曾经说过，“在比赛场上没有“如果”，“如果”并不能为你的失败辩解什么，你这次输了，只有下次重新来过，相信“如果”越多，你成功的机会会更渺茫。”

当我们把“如果”放在至高无上的位置时，我们往往忘却了自己的使命，忘记了我们下一步该追求的方向。与其你把希望寄托在“如果”上，为何不把希望寄托在你自己身上，要相信自己，摒弃如果，肩负起失败后更重的责任，在赛场上一路挥汗前行，即使绊倒，也不要再如果什么，因为你只要相信自己，“如果”就无地自容了。

从前，在森林里住着一群无忧无虑的小鸟。在鸟王的带领下，过着快乐的日子。但是，有一天，猎人的枪声打破了这里的静谧。鸟王从一位仙女的口中得知：太平洋的对面的森林是鸟儿们的净地。鸟王为了它的臣民的安全，决定出发了。

这群鸟儿出发了。刚开始，海面上风平浪静，它们跟着鸟王一路说说笑笑轻松地向前飞。可是天公不作美，不一会儿，天空变得灰暗，空中响起了雷鸣，打起了闪电，海面波涛汹涌。鸟儿们惊慌失措，顿时一团混乱。在这紧要关头，鸟王飞出来镇定自如地说：“同伴们，不要怕，跟着我飞。”鸟儿们咬紧牙关，顶着风雨，飞了过去。他们不知道接下来还有什么难关等着他们。

雨过天晴，鸟儿们继续踏上旅程。但好景不长，空中出现几只肚子空空如也的老鹰。一只老鹰在空中盘旋时，发现了这群鸟儿，心想：真是得来全不费工夫呀!这么多鸟，够我们几个饱餐一顿了。老鹰们马上向目标飞去。鸟儿们四处逃窜，鸟王立即组织鸟儿们一起抗敌。它朝老鹰一指：“同伴们，我们的天敌——老鹰，来吃我们了。我们不能只顾自己逃，我们一定要勇往直前，奋力抗敌。”鸟儿们全部大叫：“勇往直前，毫不退缩。”大家蜂拥而上，人多力量大，鸟儿们用尖利的嘴巴赶走了老鹰。

一眨眼，春天过了，炎热的夏天来迎接这群虽然疲惫不堪但仍然坚持的鸟儿们。太阳发出强烈的光芒，他们忍受着日照的炙烤，不时衔来树枝扔在水面上，停在树枝上，任树枝向前流淌。一只大海龟游了过来：“孩子们，你们这是往哪儿去呀?”“我们去太平洋对面的森林。”鸟儿们齐声回答。“那你们可要小心了，这水里住着一只凶猛的大白鲨。”“海龟爷爷，谢谢你的提醒，再见。”鸟王感激地说。话音刚落，突然前面不远处涌起层层大浪，水中杀手——大白鲨出场了。鸟儿们立即奋力向空中飞去。鸟王边飞边说：“快，快飞到天空。”可已经有几只小鸟被“请”到鲨鱼的肚子里“做客”了。鸟王边流泪边说;“同伴们，我们已经战胜了雷雨和老鹰，我们还怕鲨鱼不成?冲呀。”鸟王和其他鸟儿齐心协力，终于将鲨鱼赶回了水底。

有志者事竟成，半年后，这群鸟儿经过了不懈的努力，克服了种.种困难，终于跨越了太平洋，来到了它们向往的梦一般的鸟儿们的“梦幻仙境”。

我有时规规矩矩，一副大善人的面孔；有时调皮活泼，整个一淘气鬼；有时则充满了狂傲。唉！真不知道哪一个才是真正的我。

不知道我出生后接受了哪门子教育，以至于我在老师、父母面前都规规矩矩的，十分听话。再加上平时成绩不错，我便成了老师眼中的好学生，父母眼中的好孩子。在他们面前我永远捧着一本书，尽管我知道分数不等于水平，但我还是要用名次去讨他们欢心。

人若太过规矩，生活便没有趣味，我得找些事情解解闷。一日，我同桌与别人小打小闹，众人观看，我认为不够精彩，便背后下手，惹得众人欢笑。事后想想，真搞不懂一向规矩的我，怎会做出那种事。

玩归玩，但我的成绩一直保持得很好，每次被夸后，我就被狂傲占据了，什么要谦虚，不要骄傲，我都不放在眼中。因为我的狂傲代表着我的成功，我总是坚持我的主张，无视权威的存在，显出一种狂傲。面对困难和挫折我依旧狂傲，因为狂傲是我的本质，我自信的源泉。

写了这么多，可我还未看透自己，从小到大，上学从未迟到过，老师布置的作业任务我都及时完成，而周日在家中总是不想起床，不想做家务，真搞不懂哪一个才是真正的我。我就是我，因为我是独一无二的；而我又不是我，连我都看不透自己。不想了，抛开烦恼，笑看人生，用微笑迎接明天的日出。

What is your favorite kind of music? Do you like jazz, popular music,

classical music, folk songs, blues, and so on? In high school I took one course

called music appreciation which I greatly enjoyed. This was not to learn how to

play a specific instrument but to learn how to read and listen to music as an

art form. We read the stories about the lives of many composers and the history

of the musical instruments themselves. Sometimes we listened to tapes at the

language laboratory, or concerts. Music is sometimes called a universal

language. A composer who cannot speak a single word of our language can make us

feel joy and pride, exaltation and despair, peace and mystery through his

music.
