The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 我去上街时，看见了一人骑一辆自行车径直向人驰来，自行车上的那人两手放开车把手，正在做飞的动作，头总往后看，不看前面，他正好从我旁边飞驰而过，而我看着他从我旁边飞驰而撞的那个人，那个人被撞出血来了，如果我当时把手抬起来就可以拦住他了，而我没有，那个人受伤了，我口袋里有纸，我想去帮助他的，但我没有，我怕他心情不好拿我开刀而那个骑自行车的人，也掉了下来，但他马上骑自行车走了，因为怕承担责任。我的心里很是自责，我可以拦下他，但我怕他说我为什么拦住他，而我没有理由拦住他，因为……他没有撞倒人，为什么帮助别人需要那么多理由，为什么帮助别人后，自己反倒麻烦多？

人的思绪有许多，有许多想过而又未做，当他人做时，只能后悔了，那些曾经这样想过而并未做过的事，只能成为回忆了！

如果像报道里所说的，如果你摔倒了或是……那么会有多少人会帮助你，我曾这样想过！

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”

Everyone has a dream, if you work as hard as the hero of the movie , your

dream will come ture, so I will learn from the hero ---Chris Gardner.

name is Edgar, a high school student. I am much honored to be here to give you a

speech. Also its a good chance for me to improve my English. I hope I can make

a good performance today. The topic of my speech is "After studying here".

Before I came here, I can never imagine that I can learn so much knowledge

about other countries, which cant be got from my books in school. Three months

ago, I took my first class. Unfortunately, I felt so embarrassed, because I even

cant speak any words, though I know I really love English.

After that, I took some of my tutors advice and previewed the lesson that

I’ll learn. What’s more, in every class, I JUST try my best to say as much as

possible. Now, I can only remember it’s a really hard time. What’s worse, I had

to go to my high school and went there at the same time.

After several weeks, I began to get used to the atmosphere in web .At least
