Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

中华五千年的历史中，有许多人因为找准了自己的位置，因而成就了一番伟业或是体会到了闲适之乐。西汉大将军卫青，原本只不过是汉武帝的姐姐平阳公主家一个小小的马夫，但是他胸怀抱负，被汉武帝所赏识，赐封他为大将军，征计匈奴，立下赫赫战功，为大汉收复了不少失地，从此名垂千古。他正因为找准了自己的位置，从而不断努力，发挥出了惊人的潜力，创下了前无古人，后无来者的成绩。陶渊明，他厌倦官场，便毅然决定“归园田居”，他知道自己的位置，明白自己的心，那“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的生活，才是自己的心中所愿，因此，他活得逍遥自在，乐此不疲。近代大文学家、思想家、革命家鲁迅，他的人生经历了三次重大的变革：他本想实业救国，但见国人沉迷鸦*，于是转而出国学医，想要强壮国人身体，然而，他又发现，根本问题不在身体，而在思想，最终他选择了文学这条道路，用他的语言，呼吁国人从鸦*的深渊中，从黑暗的无底洞中解脱出来，为中国的复兴事业做出了不可磨灭的贡献。

可是，历史的长河中，也有人因为没有找准自己的位置，因而被淹没在历史的波涛之中，沉沦大海。

开创了“开元盛世”的唐玄宗，本一心想要励精图治，光复大唐，可是，他却因为杨贵妃，而纵情于歌舞，无心于朝政，而把国家大事都交给杨国忠这个奸臣，结果导致大唐的国运一天一天衰落，让奸佞小人安禄山有了可乘之机，出兵叛乱，国家没有保住，连自己最心爱的杨贵妃也只能落于“六军不发无奈何，宠转娥眉马前死”的悲剧。他身为一个皇帝，就应该清楚自己的责任，但是他没有找准自己的位置，结果让一向繁荣的大唐气数散尽，百姓饱尝战苦，颠沛流离。蒋介石拥有一身谋略，可是他却背叛了中国人民，违背了中国人民的意愿，发动内战，让中国人自相残杀，多少兄弟成为敌人，多少家庭支离破碎，最终只能自食恶果，终老台湾。

纵观现代，我们更应找自己的位置，让警察去抓小偷，让花匠去养花，让知识分子去研发科技，这个社会才能有条不紊地运转。正如宇宙中的每一个星球，它们都找准了自己的位置，所以才为我们提供了一个安守和谐的家园。

business rules. They choose to drink as much as possible, which is over the

alcohol. Their ambition made them to undertake the limitation. As a result, they

died at the young age. There is no doubt that health overweighs wealth. If a

rich people didnt have a sound body, how he can enjoy life. A man who has been

The after-class activities in my school are colorful. Every day we play basketball, football, do rope skipping and so on.
