People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. 我还记得2017年春节，我和爸爸妈妈初二一大早就去黔灵山公园拾柴，那一天天气晴朗、阳光普照。我们到公园门口时，售票处已经人头攒动、车水马龙，进到公园里面更是人山人海，湖边、山坡、山顶到处都是人流，满山的树丛中都看得到人的身影。公园里到处听得见杜鹃鸟、布谷鸟、喜鹊叽叽喳喳的叫声，就好像在演奏一支交响乐；看得见黄色的迎春花、粉红的樱花、纯白的玉兰花尽情地开放，还散发出一些沁人心脾的清香，使人恨不得凑进了狠狠地闻一两下。人们三五成群，在赏花、跳舞、唱歌、演奏、登山，最重要的是在山里面拾柴。因为柴火的柴跟财运的财谐音，所以人们把上山拾柴就当成是上山拾“财”，回家再拿红布把它包起来，就寓意着来年会发财。我们随着人流逛了大半个公园，然后也捡了几根柴回家了。

回家以后，我们在家里吃了一顿酸汤火锅。在锅里烧开水后，倒入用西红柿熬成的底料，再根据个人的口味加入配菜。酸汤颜色鲜红，寓意着来年的生活红红火火、热气腾腾。酸汤并不辣，反而酸酸甜甜的，只要一凑近，这酸汤浓郁的香气，就会从锅中倾泻而出，闯到鼻孔中，让人沉醉在这香气中。这酸汤里煮出来的东西，也被这酸汤的酸甜给“渲染”了，在自己的本味中掺杂着酸汤的气味，使得整个酸汤火锅更加开胃可口。

拾柴和酸汤带给了人们许多的好运，所以这项风俗很受人们的欢迎，只可惜今年受新型冠状病毒疫情的影响，人们不便出门，公园也关闭，无法上山拾柴了，我多么希望这场疫情赶快过去，人们可以继续在阳光下的公园中享受美好生活。

Do you agree that your parents have a second child? Different students have

different opinions about it.

Some students agree with the idea. They think, if so, they wont feel

lonely and there will always be someone to play with. Besides, if their parents

get older or ill, they can take turn to look after them. However, some students

disagree. They worry that they will get less love from their parents if another

child comes to the family. Whats worse, they may not get along well, or even

My school is very beautiful. It is Nanhai Experimental School. There are

three tall buildings in our school. They all have five floors. In the teaching

今年暑假，我就参加了一年一度的钢琴考级——上音五级。我可是立志要当钢琴家的啊！酷热的7月挡不住我坚定的步伐，为了顺利通过考级，取得优异的成绩，我每天一大早就来到音乐教室，争分夺秒、反反复复地练习。8月12日，我拿着准考证，进入考场准备区，瞬间感受到了空气中紧张的气氛。考级的人好多啊，他们穿着华丽、得体的礼服，认真地进行最后的练习，我似乎能听见大家砰砰的心跳声。

Different people have different career outlooks. Some people want to become

civil servants; some people hope to start their own business; some people dream

of being freelancers, and so on.

However, my ideal job is teaching. Firstly, I’m told that teachers have a

high income. With the high income, I can open a training school to help the

children in poor families with their education. Secondly, teachers always have

summer and winter holidays, thus I will have more free time to relax myself.

My name is Lli Hua. I was born in the city of Dalian, Liaoning province. I
