3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

第二天，爸爸带我到公园玩，我先玩了赛车，我玩赛车的时候，我精心挑选了一辆战无不胜的车可是我一坐上去，他就左右动，我没法，只好问爸爸怎么开?爸爸说：“扶好方向盘，方向盘向左车向左，方向盘向右车向右。”我按爸爸说的作果然好了很多。此外我们还玩了过山车、枪战CS和鬼屋探险，然后回家。回家路上，我在唱歌，被爸爸骂了一顿。然后回家了。

第三天，爸爸带我去游泳，可是爸爸不等我，换好衣服就下去了。我忙说：“爸爸快教我游泳。”爸爸游过来说：“你快下来呀!”我便跟着爸爸慢慢地下了水。爸爸先给我讲了换气的要领，然后要我照着去做：先把气吐光，摘抬头吸气。谁知第一次就喝了一大口水，我有连做了三四次，鼻子都酸了，不觉心灰意冷起来。可是面对爸爸的目光，我的信心又上来了。经过反复的练习，奇迹出现了，我竟能连着换3口气了，游出了五米多远，我一下高兴的无法形容，也不觉得鼻子酸了，我以为我学会了游泳，就玩水，把水泼到了爸爸身上。结果挨了打。

我就是我，没有人能取代我。
