一、指导思想。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

在2042年的时候，我成为了一名警察。一天，我收到了一个任务，任务地点竟是阔别二十年的家乡——安康。于是，我坐上了我的私人飞机踏上了回家的路。

然后我天天练习画画，画画我就在一点一滴的进步了，一年级的画画老师也说我画画画的很好，画的不错;二年级的画画老师同样也说我画画画的好;三年级上册老师说我画的有点不好，所以，我每天都更努力的练习了，三年级下册的美术老师跟上册的一样，在寒假，我写完作业就开始了画画。到下册了的时候，美术老师说我的画画画的进步了，而且进步很大，三年级下册美术考试我考了满分，然后又因为画画画的好，又加了十分，我看到后，异常高兴，因为这是我一点一滴积累下来的成就，自然会感到很高兴。我画过秋天的落叶、秋天的丰收、大嘴怪、海洋、沙滩、房子、夏天的柳树等等，每次老师的评价都是“真棒。”

我学会了之后，姐姐和爸爸都不是我的对手了，可是我还要练习，正所谓人外有人，天外有天，所以我也不能松懈，不然的话，我就超不了程文瀚了，她是乒乓球补习班里乒乓球打的最好的，所以我下定决心一定要超过他!就是因为这种意念，我才没有松懈，继续努力练习乒乓球。

我的家乡是美丽的，从我睁开懵懂的双眼起，看到的都是绿色，这种绿色是水做的，不然不可能那么娇滴滴，使人有想咬一口的冲动。这种绿深深地定格在了我的心里，让我知道，这就是最有艺术性的绿。

我爱我的家乡，就如同鱼儿深深爱着海一样，离开了我的家乡，我就会窒息，因为在任何一个地方，我都找不到那种甜甜的空气。

我的家乡没有城市里的喧闹，城市里的尔虞我诈，在这里只会变成最淳朴的微笑。我好怀念家乡那起伏蜿蜒的群山，清澈见底的小溪，挺拔的杉树，粗矮的香樟树……

春天，这里的一切都抹上了活力，任何事物都势如破竹地前进着，我们都背着书包，踏进了校园，大人们都开始劳作，他们在春天播种着希望，在秋天收获着幸福的种子，在下一年的春天，继续播种，继续收获。而我们，在学校里汲取着知识，让知识充实着我们，从而变成一个有文化修养的人，春天，美好一年的开始。

夏天，一场又一场的雨落在家乡的土地上，雨后湿润的空气给人奇异的感觉，漫步在乡间的小路上，你会闻到泥土的芳香，花草的馥郁，一切都沉浸在无边的惬意里。

秋天，满载着喜悦的季节，大片大片的谷穗成熟了，经历了几个季节的成长，漫长的等待，它们终于飘出了成熟的味道——被阳光照晒、被雨水拍打了几十个日日夜夜后发出的特殊味道，就是最好闻的了。这香气在村庄里弥漫着，它们飘到哪里，哪里就传出笑声……

冬天，大雪覆盖了我的家乡，这里到处是白雪皑皑，为我的家乡平添了一份诗情画意，在这粉雕玉砌的世界里，一切都是安静的，我可爱的家乡，就在安静中迎接着新一年的到来……

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.

This summer, I move to a new city with my parents, and I transfer to a new

school. I used to live in the countryside, so my new life is so different from

before. The school is a little far from my home, so I go to school by bus. After

school, I have many activities in school. Classmates are friendly to me. I learn

English now. Its so interesting that I like it very much. Besides, life in city

is different. There are many interesting places to go. At weekends, my parents

take me outside. We go to the park, the zoo or go shopping. But we are not so

familiar with our neighbors. I think we should build good relationship with

them.

我叫刘俏楚，今年9岁，是一个爱学习的小姑娘。

我长着一头乌黑漂亮的长发，扎着马尾辫，额头前留着一排齐齐的刘海，给人一种文静的感觉。

我从小在妈妈的引导下养成回家就写作业的好习惯。现在每天放学回家，我先写作业。在没写完作业之前，我吃什么都不香、玩什么都没有心思。通过平时扎实的基本功，我在一次次考试中取得了优异的成绩。

在劳动课中，老师教给我们用斜针法、回针法来缝布。回家后，我自豪地告诉爸爸妈妈：“我学会缝东西了，往后你们的袜子破了，让我给你们缝。”为了锻炼老师教给我们的方法，我不断动手，现在爸爸妈妈的袜子破了都是我的“功课”。

除了学习手工外，我还学会了骑自行车、打羽毛球……这就是爱学习的我。
