1.别太宠自己胃

在学校，学生的饮食受到较大的限制。一些学生就会想着，到了暑假就可以趁机好好犒劳自己胃，把平时在学校很难吃到的食物统统吃个遍。如果你是这样想的，那你就等着发胖吧。
