1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

第一，语文暑假作业两页;

第二，数学暑假作业两页;

第三，小区院里玩两小时;

第四，专心读一小时故事书;

第五，摘抄好词好句，记录在自己的摘抄本上。

每日下午具体安排

第一，注音、组词，并造五句子;

第二，读一小时漫画书或科普书;

第三，写一篇博文，并告诉爸爸快修改，以免“丢丑”;

第四，用qq和爸爸聊天，探讨博文得失和当日学习情况;

第五，细心做爸爸精选或针对性出的十道数学题，并先要自己判对错，再和他一起研究破题、审题、解题、纠错、举一反三的方法。

In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends.We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, and so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

It is exciting to visit different places. As you travel you will see beautiful sceneries typical of the region. Besides you can meet and make friends with people of different colors and races. Finally you can get to know the customs and living habits of the local people. Today people are so fond of travelling that tourism has become one of the faster growing industries in most countries.

The main reason why people travel is perhaps for pleasure. For example having worked hard throughout the weekdays people will find a widened trip to the nearby mountains or beaches a real relaxation. For another example spending an annual holiday travelling abroad is an especially satisfying experience for those who do not have much of an opportunity to be away from their homelands. When people return from their travel they will generally feel fresh and energetic ready to work harder.

暑假是一个变化多端的万花筒。五彩缤纷的它给了我们无穷无尽的乐趣。漫长的暑假生活为同学们提供了广阔的展示自我的舞台。而计划运用暑假时间，成了我们当前首先该做的事 。

一、科学合理地制定暑假活动计划

假期中任务繁多，想做的事情也很多。要把这些事情逐一筛选、调整，根据暑期时间合理安排，制定一份“暑假活动表”。一切活动应该严格按照“计划表”进行，但还是要注意劳逸结合。

二、认真复习，迎接奖学金考试

这个测试是暑假后初一下学期的一个总结，暑假中，要把初一下学期学习的所有内容认真复习一遍，还要制定一个“复习计划表”。争取测出好成绩。

三、培养自己的兴趣爱好，发展自己的特长

根据自己的兴趣爱好，积极参加学校组织的各种兴趣小组，如：绘画、书法、音乐、英语、信息技术，掌握一技之长，为将来的发展打下基础。

四、勤奋读书，注意积累，善于写作，灵活运用

利用暑假充足的时间多阅读一些好书。如：世界名著、历史典故、优秀书(报)刊、寓言、童话故事等等，不断提高自己的阅读能力和写作水平，陶冶情操。

此外，暑假中还可以积极进行体育锻炼，帮助家长多干些家务，参见社会实践活动体验生活……只有抓住机会，不断展示自我，拓展视野，才会健康成长。

转眼间，小升初到来了，我的英语学习计划也实施的更加顺利。我相信，只有一个良好的学习计划，才能让我的英语更加出色。

晨起听磁带、背单词，午后读书籍，晚上做练习 ，这些都已是习惯了。坚持下来，我的英语在听、说、读、写四大块上都有了全方面的提高，也能应付猛虎般的试题了——

听磁带，是纠正我们英语发音的一个重要途径。每天模仿磁带里的语音和口吻读，久而久之就会成为一种习惯。有了标准的读音，就不会再为音标题而发愁了。

阅读也是必不可少的一部分，英语书籍、英语杂志、英语小文，都是很好的英语阅读的选择。这样做，既可以开阔视野、增长见识，让我了解更多外国的风俗和习性。更可以学习到更多的英语单词。读得多了，我在对英语的阅读理解上也会有很大的提高。让英语水平步步高升。

我还将购买一些七年级的英语众享课程，和名师面对面学习英语，也是在做一个英语的拔高。这样可以提前学习初中的内容，让我在升学后迅速适应。也为升学考试时的“突击题”做防备，让成绩更加理想。我将把英语的句型结构和表达方法深深地印在脑海里，努力学好每一词、走好每一步。

我在博客里发了2篇英语小文，虽说在语法上还有错误，但在校讯通里热心的老师的指点下，最终改正了过来。我以后也会多多注意这些用法，争取下次不再犯相同的错误。我相信，一点一滴的积累，最终会化为知识传输到大脑里的。学习之余我还会多多学习博友们的英语作文，好进行对比与学习。

此外，我还要搜集一些名校真题，抽出时间练习一下。只有对自己意中的学校的试题有一个大体了解，把握才能更大。其次，我可以从每次试题的错误中查漏补缺，及时弥补自己的不足之处。

英语是升学考试中必不可少的一门学科，我将不懈努力，向着理想的中学，冲刺！

一、思想教育方面：

1、7月4日上午8：00各班班主任组织本班学生开会，布置假期活动任务，提出具体目标和要求。

2、结合三项活动计划，暑假中要求每位学生坚持读报，收听(看)广播(电视)新闻，自觉关心国内、外大事。要求每位学生看一本内容健康、有教育意义的书;观看优秀影片，开学后各班在评选的基础上推荐3篇读后感、影评或新闻评述参加校级评比。为纪念红军长征胜利73周年和建党88周年，结合社会主义荣辱观的教育，组织“我与祖国共奋进”主题征文活动，每班在评比基础上推荐3篇参加校级评比。暑假中，学校图书馆自7月7日至8月25日每周一、三、五上午8时至11时向全校师生开放。

3、在全校学生中开展“树文明新风、创美好家园”主题教育活动，树立文明从我做起、从小事做起、从现在做起的意识，自觉遵守社会管理相关法律法规，积极倡导文明礼仪，告别乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰等不文明行为，并带动家长积极行动起来更好地维护我们的环境卫生，为建设美好的家园做出贡献。

5、要求团员同学加强自学，积极思考，努力提高自己的政治素质，并走访一名优秀共产党员，学习他们的先进事迹，结合访问心的，写一篇思想汇报，开学初由组长收齐后交学校团委。

6、校团委于7月2日上午9：00和8月30日下午2：00举办学生干部培训和工作交流，地点在校三楼会议室，要求学生会成员、团委委员和各班班长、团支部书记准时参加。作文

二、综合实践活动方面：

综合实践活动是新课程的重要组成部分，使学生能保持独立的持续探究的兴趣，获得参与研究、社会实践与服务学习的体验，发展发现问题、提出问题和分析问题的能力，掌握基本实践与服务技能，学会分享、尊重与合作，养成实事求是的科学态度，增强服务意识与奉献精神，具有关注社会的责任心和使命感。各班级、团支部要在假期认真开展综合实践活动，时间不少于1周。

1、校外实践活动以小组为单位开展。每组人数一般在5-8人左右，设组长一名。各班级以“保护美好家园环境卫生”为指定课题开展实践和调查活动，形成有质量的实践报告参加学校及市级评比;另外，各班也可根据学生兴趣和已有知识经验，从接触的生活世界出发，从熟悉和关注的社会实际中自主选取活动主题和内容。采取参观、访问、考察、调查等形式，深入到社区、企事业单位参加实践活动，完成相关的调查报告。

放假前各班要成立社会实践小组，制定相应的活动计划、具体措施和调查单位、专题，并作好相应计划;假期中活动要注重实效，保证安全，遵守法制和实践地的规章制度，要礼貌待人，维护学校声誉，体现义桥中学学生良好的精神风貌;假期后认真总结、撰写报告填写《义桥中学生社会实践活动登记表》。

2、开展社区服务活动(青年志愿者活动)：认真组织在社区开展公益劳动;丰富和拓展助残结对活动和慰问离退休老教师的活动;开展“身边的希望工程”活动，组织走访本班贫困学生或开展帮教活动;各班要加强军(警)民共建工作，“八·一”节前后，组织一次拥军优属活动。并结合“树文明新风、创美好家园”主题教育活动开展“清理白色垃圾、口香糖活动”。按要求认真填写《义桥中学生社区服务活动情况登记表》。

注意：社会实践和社区服务活动在结束时应请实践地或服务社区负责人签字盖章，暑假后各班要认真组织活动交流，学生分别进行组内互评和全班互评，班主任考核，及时向学校推荐优秀社会实践活动小组和社区服务小组各1个和先进个人5名，并将社会实践情况登记表、社区服务活动情况登记表及汇总表交团委。社会实践报告、小结等交至班主任处。

开学初各班将暑期综合实践活动情况制作成展板，学校将在第三周周一组织展评。校团委将在开学后第三周周五组织“社会实践报告会”，请各班推荐1个小组参加评比，要求制作多媒体展示。

三、校内公益劳动

(1)假期中每个学生都要积极参加力所能及的公益劳动，坚持每天适量的家务劳动，体验父母亲的辛劳，以磨练意志，增强劳动意识、提高劳动能力，做到劳逸结合。

(2)学校安排各班返校劳动。班主任必须到校组织，有特殊情况必须请假或请任课教师到校组织并告知政教处。开学初学校将对各班返校劳动情况进行通报, 学生出勤与劳动表现由政教处考核，作为新学期“开学工作好”评比依据之一。各班级返校劳动时间为上午8:30-10:30。学生返校劳动报到地点：九(4)教室。参加暑期回校公益劳动的同学于当日早上8:30前在九(4)班教室集中。报到后由政教处、团委具体安排劳动内容(全体同学必须参加，特殊情况须向班主任请假)。
