一、计划实施的目标：

1.提高自己在英语、数学(物理)的学习能力;

2.加强运动，提高身体素质;

3.学会做简单的家常菜。

二、具体措施：

1.组织好学习小组，以三个人一组为好，进行合作性学习。(学习水平相当的同学组成小组比较合适)

2.按教材知识前后的顺序，整理上半学期的英语、数学(物理)练习卷和考试卷。(或者可以根据老师的推荐去买一、两本合适提高学科能力的辅导材料)

3.把练习卷上做正确的题目进行整理，确认自己已经掌握了哪些知识，具备了哪些运用能力，树立自己对本学科的信心。

4.把练习卷上做错的题目进行整理，打开教科书，逐题进行分析，找到错误的关键之处，进行认真的订正后，再到教材上找到相关类型的题目，进行练习、强化。

5.无论在订正试卷习题，还是在做辅导材料时，遇到困难，三人小组一起分析，或者到图书馆去找参考书，可以去找老师，也可以进行挑战性竞赛，看谁先解决问题。

三、时间安排：

3.晚上两个小时是发展兴趣的时间。

来到美丽的沙滩，爸爸连忙把尖叫瓶和水桶装进水，把尖叫瓶分给我、姐姐，哥哥、妈妈。我张开嘴问爸爸，为什么要分给我们尖叫瓶，谁知道爸爸不但没有回答我，还向我嘴里喷进了一股苦苦的海水。我顿时明白了尖叫瓶的道理连忙朝爸爸卡开火爸爸本来正为我的样子哈哈大笑，现在他立马闭上了嘴巴，连忙拿起太阳伞阻挡我猛烈的攻击，一场“大战”爆发了爸爸也不甘示弱，对我使出了米字斩攻击，我因为没有保护器，被爸爸打的落花流水，全身上下除了水还是水。一旁的妈妈看着我们俩，笑的合不拢嘴，嘴里一直喊着：“往后躲，往后躲…… ”我们一家人笑声久久回荡在沙滩上。

这次打水仗取得了教训，任何事都不能松心。

其实我的暑假计划在刚放暑假的时候就已经制定好了，一直迟迟没有传上来，就是因为一个字--“懒”。妈妈一直说该做的事情就把它做好，不要一直拖，所以今天就来晒晒我的暑假计划。

8:30 起床

8:30--9:00 刷牙洗脸，打扮自己

9：00--9：20 早餐时间

9:20--10:00 外婆家自由活动(因为自己家没人，在外婆家和小弟弟玩)

10:00--11:00 做暑假作业、看书等

11:00--11:30 练习竹笛

11:30--12:00 午饭时间

12:00--14:30 午休、看电视、上网等自由支配

14：30--15:30 骑自行车或者游泳或者陪小弟弟出去溜达溜达

15:30--16:00 练习竹笛

16：00--17:00 自由活动

17:00--18:00 晚饭时间

18:00--19:30 饭后散步(大人散步，我骑车)

19：30--20：00 洗澡

20:00--22:00 看电视

22:00 上床睡觉

其实现在看看，有些并没有按照上面实行哦!嘻嘻

⒈Today, I saw a roadside beggar. He is a middle-aged man, only two arms, and no legs. His arms come the hard ground prowling, also holding the hand of a begging bowl. Really pathetic, I can not help giving him 10 yuan. If we sacrificed our love, the world will be brighter.

今天，我在路边看到了一个乞丐．他是一个中年男子，只有两只胳膊，双腿都没有了．他用胳膊撑着地面艰难地潜行，手中还拿着一个乞讨用的碗．真的很可怜，我不由自主地给了他十块钱．如果我们多献出我们的爱情，世界将更美好。

⒉Today was the vacation last day, I reorganized own went to school with the thing in the home, this vacation might be really quick, made me extremely not to give up, tomorrow also will be the new semester 今天是假期的最后一天了，我在家里整理好自己上学用的东西，这个假期过的可真快呀，令我十分不舍得，明天又是新的一个学期了！！

⒊I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night I watched television with my family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.
