In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. 在日照给我留下最深映现的是万平口，我们到了万平口，哗哗哗的海浪在微风的吹拂下显的海更美丽了，那真的是太美了大海的气势恢弘，汹涌的海水在海风的吹拂下，似群群烈马，奔驰着，咆哮着，向岸边卷来。一排排海水，激起如雾的浪花，化做千千万万的水珠又汇向大海。此时;我真佩服古人能写出“惊涛拍岸，卷起千堆雪”这样的绝句。我依依不舍的离开了万平口海滩。

下午，我们来到了海鲜超市，我一进去就嗅到了我最讨厌的海鲜味，在家人的劝阻下我才知道有的海鲜好吃，我一口吃了一大把。日照的海鲜很便宜长治50元的日照买5元。

在日照的两天，我们在海边赶海。捕小鱼，行程虽短但，但美景却常绕在我心中。

两周后，我们有一个n超长使用节日。它不约一个月。我会为我的假期计划。

Every day,I’ll get up at around eight.At half past eight,I’ll have breakfast.After that,I’ll do my homework.It’s about two hours.At ten o’clock,I’ll watch TV.Because I think I can know more about the word from TV.At half past eleven,I’ll have lunch.At one o’clock,I’ll go to the library.I want to read some books about middle school students.At two o’clock,I’ll play games with my friend.It’ so funny..At five o’clock ,I’ll have supper.Then I’ll do some exercise.For exampel:running,weight lifting and long jump.I want yo get stronger soon.

每一天，我将在八点左右起床。八岁半了，我要吃早餐。之后，我会做我的家庭作业。这是约两个小时。十点，我会看电视。因为我觉得我可以知道更多关于电视的话。十一岁半，我会吃午饭。下午一点，我会去图书馆的。我想看一些关于中学生的书。二点，我将与我的朋友玩游戏。它很有趣。五点，我去吃晚饭。然后我会做一些运动。为例：跑步，举重和长跳。我想很快变得更强壮。

暑假到了，我计划的事可多了：想外出旅游，看很多课外书，还想打羽毛球

旅游的地点已经选好了，就是回小布去看看瀑布。那里有一个叫岩背脑的瀑布，非常的壮观。回来了我就要写一篇有关去小布的游记。我有读的课外书可多了：有作文书，电脑书等等。看作文书可以提高我的作文水平，电脑书会告诉我如何操作电脑，这些书将使我终身受益。

打羽毛球，我已经会发球了，在暑假里我还要学会如何接球。我爸爸是游泳高手，他总是想教我，可他平常太忙了，抽不出时间来，这个暑假我一定要他好好的表现一下来满足我对游泳的可望。

对了，我还的制定一个作息时间表，合理的安排时间，这样才不会浪费宝贵的暑假时间，我还要在暑假里做我平时做不了的事。使自己变的更加聪明，更加完美。等开学了，大家将会看到一个全新的我

在这个暑假里我还要把字练好，这就是我的暑假打算。
