对了，我还有一件很重要的事情差点忘了，那就是在长长的假期里，我还要到处旅行。

暑假真漫长，所以我要利用这个假期来进行的我的伟大计划，那就是减肥，我从网上查找了一些资料，我看到网上说：“胖不是能量摄取过度，而是下滑和排泄功能受损，力量不足才造成的垃圾没办法排除，不要只是一味不吃，反而我们要为内脏提供适当的能量与营养，让他们正常工作后才能把垃圾排出去!”

所以我制定了属于自己的一套减肥健身饮食计划：

规律素食

每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

以下就是暑假我的“恐怖计划”

(一)：懒虫计划。

每天晚上10点睡觉，早上10点起床。每天中午12点睡觉，下午6点起床(这样老爸老妈就不会骂偶睡得少啦，哈哈)。

执行时间：3个星期

(二)：学习计划。

每天下午从3：00直到晚上8：00没完没了写作业的学习计划(想毕这样的话，暑假作业一转眼就会做完啦。但还是有点够呛……)

The Spring Festival is coming soon, I feel so excited, my parents will be home and get together with me. They are busy all the time and have less vacation, they told me that they would have 7 days off and promised to stay with me. I have made some plans for the coming festival and I can’t wait to carry them out.

At the eve of the Spring Festival, my parents decide to go back to my grandparents’ house, we will spend the important day together. I plan to go to the park with my parents, as they are busy all the time, so they want to play with me in this holiday. I can see the beautiful scenery and have a nice talk to my parents, we can challenge some game together.

The summer vacation had come round again.

暑假又来了。

I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it.

对于一个学生的我来说，又能把学校这个字眼抛掷脑后一段时间了；^_^；对于这个暑假，我给自己定了如下计划：

First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them.

首先，我会把老师教过的课本，重新温习一次，以便于我能对其有更为深入、彻底的了解。

Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong.

其次，我会锻炼身体；比如，走走路啊，跑步啥的，这样我的身体会更加强壮。

It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

对于给自己定的这个暑假计划，我会尽力去做到最好。 我认为我也能做到。因为，我给自己做了严格的计划。

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door. I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. Today is National Day on Oct.1st,2016, we have 7-day holiday, I just made a call to home but mom still didnt get home, I asked mother to try to call her to confirm her position right now in order to be convenient for taking fetch by my father in 6-cross roadmouth. New house has been finished nearly. Dad decided to resume working in Houzai Glass factory just for 350yuan monthly even actually I dont want him to work back. there are 7 days holiday I will take for Chinese National Day. But maybe I need on duty every day. I will come back to Dongguan today.

I am taking a long vacation this National Day .

My mother told me to make vacation plans. So I am thinking about what I am doing for vacation. My father wants me to go to Beijing with him, my mother wants me to visit my grandma with her , but I just want to spend time with my friends and relax at home, because I am tired and sleepy after long weeks classes.

Later on , I decide to go to Beijing with my father on October 1st . I am visiting Tian’an Men Square, Bird nets and taking a lot of beautiful photos there. But I don’t like going away for too long, so I am staying there just for four days.

After I get back home, I am visiting my grandma with my mother and brother on October 5th . I am watching TV and having lunch at my grandma’s home. In the afternoon, we are going shopping at the mall.

On October 6th. I am ralaxing at home , playing computer games and surfing the Internet . I am going to beaches with my friends on the seventh day. We are playing in the water and playing beach volleyball there.
