一、大学生艾滋病感染的现状分析
中国疾病预防控制中心给出的数据和分析指出："截至2013年8月31日，我国现存活的艾滋病病毒毒感染者和艾滋病病人428867例，死亡人数127758例"。 其中15-24岁青年学生的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人从2008年的482例增加到2012年的1387例，占每年新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的构成比例从2008年的0.9%到2012年的1.7%，呈现较大幅度的上升趋势。
"我国的艾滋病疫情已经从高危人群开始向普通人群蔓延，青少年已成为受艾滋病影响的主要人群。" 当代大学生的生理处于活跃时期，心理发展还未完全成熟，知识尚不完整，性观念又比较趋于开放，自我保护意识不强，缺乏相关的经验和知识来抗击艾滋病，让自己免于艾滋病的侵袭，因此，有学者将大学生也归为了艾滋病毒的高危易感染人群。大学生感染艾滋病病毒的主要途径是不安全性行为。随着社会的发展和观念的变化，我国大学生的婚前性行为态度逐渐开放，性行为的发生率已经到了一定的程度，高校学生卖淫嫖娼的行为以及男性同性恋感染艾滋病的新闻报道也已屡见不鲜。另外，虽然政府机构在积极倡导要正确认识和对待艾滋病，但由于艾滋病对人体巨大的危害和至今为止的不可治愈性使恐艾心理在中国民众中普遍存在，大学生这一群体也不例外。根据笔者的调查，有74%的同学表示不愿意和艾滋病人或艾滋病毒携带者住同一个寝室，有72%的人表示如果自己不幸感染率艾滋病将会选择不将其公之于众。因此，面临大学生艾滋病感染率的逐年上升，对该群体及时进行积极有效的干预措施非常必要。
二、大学生艾滋病感染率上升的原因
(一)大学生对艾滋病相关知识的缺乏和认识的偏差
通过对安徽、湖南、兰州地区部分高校的300名大学生的抽样调查发现，大学生对艾滋病本身的认识及其传播途径的知晓不全面准确。分别有41%、53%的同学一般都在报纸书刊、电视广播中获取艾滋病的相关知识和新闻。而通过老师传授获得艾滋病知识的学生只占28%。有57%的大学生表示在大学期间从未参加或遇到过学校举办的任何关于艾滋病防控知识的宣传活动。有很大一部分同学觉得艾滋病离自己的生活很远，和自己并没有多大的关系。能够完全清楚正确地回答出艾滋病的三种主要传播途径的学生数也只占43%。大多数学生也表示不知道感染艾滋病病毒后或艾滋病发病期间身体会出现怎样的反映和症状。同时大部分学生也表示愿意甚至渴望了解更多关于艾滋病的知识 ，对艾滋病防控问题持有非常积极的态度。
艾滋病所带来的社会恐慌也会影响艾滋病感染率的上升，本只是慢性传染病的艾滋病在我国被赋予了道德的不同色彩。那些艾滋病毒携带者怕受到外界的孤立和职责而不敢对外宣扬，有的甚至可能会出现抱负社会的负面情绪。而大学生对艾滋病知识的匮乏使得他们不能正确对待艾滋病毒携带者，以此形成一种恶性循环。调查数据指出，当知道有同学感染了艾滋病后，有67%的学生选择会减少与之交往的频率，大部分学生表示不愿意和艾滋病病毒携带者同住一个宿舍。
(二)学校对艾滋病的预防控制不够重视
被调查者中有53%的人表示在大学期间从未参加或遇到过学校举办的任何关于艾滋病防控知识的宣传活动。国家和政府非常重视艾滋病的预防控制，采取下发文件，增加投入等十分积极的措施，但是在具体的落实方面仍存在不够重视或流于形式等问题，宣传内容带了太多理论化的色彩，形式单一，在学校开展的艾滋病宣传教育还不到位，不能满足大学生对艾滋病相关知识的需求。学校对艾滋病预防控制重视程度的不足会直接导致学生的防艾意识观念淡薄。
(三)大学生心智尚未成熟，易受外界诱惑
随着社会的发展和观念的转变，人们对性的看法和认识越来越开放，青年学生更容易接受这样的新观念，对婚前性行为和同居甚至同性相恋的观念变得更加开放。同时，大学生的生理正处于青春期这一阶段，他们对性产生更多的兴趣，并由最初的反感转为爱慕，这本身就是一种正常现象。但是这一时期的学生心理发展还不成熟，知识结构也不完整，自我保护意识淡薄，情绪又很多变，在诱惑面前感性和冲动往往会战胜理性而不能自制。也有学生因为金钱等利益的诱惑而成为性工作者，通过性行为感染艾滋病已成为当代大学生感染艾滋病的主要途径。另外，教育的缺乏和青少年自控能力的不足让部分大学生容易染上毒品，从而也增加了大学生的艾滋病感染率。
三、大学生艾滋病防控的建议措施
艾滋病的危害已经不单单是对个体生命和公共卫生的影响，它已经转变成整个社会的一种价值理念，危及到了社会的和谐运行机制。当代大学生作为我国新生代的主力军，对艾滋病的防控变得越来越必要，本文大学生艾滋病的预防控制也尝试提出一些解决的建议。
(一)高校需加大艾滋病防控知识的宣传教育力度。
前文所提学生对艾滋病的相关知识仍非常缺乏，同时也抱有积极学习的态度。高校作为大学生学习和生活的主要场所和领导组织单位，应高度重视大学生艾滋病的防控工作。学校可开设生理卫生或艾滋病相关知识的选修课程，通过老师的讲述让学生更加全面、系统、深入地认识艾滋病。举办艾滋病相关知识的讲座，邀请专业人士前来讲学。另外学校可以结合自身的特点，在校园内外深入开展各种形式的宣传艾滋病预防控制的活动，例如在每年的12月1日"世界艾滋病日"前后举行以艾滋病预防控制为主题的演讲比赛或者座谈会等各种不同形式贴近学生生活的活动。学校在举办这些活动的时候应按照宣传教育为主、培养文明健康生活的方式，坚持贴近学生实际，注重活动的实际效用，而不只是流于形式，只为完成任务，要将经常性的宣传和重点宣传相结合。
(二)开辟新的引导途径来培养大学生健康的行为方式
人们都通常更愿意听取与自己年龄相仿，背景、兴趣爱好等相近的朋友或同伴的看法和建议，特别是大学生还处在迷茫、叛逆的青春期，需要那种可以相互讨论怀孕、性、吸毒等一些敏感话题的同伴，因此在艾滋病预防控制的工作中，大学生的同伴教育有时远比老师的说教有效得多。招募一些具有相关专业知识、对艾滋病的防控工作有热情的大学生志愿者，对他们进行艾滋病知识和沟通能力等的培训，促进他们形成正确的价值观念和健康的行为方式。这些志愿者通过同伴之间的信息共享和行为示范等来影响和教育周围的同学，以此类推，在大学生这一群体中形成积极的影响和效应。

从我理想绽放的开始，我就决定让自己去接受一切挑战。这次是大一新生都必须加入的一个“游戏”——军训。我很固执地将它看作为游戏，因为我不想它太过乏味与枯燥，不过我好像不太乖，没有好好地遵守游戏规则。时常我会在游戏中搞点小聪明，比如偷懒什么的。如果没被发现就幸灾乐祸好半天;万一被看见了，就装出一副很无辜的小样以免挨批。这是孩子在游戏中经常有的伎俩，用这样的方法来应付教官效果也是不错的。这还要归功于教官的仁慈。

会操的结束，让我的生活进入了乏味的状态。成为替补人员的我只要呆一边休息，其它的训练真的就是不关己。即使这样可能少些劳累，可却让我不安与彷徨。我感受到了一种距离，一种隔断“一起”这个词的距离，看到同学们那样地努力，而我却……真是窝囊到家了。那么嘹亮的口号，而却没有我的加入，我真的愣往了。我不得不痛心地问自己：是否我仍是他们中的一员?可又该如何回答呢!是的，我们中间已经有了一道无法逾越的而且很透明的墙，虽然可以看见彼此，但却变得陌生。那一段时间我很害怕。室友的那一句话安慰的话传入耳朵，流到心里时，我就似乎懂得了什么。我知道了，你和我们仍是一起的，我们不会分开。

二、大学生社会公德失范的原因探析
(一) 学校教育的缺陷造成了学生社会公德观 念的缺失
在社会主义社会中, 社会公德是社会全体成员 共同利益的反映, 是基础文明修养的重要内容, 重 视和培养学生的社会公德是学校教育的应有内容。 但传统的学校教育在这一过程中存在着一定的缺 陷, 多数学校往往过多地关心学生考试成绩的高低 和得失, 以此来评判学生素质的好坏以及学校和教 师教学质量的高低。对思想品德、道德修养、思想 政治等重视不够, 特别是对社会公德教育缺乏计划 性、长期性, 即使重视和加强了这方面的教育, 多 数学校也存在公德教育目标空泛、理想化, 教育内 容重理论、轻实践, 公德教育过程抽象、空洞, 学 生中普遍缺乏道德实践, 道德行为能力不强, 进而 造成道德愿望和道德行为相矛盾的现象。
(二) 家庭教育功利化思想制约了学生良好社 会公德行为的形成
随着知识经济的到来, 绝大多数家庭都认识到 了教育的重要性, 极为重视对子女的教育投资, 也 愿意花费时间去督促引导孩子的学习。但大多数家 庭忽略了对孩子的社会公德教育, 普遍存在重智力 轻德育的倾向。特别是现在的学生多为独生子女, 在家庭中处于“核心”地位, 部分父母或长辈对 孩子宠爱有加, 无条件地满足孩子的要求, 对孩子 犯的错误, 无原则地原谅, 缺少必要的教育引导。 长此以往, 造成了孩子惟我独尊、性格粗暴等不良 习气, 这种习气伴随孩子进入社会, 就会表现为目 中无人、我行我素、自私自利、个人主义思想严 重, 使孩子缺乏公德意识。同时, 很多父母也忽视 了自身的人生价值观和生活方式对孩子的影响, 现 实中, 很多父母不遵守社会公德, 不注重个人形 象, 在一定程度上也给孩子带来了许多不利影响。
(三) 市场经济的负面影响使学生社会公德认 知出现偏差
大学生的成长是一个通过不断学习及不断适应 各种社会规范并成为正式社会成员的社会化过程。 在这一过程中, 他们的道德价值观尚处于未最后形 成的阶段, 仍然较易受社会环境的影响。随着社会 主义市场经济的建立完善, 受市场经济负面效应的 影响, 助人为乐、尊老爱幼、遵守公共秩序、爱护 公共财产、拾金不昧等良好道德品质被有些人认为 是大话、空话、套话, 使其在调节、约束人们行为 方面的作用弱化, 良好社会风气受到污染。面对社 会上诸多的道德行为, 一部分大学生放弃了高尚的 精神追求, 价值主体的唯我化、价值取向的功利 化、价值评价的利己化, 致使部分学生重利轻义、 重个人轻集体、重眼前轻远, 缺乏应有的社会责 任感。
(四) 大学生自身存在的思想行为弱点是其社 会公德失范的内在原因
作为当代大学生, 具有思想活跃、积极向上、 富于想象力、勇于创新的特点, 另一方面辨别是非 能力不强, 自控能力差, 世界观、人生观和价值观 还没有完全成熟, 思想上活跃与混乱、单纯与复 杂、自强与脆弱、理性与盲目等相互矛盾的状态在 他们身上同时存在。一些学生由于考试成绩不理 想、得不到老师同学赏识等, 加上对社会的某些弊 端和不良风气不能够正确认识, 使人生价值发生倾 斜, 使理想与现实的矛盾逐渐突出, 厌倦、自暴自 弃、随波逐流也随之产生, 很容易沾染打牌、抽 烟、破坏公物等不良恶习, 生活中消极处世、冷漠 待人, 造成道德观念淡漠。部分学生由于家庭矛 盾、生活挫折、贫困等出现了多种心理问题, 孤 独、沉默、消极、冷漠, 甚至性格扭曲, 这也影响 到了他们正确地待人处世, 如果处理不好, 将严重 影响他们正常的学习生活和社会公德行为。
三、做好大学生社会公德教育的对策思考
(一) 进一步优化校园公德环境, 切实强化对 大学生的公德教育
环境对一个人的成长起着重要的制约和影响作 用, 良好的公德环境对学生的成长将起到积极的促 进作用。就学校公德环境的优化来说, 一方面要重 视人文环境的培育。首先, 教育者要提高自身道德 素养, 真正做到言传身教, 为人师表, 以自己的人 格魅力和作用来引导学生、带动学生。其次, 要加 强校园文化建设。良好的文化氛围和健康向上的校 园风貌能最大限度地激发学生参与公德教育的积极性, 使学生在不知不觉中接受教育, 并以实际行动 维护学生形象、维护自身形象, 提高公德修养。第 三, 积极发挥舆论在学校公德建设中的导向作用, 倡导公德意识, 推崇先进模范, 宣传优良的社会公 德事迹, 谴责不讲公德的行为, 鞭挞丑恶现象, 从 而在校园内形成人人讲公德、唾弃不文明行为的良 好公德环境。另一方面要做好校园美化工作, 以整 洁优美的物质环境熏陶人, 感染人, 促进学生良好 习惯的养成。
(二) 把社会公德教育纳入思想品德课程教学
高校要重视社会公德德育教育的课堂教学, 要 把社会公德教育作为思想道德教育重要内容纳入思 想品德课教学计划。一方面要教育学生发扬中华民 族的传统美德, 如待人礼貌、宽厚、诚实、守信、 谦逊、恭敬、助人为乐、见义勇为、尊老爱幼、克 己自制等优良传统。同时要努力用体现社会主义新 风尚的道德标准、价值观念和时代精神来教育学 生, 以“爱国守法, 明礼诚信, 团结友善, 勤俭 自强, 敬业奉献”的公民的基本道德规范教育引 导学生。在教育方式上, 既要有较高的理论水平, 又要避免硬性的说教。促使他们利用认识到的社会 公德规范, 运用到日常生活、学习中去, 有意识地 不断实践, 使自己的不道德行为受到抑制, 高尚的 思想、行为得到强化。
(三) 强化社会实践环节, 加强社会公德日常 行为的训练
社会实践是大学生接触社会、联系实际、向人 民群众学习, 进一步了解社会、认识国情、克服思 想上的盲目性和片面性, 培养大学生具有为人民服 务和献身精神的重要环节, 也是最直观、最生动有 效的教育途径和方法。学校可组织学生搞社会调 查、参观访问、科技咨询、参与社区服务等活动, 并力求使各项活动的开展形成一种制度, 以保证这 些活动的正常有序进行。大学生通过参与这些活 动, 可以深刻体会我国社会主义建设取得的巨大成 就, 发现人民群众伟大, 增强劳动观念, 在实践中 认识自己的人生价值, 进而增强他们的道德需要, 使学生在社会实践中形成健康的道德人格。
(四) 加强大学生心理健康教育, 促进学生健 康成长
开展心理健康教育, 是新形势下加强大学生思 想政治教育的重要途径。高校可通过开设心理健康 教育课, 让学生主动参与到教师设计的活动情境中 去感知体验, 从而在其中解决心理问题及由此形成 的社会公德认知和行为问题, 使学生形成健康的心 态与公德行为习惯; 根据形势需要, 各高校要成立 心理咨询机构, 开展心理咨询工作, 建立学生心理 档案, 了解学生心理状况, 为一些处于不良心态的 特别不良道德心态的学生咨询, 帮其分析导致困境的原因, 使之摆脱矛盾和困扰, 正视自己的情况, 找到如何解决不良心态的方法, 及时消除致使心理 精神疾病的不良因素; 定期开展心理卫生知识讲 座, 并通过开展学习、交往、情绪等方面的主体心 理辅导, 让学生学会自我保健、自我调节, 保持身 心健康发展。 公德建设的不可缺少的重要条件。大学生社会公德 水平的提高, 也有赖于整个社会的社会公德水准得 以提升。首先要充分发挥报纸、电台、电视台等大 众媒体的作用, 以正面宣传为主, 弘扬正气, 为社 会公德建设创造良好的舆论环境。其次, 要在全社 会努力营造一个扬善惩恶的社会伦理机制, 利用道 德的约束力创造良好的人文环境。氛围是无形的然 而又是非常有力量的, 在人人讲道德讲礼貌的氛围 中, 久而久之就可以养成良好的道德习惯。第三, 要大力加强民主法制建设, 在全社会创造一个良好 的法制环境, 以此促进和保障良好道德风尚的形成
怎样加强大学生的公德意识教育呢?我认为要从以下两个方面来做。
一方面要注重社会公德教育。
社会公德是道德生活领域的重要的范畴。全面加强社会主义道德建设，要综合运用教育、法律、行政、舆论等手段，规范和培养良好的行为习惯，大力提倡文明礼貌、助人为乐、爱护公物、保护环境、遵纪守法的社会公德，约束和制止不文明的行为，形成扶正祛邪、扬善惩恶的社会风气。
在当今社会，我们熟悉的生活情形是：在一些超市购物，保安必得通过查验购物小票，来证明你不是贼;去博物馆参观，中午想出来午餐，你手上要被敲上一个醒目的章，你得举着它吃饭，还不敢洗手，才能据此回来继续参观;去用人单位求职，他要怀疑你的文凭会不会是假的;就连轰轰烈烈评出的百花奖，选票居然也很有水分;水货一词就要进《辞海》了!更要命的是--想把日子过踏实，你还得是方方面面的专家：重阳节你要学会验证阳澄湖大闸蟹的金毛银爪白肚皮;中秋节你得掰开月饼，学会辨认馅子是否隔年，菠萝馅是不是冬瓜冒充的;去修车你必须认明修车的会不会偷换你的好零件，……
为了这些生活中的小事，难道真的必须走过许多部门，校验诸多证件，填写无数表格，才能证明真实?可见当今社会的一个巨大欠缺就是社会公德。作为社会主义现代化建设接班人的当代大学生，就必须注重社会公德的学习。同时，学生党员、优秀团员和入党积极分子必须起到先锋模范作用，以点及面，以自身的榜样力量来影响一个宿舍，一个班集体，从而建设校园的诚信大环境，并将在学校中所受的影响在社会上加以推广。
社会公德建设需要整体协调发展，也离不开个人自律。在校园中，每个人的行为、习惯、思想都不尽相同，所以应该采取新颖多样的形式，除了加强理论教育，还应多组织一些像爱心募捐、骨髓捐献和义务家教等有意义的活动，让同学们在现实生活中受到生动的教育。逐步减少大学校园中诸如上课迟到、浪费粮食、不尊师重教、公众场合搂搂抱抱等不文明和不道德的现象。
另一方面要加强思想道德教育。
改革开放以后，人们拥有比以往更广大的思想空间，因此，大学生的思想也更自由，更解放。当今社会，国人睁眼看世界，大学生通过电影、电视、报刊、网络、旅游等直接或间接的方式接受来自全球的信息，感受了世界形形色色的文化，并由此产生文化的碰撞与冲突。在碰撞与冲突中，传统的文化、价值观念都受到挑战，大学生将根据自己的实际和需求来审视和筛选，因而在当代大学生中没有一统天下的主流思想，一时间拜金主义、功利主义等各种资本主义的颓废思潮相继泛起，有人惊呼--当代青年可能是跨掉的一代!这决不是危言耸听!因为大学生正处在世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期，他们的分析能力、判断能力还不强，在复杂多变的国际国内形势下，在各种思想文化相互激荡的过程中，很容易出现失误，进而在自身的各个方面出现问题，因此，加强大学生思想道德教育显得尤为重要。
加强大学生思想道德教育首先要加强历史公德教育。由于公德是在历史中形成的、广泛深入人心，并且和广大人民群众的切身利益密切相关，对大学生形成追求高尚、力争先进的风气有很大的帮助。
继承中华民族几千年形成的传统美德，发扬我们党领导人民在长期革命斗争与建设实践中形成的优良传统道德，积极借鉴世界各国道德建设的成功经验和先进文明成果，是大学生在历史公德学习中所力求掌握的。在全社会大力宣传和弘扬解放思想、实事求是，勇于创新、一往无前，艰苦奋斗、无私奉献的时代精神背景下，大学生的思想道德培养可以是多方面、多层次的。不仅要使公民道德教育体现优良传统，又要反映时代特点，始终充满生机与活力。所以要积极开发优秀的思想道德教育资源，利用各种爱国主义教育基地，进行历史和革命传统教育。

寒假期间，我的生活没有什么不同。每天早上十一点我醒来，洗后，我和我的父母有一个很好的午餐。然后我玩电脑游戏，直到吃晚饭的时间。晚餐后。我继续玩到凌晨二点，然后去睡觉了。这是我寒假无聊的一天。
But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.
但我还没有厌倦所有的时间。有时我读的书，有时我听音乐或收音机在床上，因为外面很冷而且整天下雪。我还肉我的一些好朋友在假期，我们在过去的一年里对彼此的生活很长的谈话和打乒乓球。我看了中央电视台春节晚会在2004年最后一秒!我认为这是中国的大多数人当时做的。
That’s all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.
