If we live in a high-rise,we can walk upstairs or downstairs. Second, we should have a balanced diet. Finally, we must remember: "Early to bed, early to rise is the way to keep healthy, wealthy and wise."

有人说：爱是冬天里的一缕阳光，温暖了人的心灵。还有人说：爱是相互帮助，就像“人”字一样，“人”字的结构是相互支撑。

记得上三年级的时候，我常常在校园里玩，可每当要回家时，我心中玩耍的喜悦感就烟消云散，取而代之的就是恐惧感。而这一切的原因，都在于我们那个漆黑的小路和楼道。

这天，我又要走那该死的夜路，真是害怕极了。我走路时，一直是眼观四路、耳听八方。忽然，我看到了楼上有一个身影，立马吓得浑身冷汗，马上就跑了。“喵——”这一声猫叫让我愣住了。我回头望去，一双绿莹莹的眼睛在黑夜中闪烁着光芒——原来是一只猫。

可把我吓了一跳。我悬着的心放了下来。月亮散发着柔和的光芒，风吹着树叶，发出沙沙的声响。我跑到了单元门口，生怕后面有什么东西在追我。“咦?楼道怎么亮了那么多?”我疑惑极了，往楼道里走。原来在楼道里，一个小药瓶上装着一支快燃烧完的蜡烛，这是谁放的呢?我奇怪极了。

一阵脚步声传来，我放松的心又悬了起来。只见上面走出来了一个小姑娘，大约5、6岁吧!在她手里，我还看见了令我倍感亲切的药瓶和蜡烛。“你好，姐姐。”她一边和我说话一边换了个蜡烛。“你为什么要点蜡烛呢?”我问。她指着一些药瓶说：“这些是我爷爷的，我想为他做些事……”

说到这，小姑娘的声音变得嗫嚅，眼里也多了些水雾，几滴泪珠划过她的脸庞。“不说了，我先回家了。”我看着她的背影，心中五味杂陈。我觉得自己该说些什么，于是，我大喊了一声，“祝你爷爷早日康复。”她听到我的祝福，转过身，道了声谢谢，然后慢慢远离我的视线。我的眼前也温润起来。此时，我心里不知道怎么回事，充满了温暖。

我明白了，爱就是那楼道里的烛光，照亮黑暗的道路，给人光明。

I imagine a lot about lives in the future。I think two words can summarize my imagination。The first word is fast。In the future，we will have more quickly transportation means。

Now matter how far we go，it takes only a short time。With the development of science and technology，we can travel to the moon，Mars or somewhere outer space。People may can live in other planets。The second word is convenient。

Because of the fast development of our society，many work can be done by computers or even robots。
