summertime is the besttime of the year。there is no school for months and i get to do what i want。with no tests and no homework，im as free as a bird。

最近，全世界都在倡导“低碳生活”，我们家就在过着这样的生活。今天我就带领大家去我家看看吧!

一进大门，你就能看见院子门口的一个泛着白光的大脸盆，这个大脸盆可有段悠久的历史了。听奶奶说，它曾是我奶奶的嫁妆，在那个年代，有这样一个大脸盆，可是一件值得骄傲的事，所以奶奶拿它当宝贝似的，小心翼翼地保护着它。它曾是奶奶的“储藏室”，曾当过爷爷的“米缸”，也曾是我爸爸和我叔叔的洗澡盆，即使它已经泛白，旧了，但奶奶还是舍不得扔，她说：“还能用”。而今，它是我奶奶的“装水桶”。它里头装的可不是一般的水，是我们家的循环利用水。每次，我们洗完澡、洗完脸的水从来不会浪费掉，奶奶会把水存在这个大脸盆里，等到有用之时，再把水拿出来再利用。

走进客厅，你就能看见我们家的节能灯。记得爸爸带我和妹妹去买灯具的时候，我和妹妹看着那商店里琳琅满目的的灯具，兴奋了半天，我和妹妹看中了一款水晶灯，缠着叫爸爸买，但最终爸爸买了一盏普通的灯，我们很诧异，爸爸说：“这是节能灯，可以节约电，家庭应尽量选用节能灯，虽然价格高一点，但比普通白炽灯节省75%的电力，而且使用寿命更长久。我们现在要节约每一滴水，节约每一张纸，节约每一棵树，还要节约每一度电，为低碳做贡献”听了爸爸的解释，我和妹妹都赞同爸爸买节能灯。

虽然白天太阳会照进房间，可厕所里却照不到一点儿光。所以，上厕所几乎不管白天黑夜都要点灯。但爷爷却不是这样的：白天，厕所里虽然没灯，但总能看得见;晚上，别的房间里的灯都点上了，于是，爷爷就借着那么一点微弱的灯光，来清楚自己的视线。我知道，爷爷也在节约用电。

我知道现在塑料污染非常严重。所以奶奶会把以前用过的塑料袋都收集起来，等用到的时候再拿出来“废物利用”，这样既不花钱又不造成污染，一举两得。
