当然，看一看，是最希望看到每家每户这一年的变化。自己工作的单位虽然离家较近，但每次回家呆的时间、地点有限，很想看看一年来村子里发生了什么样的变化，用自己的视角记录社会变化中的点点滴滴。同时，看看我的那些同龄人、学生、常年在外打拼的人们，他们过得咋样了？因为，只有在过年的这个时节，才能看的到他们。

自从去年部分村民搬到新楼上以后，各家各户的家堂就分为了两部分，一部分是在新楼上，另一部分还是在原先的老宅子里。上午的时间，转了好几个地方，真是各有特色。看！这一家子搬上了新楼，整个的居室打扫的干干净净，窗明几净，厨房里的设备全套都是订购的，电视机是新买的，是挂在墙上的LED的那种，他家的厨房里已经买上了冰箱。这要是在平房的话，有冰箱是简直不敢想象的事情。他家的孩子自己开了个装饰公司，在城里给别人干装饰。到了另外的一家子，他们的摆设就比较的有文化特色，墙上挂着梅兰竹菊四君子的图画，屋内也是极为干净，桌子上擦得干干净净，他家里已经买上了洗衣机。他们家的孩子是我的同龄人，在城里开了一家药店，成了一个小老板，生活过的有滋有味。

当然，也有没有搬到楼上居住的。这一家就是，他们仍然住在原先的平房里，进去一看，给人一种土、旧的感觉，地面也是用砖铺的。总体感觉不如楼上的干净、整洁。他们家的孩子在泰安从事着体面的工作，每年过年回家，总会开着SUV回来，很是给自己的父母增加面子。还有好几家的孩子长大后，已经不在本市工作，到了外地市去了。见到了同龄人，还可以叙叙旧，概叹时间的迅速流逝，人生的变化之快，谁能预见的到呢？

如此种种，总给人一种变化好快的感觉。社会在发展，家乡也在发展、改变着。每次回到家乡的人，总是有种家乡巨变的感觉。真是三年一小变，五年一大变，如果多年不回家，家乡真的是在变化中显得陌生了。就拿农民们住楼来说吧，在几年前，谁能想到普普通通、土里土气的农民能住上宽敞明亮的楼房呢？但是，住上楼房的农民，他们又觉得很不方便，习惯了原先的鸡鸭狗叫声，锄镰锨镢的叮当声，现在没了，觉得很不习惯，而且，干活的农具又放在那里呢？农用车放在楼下，整天的淋着，也不是个办法。对于农民上楼，农民自己也有着不同的意见，这件事情对错与否，只能让时间去证明哪种结论是正确的了。

到了腊月二十七。八和除夕这三天，家家就都开始团年了，外地打工的人，都要赶回家，吃这顿团年饭。街上到处都飘着酒肉的香味，家家都杀鸡宰羊，赶做年菜。然后，就是一家人在一起吃团年饭，一起看春节晚会……

过年到了，我和爸爸妈妈回到了河南老家过过年，今天是大年初一，全家一起开开心心地包饺子。

奶奶先用面粉加上水揉成了一个大面团，并且用手不停地揉，爷爷在一边调馅料，爷爷在剁好的猪肉里加入切碎的西洋芹，再加上切好的粉丝、盐、味精、酱油、香油，香喷喷的饺子馅就调好了。

准备包饺子了，爷爷把面团揉成一条长长的“棍子”，用刀把“棍子”切成一个一个的小面团，奶奶用擀面杖把小面团在案板上不停的擀，只见面团在案板上不断地旋转，变成了一片片薄薄的圆片，我和爸爸妈妈就负责包饺子了。

我们先把饺子皮放在手心上，用筷子夹好馅放在饺子皮当中，然后用左手大拇指顶住饺子下面，右手把饺子皮紧紧的捏在一起，一个圆鼓鼓的饺子就包好了。我最喜欢“画蛇添足”了，我把饺子团起来一下，变成了一个“馄饨版饺子”了，真是“南北合壁”啊！

爸爸妈妈忙着包饺子，我包了一会儿就不耐烦了，自己跑出去和小狗玩了！

终于等到下饺子的时候了，我早就想尝热乎乎的饺子了，河南老家下饺子有一个风俗，就是在下饺子时要放鞭炮，听着外面噼噼啪啪的鞭炮声，奶奶快速地把饺子下了锅，看着饺子在大锅里欢快地跳着舞，我的口水都快流出来了，等到饺子们都浮在了水面上，我们就可以吃了。

吃着自己亲手包的饺子，真是感觉太幸福了！我最喜欢回老家过年了！

雨水是24节气中的第2个节气。每年的正月十五前后(公历2月18-20日)，太阳黄经达330度时，气温回升、冰雪融化、降水增多，故取名为雨水。雨水节气时段一般从2月18日或19日开始，到3月4日或5日结束。雨水和谷雨、小雪、大雪一样，都是反映降水现象的节气。

《月令七十二候集解》：“正月中，天一生水。春始属木，然生木者必水也，故立春后继之雨水。且东风既解冻，则散而为雨矣。”意思是说，雨水节气前后，万物开始萌动，春天就要到了。如在《逸周书》中就有雨水节后“鸿雁来”“草木萌动”等物候记载。

中医认为肝主生发，故春季肝气旺盛，肝木易克脾土，故春季养生不当容易损伤脾脏，从而导致脾胃功能的下降。在雨水节气之后，随着降雨有所增多，寒湿之邪最易困着脾脏。同时湿邪留恋，难以去除，故雨水前后应当着重养护脾脏。春季养脾的重点首先在于调畅肝脏，保持肝气调和顺畅，在饮食上要保持均衡，食物中的蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂肪、维生素、矿物质等要保持相应的比例。同时还要保持五味不偏，尽量少吃辛辣食品，多吃新鲜蔬菜、等。其次，要注意健脾利湿。内以养护脾气，外以清利湿邪，从而达到养脾的目的。春寒料峭，湿气一般夹“寒”而来，因此雨水前后必须注意保暖，切勿受凉。同时少食生冷之物，以顾护脾胃阳气。平时可多吃些诸如鲫鱼、胡萝卜、山药、小米等食物，以达到健脾的目的。 雨水时节，还要预防“倒春寒”。这是因为初春的降雨会引起气温的骤然下降，这尤其对老年人和小孩的身体健康威胁较大，特别是温度骤然下降的时候，老年人的血压会明显升高，容易诱发心脏病、心肌梗塞等;小孩则容易因气温的改变而引起呼吸系统疾病，导致感冒和发烧。所以这里还要再次提醒大家，春季要注意保暖，不要过早减少衣物。

我国古代将雨水分为三候：“一候獭祭鱼;二候鸿雁来;三候草木萌动。”此节气，水獭开始捕鱼了，将鱼摆在岸边如同先祭后食的样子;五天过后，大雁开始从南方飞回北方;再过五天，在“润物细无声”的春雨中，草木随地中阳气的上腾而开始抽出嫩芽。从此，大地渐渐开始呈现出一派欣欣向荣的景象。

我们先去老人家，路上人来人往不断，我想都是去拜年的。各家各户的门上都贴上了福字、对联，还有的门口挂上了红灯笼，到处是新年的景象。到了二爷爷家一进门口，我就喊“奶奶、爷爷过年好，叔叔、婶婶过年好……”拜年的声音不绝于耳。接着我们呢又去了下一家拜年。

拜完年后，我们一大家人又去了广场上打羽毛球。那里的人非常多，每个人的脸上都喜气洋洋的，有树，有小河，好多地方还挂上了小灯笼，别有一番情趣。河流都结冰了，在经过爸妈的允许下，我跟邻居姐姐在冰上玩了一会。滑冰特别费力站稳，但滑起来也特别轻快，我很喜欢滑冰的感觉。因为很冷，我们完了一会就回家了。

新年的第一天我很高兴。
