How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens—he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty. Although I dont think goodness is omnipotent yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.

For me the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. 先说关羽。这是给我留下印象最深的人物之一。他降汉不降曹、秉烛达旦、千里走单骑、五关斩六将、古城斩蔡阳，后来又在华容道义释曹操。他忠于故主，因战败降敌而约好一知故主消息，便不知千里万里往投。我认为虽降了敌，但最后还是回来了，不但仍算忠，而且还要算一种难得可贵的忠。他的所做所为值得我们学习。

再说曹操。曹操在《三国演义》中被称为奸雄，可能是因为他的儿子。他说刘备与他是并世英雄，说得刘备都不敢听，但是他没有杀刘备，虽刘备正是他的瓮中之鳖。这使我感到了曹操的大度，也是周瑜做梦也梦不到的。周瑜眼中只有诸葛亮，与其誓不两立，只要把诸葛亮杀了，东吴的天下就太平了。后来又发现刘备也不是一般人物，便想杀刘备，至少把他留在东吴，东吴的天下也太平了。
