再一个人物就是露西了。她本人的出场就已经敲定了她是一个富有同情心的弱小而又坚强的女子。对于被囚禁了十八年的老父，她用自己的爱帮助他走过一个个难关。她先找回了自己的父亲，帮他脱离的肉体上的束缚，而对于父亲那深刻入脑海中的不定期的苦难的回忆，只有她才能最快、最轻柔地安慰住父亲那不定的心，这一点是连老友洛瑞都束手无策的。还有的就是在法庭上的作证，她相当地用情，“面对着这样的同情，这样动人的青春和美貌，被告此时的心情，比面对所有看热闹的人群要难受多了。”等等描写的句子都显得露西极有同情心;最终吻别丈夫的时候，她还是坚持下来了，和所有面对悲剧的人一样，坚强地面对;虽然后来还是有些力不从心，但她还是爱的化身。

说道女儿不免要提到她的父亲。亚历山大·马奈特的身世很值得人去琢磨，到底受到多大的冤屈，多大的经历，多大的思想创伤，都令我们去思考。他受到女儿的关心后，同样地力所能及地回报他的女儿。他最终展现的，是一位作为父亲，用爱关心自己的女儿的情节。同样的，本人认为他也有他的极大的不幸。这号人物的身世十分坎坷，而最终并为实实在在地为女儿带来幸福，旧病复发，满屋子寻他的活计，就是这时，他才显得苍老又无依无靠。一个悲剧导致另一个悲剧的发生。

对于达内，这个人一般般，追寻着母亲的理念而“引发一系列的事端”(这里并不是对他的否定)。他其实也是内心善良的人，由于这个使他因小小的求救就回去致使自己与一家人都陷入了困境。这也是一系列错综复杂的原因导致的结果。

其中最富有传奇色彩、最令人落泪的要数西得尼·卡顿了。出场时的情况“一直看着天花板”显出他的放荡不羁，而后来我们发现他实在是一个被湮没的才子，有才而在无法溶入当时的社会。内在的情感也很高尚，最终是成全了情敌(姑且这么说，但是还没有觉得他俩的关系真的像以往故事中说的那种斗得你死我活的，恩，这里也看出他的心平气和了，或许是装的?如果是装的，那么就说明他很有才干了。真是一个够令人钦佩的人物。)。在帮助达内越狱的时候，他还是那么一幅什么都不在乎的样子，但只有他在那时心里是最清楚的，应该怎么做，不应该怎么做。昏死的达内和他的妻子，纪念他的死是天经地义的事!最后的他于他的妹妹的相遇，上刑场，安慰、鼓励他妹妹，真是一种看尽人生的超脱，小说也写了“那天晚上，巴黎城里人谈起他，说是历年上吉萝亭最平静的一个。不少人还说他表情神圣，像是先知的预言家。”这个人物的设订还是很扣人心弦的，比如在要去监狱帮达内越狱之前和洛瑞先生交代之后，“卡顿走进院子，在那儿独自呆了一会儿，仰望着她屋里的灯光。他轻声地向它祝福，道一声‘永别了’，边消失在茫茫的黑夜里。”我在看这句的时候，心里隐隐地觉得有些不对，但是又因为前文交代了卡顿要洛瑞等他的，也想不出有什么会变动的。这句就有些淡淡的伤感，想让人哭但又不让人哭出来的味道。这个就是卡顿内心的描写，轻浮浪荡的表面下藏着一颗对他人的爱而不顾献身的人的心。

反派人物特别是德发日太太，可以说是以人民的利为幌子而复仇的一个深谋老算的人物。她最平常的动作就是编织，一句话都不说，但是样样事都记在心里，记在她的毛线上;像这种人都会使人对她有一种惧怕的感觉，冰冷、毫无人情的化身。他们身边的雅克三号，复仇女等等都属于一种瞎起哄的，只觉得能从砍别人的头中得到一种快感。他们根本没有像德发日太太的那种觉悟，只是对生命的亵渎，从他们凌乱的外貌和败坏的礼仪就可以看出。对于德发日，他虽然想推翻国王，但是对于自己以前服侍过的老主人，还是有一定的隐恻之心的。他妻子也说了，要她自己动手，他丈夫“老实想救那医生一家”，可见德发日还可以算得上中立派，但事实强迫他对主人一家动手，他就是活在矛盾之中的，可能受他复仇心强烈的妻子的影响。

这本小说悬念很多，铺垫很充实，是那种越看越明白的，就像一条条小溪逐一地汇聚，最后成了奔腾的大江，使人越看越激动，越想看下去。举例，最突出的就是第二部第六章《成百的人》和第七章《侯爵老爷在城里》毫无关系，如果把第七章单独拉出来，也可以成为一本小说。直到后面才看出他是关系到达内的身世，再后来看出了关系到露西，再后来看出了他关系到老医生，最后伴随着医生的信件，复杂的人物关系一览无余，对阐述人物关系，有很好的辅助作用。无疑，最后两章是高潮，最令人激动的部分。最后兄妹的相认是超乎我想象的，作者这样安排无疑突出了卡顿，他是一种正义的象征。现在冷静下来，觉得要思考一下为何兄妹会全部关在里面的。我觉得最根本的原因就是这场大革命在作者眼力本身就是混乱的，无人权可言，疯狂的民众只按自己的意愿办事，那终究导致悲剧。

这部作品终究还是善与恶的对抗，善的胜利，令人激动地收场了。让我们深思的，复仇到底是否值得人们去做，但是德发日太太的复仇之心不是那么一日造就的，是对死去的哥哥，姐姐，父亲的回应;是阶级斗争的烙印，无可避免地形成复仇的观念，造就她冷冰冰的性格。说到底造成这种结果，各方面都要负一定的责任，社会环境也是一个不可分割的因素。

为了提高自身的英语教学质量和效率,我从学校图书馆借来《英语教学方法与策略》一书,利用业余时间认真地进行了研读,获得了不少教益。

这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

我在休息的时间里看完了一本名叫《海底两万里》的书。

阳光明媚的早晨，几只活泼的小鸟站在树枝上叽叽地啼叫着，几多珍珠似的白云挂在太阳边，看着如此晴朗的一天，我第一次翻开了《海底两万里》这本书，我还以为作者下到海底两万里讲讲感受和经历就阔以了，没想到这本书开始是这样的......

这本书开始讲述了，整个美国本来都安然无恙，结果都因一只“巨型海怪”而轰动，这只“海怪”还撞伤了许多只游轮，可见这只“海怪”力大如牛，这引起了美国所有人民的警惕，而且还想不惜一切也要铲出这只海怪，人们也邀请作者去参加，之后会发生些什么呢?看完这一段落，我反扣书本，呆呆地望着外面，发现几只黄澄澄的小鸟望着我，站在翠绿的大树上叽叽喳喳地叫着，仿佛在说：“你继续看，答案会在后面等着你的!”我心想：看来开始虽然并没有到海底两万里，但是我相信这只还怪可能会把作者撞到海底两万里!还有这只海怪虽然很厉害，但我想美国肯定可以捉到它并干掉它!

结果为了抓住这只海怪，人们决定连夜开“林肯号”美国军舰去搜索海怪，这艘军舰的奇特之处是它的前甲板上有一个厉害的鱼叉手，眼睛像一副高倍望远镜，非常锐利，一般的鱼是很难躲过他的鱼叉。在军舰的前甲板上还装有一门后膛炮，炮弹重达4千克，射程长达16海里，大概这炮弹一旦打在身上就不得了，但这样可以保证安全，免得会被“海怪”撞伤。离开近海后，进入太平洋，所有人都认真地搜索船身附近的海域，都抢着上甲板巡逻附近海域有无异常，一个个都像打了鸡血一样仔细地搜索着，每天甲板上都闹哄哄的，就像菜市场一样。有一天这位敏捷的鱼叉手发现了“海怪”，那是一个夜深人静的夜晚，周围寂静无声，就连猫头鹰也不叫了，这黑夜静的可怕，一些胆小的船员几乎钻进吊床，可是绝大多数都精神可佳，随时都可以行动一样地侦察着水面。结果这位鱼叉手发现它停在海面上不动，法古拉船长决定用他的炮弹来轰这只海怪，可是发出的炮弹却顺着它光滑又坚固的上半部滑下海底，大家吓得语无伦次，呆在船上不知所措地盯着“怪物”。最终鱼叉手投出了他可怕的利叉，接着，一声尖锐的“咔嚓”声在“海怪”身上响起，它很愤怒，一口气将军舰撞毁了，接着船上的所有船员连同作者都被抛到海里了。看完这段，我发现那几只鸟依然原封不动地站在那儿摇头晃脑地看着我，便心想：嘿嘿，我猜的果然没错，肯定这海怪用力过大，把作者和海员抛进海底两万里侦察去了。

结果作者醒来后，发现鱼叉手和仆人都在身边，起来后发现是在这只海怪上半部，刚好可以观察一下，有放大镜仔细观察，原来，这个东西是用钢板做的!难怪如此刀枪不入。观察了没多久，这“怪物”开始下沉了，突然，上来七个蒙面大汉，作者连同他的仆人和鱼叉手一起被粗暴地驾进了这只潜水艇，开始度过他们艰苦又有趣的海底两万里的旅程......

看完这本书，我不禁回想着什么，心里想：我也好想进这只潜水艇，探索海底世界，要是能随便的出出进进就好了，颇像“海底乐园”，就像老曾一样，教我们各式各样的写作方法，打开知识的天空，让我们一个个都自由翱翔。可是这样的禁闭，我也难以忍受，就像“海底地狱”一样，非常不自在。

上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思

上周四学校进行了月考，试卷是第一单元检测题，试题的安排非常合理、科学，注重基础知识，但是也有能力的提升，是一份比较好的试卷。学生的成绩并不是很好，虽然90分以上的人数不少，但是学生的答题情况并不理想，有一部分学生的单词拼写，大小写方面不规范，应该大写的没有大写，说明学生的习惯养成不好，以后在这一方面要加强对学生的要求和训练。还有课代表和老师和学生之间的不协调，不[内容来于斐-斐_课-件_园 FFKJ.Net]同步，很多时候老师布置的作业不能按时完成，课代表和学生互相推卸责任，长期下去势必会影响成绩，所以要加强师生的沟通，团结协作，更好的提高学生的成绩。

其中我最喜欢孙悟空“大闹天宫”写了孙悟空得到金箍棒后，把天庭搅的一踏糊涂的事，孙悟空上宫做官，原本好好的可是一听别的小官嘲笑他的官位很小时顿时生气了，一路杀出天宫返回花果山。过了一顿时间，玉帝又去安抚他，叫太上老君去花果山请孙悟空当“齐天大圣”。悟空不知是个虚职，所以一直没惹事。但是王母娘娘开“蟠桃宴”的时候没有请他，他火冒三丈吗，设法将七仙女定住。然后偷走蟠桃，吃的吃扔的扔，还带了许多回花果山上，路上遇到许多天兵小将打得鸡飞狗跳，最后二郎神设法捉住了他，玉帝把他关在太上老君三味真火里，最后炼成了火眼金金。
