我采访过陕西农村的一个小媳妇，那个地方现在已经不穷了,家家都盖起了二层小楼，买了电视，物质生活的改善是非常明显的，但精神生活的改善却是非常迟缓的。在那个地方，家里盖楼是正常的事儿，置地是正常的事儿，但买书是不正常的事儿，出门旅游是不正常的事儿，他们那个村到西安的往返车票是九块钱,但没什么人去过西安，因为为旅游花钱是一件不正经的事儿，是不好好过日子，就在这种封闭的环境里，很多人精神苦闷。比如我采访的那个小媳妇就跟我说：“为什么城里的女人穿的衣服都那么好看，我知道那些衣服穿在我身上不会那么好看，我想这不是衣服的事儿，一定还有别的什么事儿，是我不知道的。”她特想知道,那她怎么才能知道呢?我说：“你可以买书啊?”她说：“不可以。我们这里不可以买书，女人买书不正经，会被人看不起。我可以读电视，通过电视，我可以了解世界，了解人生。”

于是一个电视工作者能为大家提供什么东西就变成了一件非常可怕的事情，因为电视和大家的生活是互动的，大家学电视的样儿生活，电视再学大家的样儿做节目。

《半边天》的一个内容就是女性主题。社科院做了一个跟踪调查，就是“广告中的女性形象”。我没有带来那个数据，但这个调查结果是非常有趣的。比如什么样的广告是男性做的?通常是那些科技含量比较高的。比较贵重的商品，比如车、高科技产品、电脑等。女性会代表什么形象呢?比如洗衣粉、肥皂、洗衣机等，属于家务劳动和科技含量特别低的产品，而男性在广告里是一个成功者，女性则是一个辅助者，家庭中的人。比如一个很著名的广告，濮存晰和李湘做的商务通的广告。刚开始两个人是同事，那个男人在苦干，后来那个男人成功了，用上了手机，这个女人就变成了他的秘书，再过几年男人用上了商务通，非常成功了，女人就变成了他的妻子，在家里给他端咖啡，照顾孩子，这是一个典型的性别定位，再有一个就是声音定位。一个喋喋不休介绍产品的一定是个女性的声音,但如果需要一个很有权威的、一锤定音的声音，那就是一个男人，尤其是中年男人的声音来告诉你了：嗯，这个东西就是好。如果偶尔有几个广告是这样的，还算是正常的，但如果你在全国电视台几年跟踪下来，得出的比例是百分之九十几对百分之几，你就知道这个东西是很固定的。如果我们提供的定位一直是这种定位，那么我们就不可能低估这种影响。一个女人作为个人可以选择这样的角色，那是她的个人生活，个人选择，但媒体不应不公平地单一地提供这种选择。

上面两种都是电视的传统功能，我想说的是，将来电视给人的心理上带来安慰将是一种重要的功能。

80年代我在《参考消息》上看到了一个消息，说美国有80%

的人看过心理医生，当时就觉得资本主义真是腐朽堕落，资本主义社会的人都是神经病。但现在我们如果做一个调查，这比例不会小。我们的生活变化得太快。在这个过程中，我们没有时间给自己的心理做一次整理，给自己的心理做一次调适，给自己的心找一个可以安顿的地方。

这一年多来，我做的节目更多地是关注个人生活状态，结果我吃惊地发现，不管什么样的人，穷人富人，不仅在城市边缘生活的都市打工仔生活没有安全感，已经过得特别好的、住了豪宅的人也没有安全感;这个城市里受过良好教育的女性觉得孤独，农村里的小媳妇也说自己孤独。怎么回事儿?怎么这么多人有这么多的苦闷?现在大家都面临着巨大的压力，每个人必须打起全副精神去应对生活中的各种问题，以免被社会淘汰，在这样的过程当中，我们的心理损失特别大，可见我们特别需要有一个宣泄自己的诊疗场所，而我们国家不是一个心理诊疗特别发达的国家,于是电视成了老百姓做沟通和治疗特别重要的一个地方，因为他们信任电视。

我去年5、6月间，做了一个电视节目，叫《迷路》。讲的是一个中年男人，十年前酷爱摄影，后来发现靠摄影挣不到钱，他决定去经商，想的是等挣到了10万块钱就收手，但是经商挣钱是停不下来的，不论是10万，200万，500万，后来他发现现在已经不会摄影了，而他又厌倦经商，他就不知道该怎么办了，他看见背照相机的人就羡慕，但是他永远都在做各种乱七八糟的边贸生意。

另一个故事是乡村在大规模地城市化，乡村里的人都渴望进入城市，这个男孩也想，但却知道进入城市的生活将会非常艰难,是他这么一个非常羞涩、敏感的人不能承受的，但他如果不承受这些，他就要留在乡村，尽管乡下风景也很美，也很富裕。然后他就一直左右不定地摇摆。

这样的人我每个星期都会碰到。我觉得，电视可能真的是现代人心理和情感的一个宣泄处!这可能也算是电视还能为人们做的有价值的小小的事儿吧?

至少目前我还愿意这么做。

我理想中的假期生活可不是乏味，无趣的，天天玩电脑玩到黑屏，看电视看到午夜，作业拖到最后几天写……我想过一个轻松，充实的假期。

这天，我趴在桌子上，吃着刚出炉的蔓越莓饼干，想：天天像这样写作业，看电视，太无聊了。要是可以去别处玩玩，该多好啊。就这样，我陷入了遐想中。

我回到了老家，来到清澈的小溪边捉田螺，先把网子里抹上面糊，放进水中，鱼儿来了之后，把网提起来，哇，好多闪闪发光的小鱼啊！我要去河边摘莲蓬，摘荷花，先找一叶渔船，坐上后划桨，前面有好多荷叶！流进荷叶中后，开始找莲蓬，那儿有个好大的啊，把它剪断了……啊！手割破了，没关系，尝一粒莲子，真好吃！清香的味道沁人心脾。我要跑到田中去剪棉花，网蝴蝶，轻轻走到蝴蝶后面，然后……用网子网它！哇，这只蝴蝶真美，青绿和果绿混合的花纹轻轻镶在翅膀上，我多想看着这只蝴蝶扑闪着翅膀划过天空的样子。夜晚，坐在地上看星空，听着蛐蛐叫；清晨，看看日出和蒙上太阳的那一层薄薄的云雾。我要在在田里挖个洞，然后爬进去，看看地下的世界。地下的世界一定很好玩，有鼹鼠在打洞，有草木的根盘绕着泥土，还有可能会看到化石呢！我要像水孩子汤姆一样去河底看看，去看看有没有亭亭玉立的仙女，巨大的虾子，有没有会唱歌的扇贝和水灵灵的荧光小鱼。

我要去其他地方看看，好好当一次吃货。我要去云南吃菠萝蜜，再坐坐水上的浮萍去深圳吃肉嫩多汁的海鲜，去海滩吹吹风。我要去日本，尝尝那里小巧玲珑的和果子，牡蛎煎饼，再看看奈良的鹿。我还要去澳洲，去尝尝那儿一米长的火腿，看看憨厚可爱的考拉……

“啊！”我摔倒了地上。原来只是场梦，不过，这就是我理想中的假期生活。

presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. the concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. it is such a significant project that i can’t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

on the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. on no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. use our legs and enjoy the fun.

on the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. no one can stand the “white pollution”. so, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

all in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. let’s do it now.

todays society is a highly developed technological society. however, the shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide, and environmental pollution. but the most serious should be the carbon dioxide problem.

now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse gases. excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified economy and la nina phenomena lag disorder. two levels of glaciers melting, polar animals lose their chance of

survival at the same time, will lead to rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few years later. therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide. from for example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from our own, to promote low-carbon living.

currently,my school is launching an activity whose theme is that actions change the world to advocate the low carbon living.

in the activity,we are required to go to school or some other place by bike or by foot as much as possible instead of by bus.and when the christmas comes,sending e-greeting cards instead of tridional cards of which are made of wood as we know.besides,we should use both sides of every piece of paper and we should save water as well as electricity.

i believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

Everyday we go to our beautiful school in spite of rain or shine. We’ll spend a whole day in school. In the morning, we come to school. Most of us get up earlier to avoid our names to be listed. But of course, there are few students who have no time concept and are always late.

With the ring for break throughout the schoolyard, we all become as lively as monkeys! Some of us run or jump in the playground, some skip ropes, play badminton, kick shuttlecock, read some books and the others sit around and chat with each other cheerfully . Recently, we’ll have a sports meeting in our school.

So some of the students are very excited about that and they practice a lot.

我的理想是做一位顶尖的主持人。虽然我没有天赋，但也不能抹杀我的理想吧!某一天我也有可那成为王牌喔!你有没有听过这句话：“长江后浪推前浪，一浪更比一浪强，前浪死在沙滩上。”可能我就是下一个主角。不管怎样的幻想都是虚壳，理想不是艺术品拿来欣赏的。当主持人不是一种荣誉，只是想要跟多的欢声。让每一个人都在笑声中渡过。

有一些是天生就有的天赋和努力的结晶。从小不知道怎么的，喜欢看综艺节目，看多了就变成了一种习惯。看惯了就变成了自己的理想了吧!可能我没有漂亮的外表，只有一颗真诚的心就够了。外表再美，内心永远都是虚伪的。可能是我自我安慰吧!

为了尝试做主持人，我尝试了许多的东西。总而言之，多愁善感、诗情画意。在网络上学一些幽默的语言，当主持人总是多才多艺的，加强课外阅读，我又会什么?只有一颗心吧!手舞足蹈的样子，总怕别人说自己的闲话，笑话我。每一次在演说时候，演几个人物，演的上气不接下气，汗水流在地上，心却开心无比。有时发生突发事件，要灵活机智，不怕累，知识广泛，要带领观众走。要有领导能力，自己要有主见。

在追求娱乐生涯，加强体育能力。自己把每一个人的一句话分辨它的好坏时。坏话总是让我觉得在侧面激发我的潜力。再课外我坚持自己体育的锻炼，长跑锻练自己的耐力与耐心，短跑锻炼出我的爆发力。在生活中，与同学打成一片，团结友好。当同学伤害了自己过后，就把一切都忘了。毅力让我永远都为理想进步。

可能是因为我没有做主持人的天赋吧!记忆里很差，背记能力很慢。为了增强自己的记心，在物质上的提高，少吃小吃、多吃鸡蛋、牛奶为了把记心提高，物资上做出的放弃，在自己没事时，总会想尽一切办法。我总觉得自己好像是父母对我的安慰，

我的理想可能有一些遥远。但也抹杀不了我对于娱乐生涯的痴痴幻想。在一个闪着光芒万照下，全部是镜头对这一个人，那个人就是我。当自己成为观众面前的主角

虽然，我的理想并不伟大，但也不卑微。虽然，我的理想并不高贵，但也绝不低微。我知道人生没有十全十美，但，我一定会实现这一句话：“长江后浪推前浪，一浪更比一浪强，前浪死在沙滩上。”虽然我根本没有主持人的天赋，但我想要的只不过是欢笑与笑语了吧!
