In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in

以前，电视被说成是教育大众，传播知识的中介，后来有人提出我现在每天已经很辛苦了，压力这么大，谁要听你们给我讲道理、教我怎么过得好?现在电视的教育功能已经不再被我们理直气壮地提出了,但这些东西一分钟都没有从我们的生活中消失。不是大家在听它讲道理，学习知识，而是大家正从电视里学习生活方式，学习生活细节，我们总说艺术模拟生活，但生活经常在模拟艺术，这种事情每天都在发生着，也许知识分子不太容易接受这种教育,可能他们不太看电视，但那些农村里的、小城市的、大城市中的普通民众，电视仍然是他们了解这个世界最重要的渠道。

做这个节目(指中央电视台《半边天》节目)，我经常有机会去农村，于是我了解到那些地方的人是以什么方式接触电视的，简单讲，电视是他们接触世界的唯一方式。

我采访过陕西农村的一个小媳妇，那个地方现在已经不穷了,家家都盖起了二层小楼，买了电视，物质生活的改善是非常明显的，但精神生活的改善却是非常迟缓的。在那个地方，家里盖楼是正常的事儿，置地是正常的事儿，但买书是不正常的事儿，出门旅游是不正常的事儿，他们那个村到西安的往返车票是九块钱,但没什么人去过西安，因为为旅游花钱是一件不正经的事儿，是不好好过日子，就在这种封闭的环境里，很多人精神苦闷。比如我采访的那个小媳妇就跟我说：“为什么城里的女人穿的衣服都那么好看，我知道那些衣服穿在我身上不会那么好看，我想这不是衣服的事儿，一定还有别的什么事儿，是我不知道的。”她特想知道,那她怎么才能知道呢?我说：“你可以买书啊?”她说：“不可以。我们这里不可以买书，女人买书不正经，会被人看不起。我可以读电视，通过电视，我可以了解世界，了解人生。”

于是一个电视工作者能为大家提供什么东西就变成了一件非常可怕的事情，因为电视和大家的生活是互动的，大家学电视的样儿生活，电视再学大家的样儿做节目。

《半边天》的一个内容就是女性主题。社科院做了一个跟踪调查，就是“广告中的女性形象”。我没有带来那个数据，但这个调查结果是非常有趣的。比如什么样的广告是男性做的?通常是那些科技含量比较高的。比较贵重的商品，比如车、高科技产品、电脑等。女性会代表什么形象呢?比如洗衣粉、肥皂、洗衣机等，属于家务劳动和科技含量特别低的产品，而男性在广告里是一个成功者，女性则是一个辅助者，家庭中的人。比如一个很著名的广告，濮存晰和李湘做的商务通的广告。刚开始两个人是同事，那个男人在苦干，后来那个男人成功了，用上了手机，这个女人就变成了他的秘书，再过几年男人用上了商务通，非常成功了，女人就变成了他的妻子，在家里给他端咖啡，照顾孩子，这是一个典型的性别定位，再有一个就是声音定位。一个喋喋不休介绍产品的一定是个女性的声音,但如果需要一个很有权威的、一锤定音的声音，那就是一个男人，尤其是中年男人的声音来告诉你了：嗯，这个东西就是好。如果偶尔有几个广告是这样的，还算是正常的，但如果你在全国电视台几年跟踪下来，得出的比例是百分之九十几对百分之几，你就知道这个东西是很固定的。如果我们提供的定位一直是这种定位，那么我们就不可能低估这种影响。一个女人作为个人可以选择这样的角色，那是她的个人生活，个人选择，但媒体不应不公平地单一地提供这种选择。

上面两种都是电视的传统功能，我想说的是，将来电视给人的心理上带来安慰将是一种重要的功能。

80年代我在《参考消息》上看到了一个消息，说美国有80%

的人看过心理医生，当时就觉得资本主义真是腐朽堕落，资本主义社会的人都是神经病。但现在我们如果做一个调查，这比例不会小。我们的生活变化得太快。在这个过程中，我们没有时间给自己的心理做一次整理，给自己的心理做一次调适，给自己的心找一个可以安顿的地方。

这一年多来，我做的节目更多地是关注个人生活状态，结果我吃惊地发现，不管什么样的人，穷人富人，不仅在城市边缘生活的都市打工仔生活没有安全感，已经过得特别好的、住了豪宅的人也没有安全感;这个城市里受过良好教育的女性觉得孤独，农村里的小媳妇也说自己孤独。怎么回事儿?怎么这么多人有这么多的苦闷?现在大家都面临着巨大的压力，每个人必须打起全副精神去应对生活中的各种问题，以免被社会淘汰，在这样的过程当中，我们的心理损失特别大，可见我们特别需要有一个宣泄自己的诊疗场所，而我们国家不是一个心理诊疗特别发达的国家,于是电视成了老百姓做沟通和治疗特别重要的一个地方，因为他们信任电视。

我去年5、6月间，做了一个电视节目，叫《迷路》。讲的是一个中年男人，十年前酷爱摄影，后来发现靠摄影挣不到钱，他决定去经商，想的是等挣到了10万块钱就收手，但是经商挣钱是停不下来的，不论是10万，200万，500万，后来他发现现在已经不会摄影了，而他又厌倦经商，他就不知道该怎么办了，他看见背照相机的人就羡慕，但是他永远都在做各种乱七八糟的边贸生意。

另一个故事是乡村在大规模地城市化，乡村里的人都渴望进入城市，这个男孩也想，但却知道进入城市的生活将会非常艰难,是他这么一个非常羞涩、敏感的人不能承受的，但他如果不承受这些，他就要留在乡村，尽管乡下风景也很美，也很富裕。然后他就一直左右不定地摇摆。

这样的人我每个星期都会碰到。我觉得，电视可能真的是现代人心理和情感的一个宣泄处!这可能也算是电视还能为人们做的有价值的小小的事儿吧?

至少目前我还愿意这么做。

打开知识大门需要两种方法，一是学习，二是读书。

自古以来，人们通过读书学到了许多许多道理与知识，如：孝、义、礼、仪。读书，也让文人墨克驻足，留下了许多脍炙人口的千古名句。如：杜甫的读书破万卷，下笔如有神。还有许多不知名的诗人的读书名言。

在国外，读书名言也十分盛行：高尔基的书是人类进步的阶梯等。因为我是一个酷爱读书的人，所以读书已经成为我的一种生活方式。我读书时有一种好习惯，我会将一些精彩的语句摘抄下来，比方说：我正在看书，突然看到一段文字“我正心烦意乱，突然门铃响了，我打开门，一下子呆住了，面前站着一个外星人，它身材矮小，细胳膊细腿的，头却很大，戴着头盔，头盔里露出两只大眼睛，胸前的小匣子说着普通话‘小同学，千万别害怕，我们是从天极星来的，是你们的朋友’。”我赶忙拿了笔记本抄了下来，接着，我又摘抄了许多好段，有写人的、写事的……读书还能让我开旷视野。

我在《中国国家地理图鉴》中知道了中国有960万平方千米。在百科全书中，我还知道了，中国是世界上的第三大国，第一大国是俄罗斯，第二大国是加拿大以及尼加拉瓜是世界上最大的瀑布。最后，我在历史书上看到了中国的历史。

读书，还给我带来了许多感悟。这种感悟源于各类书籍，在《上下五千年》中，我仿佛看到了中国大陆上曾经出现过的那些国家的辉煌成就，又看到了那些国家的黑暗。于是我总认为唐朝的覆灭是不应该有的，它毁于宦官乱政，是我见过的最悲惨的一个朝代。

读书，还让我在礼仪上大胆的认识了，我的书中有介绍如何吃西餐的，帮助我解决了一个难题，那次，爸爸和他的同事带着各自的孩子去吃西餐，除了年纪大点的和我外，其他的孩子都不会吃，使我脸上大放光彩。读书，还让我在外交方面大于进步。以前，我是个不敢与外人接触的孩子，自从读书使我在外交方面进步后，我在也不怕问路，招待客人……当然，我也翻过一些大人的书，那些有关经商的书，上面还说了如何招揽生意呢，是呀，读书，可以为我们打开知识王国的大门，可以让你从无知变得渊博。

My Spare Time

I am a middle school student. Though I’m busy with my lessons, my spare time is still colorful.

I think books are our best friends. They give us much knowledge that we can’t learn at school. So reading books is the best way of spending my spare time.

Sometimes I watch TV or surf the Internet. I find it’s a good way to relax myself. At the same time it can also help me open up my eyes to the outside world. For most university students, dormitory life is a new experience. Most students have never lived far away from their parents before coming to university. They have always had their parents to depend on for advice and guidance, and when they become university students, their lives begin to change.

There are striking difference between home life and dormitory life. Student must begin to be responsible for their own action. They must depend on themselves to get up in the morning on, time for class, to eat properly, to keep their clothes and themselves clean ,and to set aside an appropriate amount of time for study and relaxation. They must also learn to take care of their money, making sure to preserve enough for both necessities and for fun.

In general, there are both good and bad points about life in student dormitory. Often, dormitory?rooms are small and crowded. This lack of space can limit ones privacy and make it?difficult for students to concentrate on their studies. On the other hand, in a dormitory, student have a great deal more freedom than?they might have at home. They can act according to their own will and desire than to that of parents.
