UNEP发表了一份报告，对个人采取“低碳生活方式”提出了多项建议：

1、用传统的发条式闹钟代替电子钟，这可以每天减少大约48g的CO2排放量。

2、用传统牙刷替代电动牙刷可减少48gCO2排放量。

3、把在电动跑步机上45分钟的锻炼改为到附近公园慢跑，可减少将近1公斤的CO2排放量。

4、不用洗衣机甩干衣物，而是让其自然晾干，可以进少2.3公斤CO2排放量。

5、在午餐休息时间和下班后及时关闭电脑主机和显示器，可以将这些电器的CO2排放量减少三分之一。

6、改用节水型淋浴喷头，不仅可以节水，还可以把三分钟热水淋浴所导致的CO2排放量减少一半。

有些人，为了天更蓝，水更清，人们的生活更美好，始终奋斗在环保最前线。我们可能还没有做好参与的准备，但从身边小事做起还是不过分的，就从现在，开始我们的低碳生活吧！你的一个小小的举动就可以改变未来……

我们可以做的其他减碳行动：

1、电灯、电脑、空调……任何电器一旦不用了，应随手关掉。

4、多步行、骑自行车，乘坐轻轨或地铁。

Now I wear clothes are new, shoes have a little dont want to wear, and now I have made several school bag and pencil case, school supplies and countless more, now there is such a good learning conditions and learning environment, I must study hard, for the construction of our country more powerful.

Mom is no fun when I was a child, is the jumping rubber band, mountain climbing, or black and white TV, channel and rarely, show also dont like now so rich and colorful. 看看我们身边，繁华的街市，高大的建筑，宽广的街道，开阔的广场，琳琅满目的商品……可是与妈妈小时候相比，我们的生活发生了巨大的变化。

听妈妈讲，她小的时候很贫穷，商店里的东西也很少，一年很难吃到一块糖和其它的零食，买东西都要用票，如果买东西没有票给再多的钱也没有用，买食物要用粮票，买肉要用肉票。而且还有供应量的限制，不是想用多少就可以用多少的，平时吃的饭也没有什么营养，只有过年的时候才能吃好一点，所以那时侯妈妈最高兴的就是过年了。可是现在我想要吃的东西在超市里都可以买到，家里的零食也从来没有断过，妈妈每天变着花样给我做有营养的饭菜，可有时我还挑三拣四的，嫌东西不好吃，我们现在的生活太幸福了!

妈妈小的时候衣服穿小了，就留给妹妹穿，从不舍得丢弃;上学背的是一个布做的书包，学习用具也很少，而且一直用到不能再用才换掉。而我现在穿的衣服都是新的，鞋子有一点小就不想再穿了，到现在我已经用过好几个书包和文具盒了，学习用品也多的数不清，现在有这么好的学习条件和学习环境，我一定要好好学习，把我们的国家建设的更加强大。

妈妈小的时候也没有什么好玩的，就是跳跳橡皮筋，爬山什么的，有电视还是黑白的，频道也很少，节目也不象现在这么丰富多彩。而现在我可以玩的东西实在是太多了，电视频道非常多，除了看电视，我们还可以玩电脑，上网，旅游等等。

生活的变化实在是大，因为有了父母的辛勤劳动，才有我们这么美好的生活，我一定要珍惜现在的一切。争取让给我们的生活越变越好。

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

of china doing at that time.

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my classmates.

我常常在早上六点十五分时起床。起床后，我便在运动场锻炼身体。6点40分的时候，我吃了早饭。你可以看到许多老师和学生在餐厅(用餐)。吃完早饭后，我便和同学一起读英语。

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak English with many other students there. Its very interesting and exciting. I think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play games with my friends. We play soccer ball,basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and so on. They are very relaxing.

Im in No.8 Middle School in Guizhong province.Because Im in Grade 9 now, I must compete with my classmates. So I have a busy school life.

I often get up at 6:30 to go to school every week day .I feel tired because I cannot have enough sleep.I have to burn the midnight oil at ningt because of too much homework and much books.I have 4 classes in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.I have 2 evening classes in the evening as well.I can have a nap at noon. I sometimes play sports with my classmates after class.But as usual,I go over my subjects in the classroom.

Though I have a busy school life,I did not make myself unhappy.I known I must put my heart into my study.There will be a very important exam in June next year.I will study hard for my bright future.
