When we are successful， we can surely have many reasons for being grateful， but we have only one excuse to show ungratefulness if we fail.

感恩是一项重要的处世哲学，是生活的大智慧。人生在世，不可能事事顺通。对于各种失败和不幸，我们要豁达大度，勇敢地面对，并想办法解决。面对困难，我们是懊恼抱怨、沮丧气馁，陷入绝望，还是对生活满怀感恩之心，跌倒后再爬起来呢?英国著名作家威廉·萨克雷说过，“生活是一面镜子，你对它笑，它也会对你笑;你对他哭，它也会对你哭。”如果对生活感恩，你的生命将充满灿烂的阳光;如果一味怨恨，终将一无所获。我们成功时，有千万个理由感恩生活，而失败时，只要一个借口就会表现出忘恩负义。

I think we should even be grateful to life whenever we are unsuccessful or unlucky. Only by doing this can we find our weakness and shortcomings when we fail. We can also get relief and warmth when we are unlucky. This can help us find our courage to overcome the difficulties we may face， and receive great impetus to move on. We should treat our frustration and misfortune in our life in the other way just as President Roosevelt did. We should be grateful all the time and keep having a healthy attitude to our life forever， keep having perfect characters and enterprising spirit. Being grateful is not only a kind of comfort， not an escape from life and nor thinking of winning in spirit like Ah Q. Being grateful is a way to sing for our life which comes just from our love and hope.

我想，不论是遭遇失败还是不幸，我们都应该感谢生活。只有这样，失败后，我们才能发现自己的缺点和不足，不幸时，我们还能感受到安慰和温暖。这些就能帮我们找回勇气，战胜困难，并获取前进的强大推动力。我们应像罗斯福总统那样，换一个角度去看待生活中的失败和挫折，永远对生活充满感恩，才能时刻保持健康的心态，积极地生活，并能保持完美的人格和不断进取的精神。感恩不仅仅是一种精神慰藉，也不是对现实的规避，更不是阿Q的精神胜利法。感恩源于我们对生活的热爱和希望，它是我们歌颂生活的一种方式。

什么是“低碳生活”呢?带着这个疑问，我来到了绍兴科技馆，里面图文并茂地展出了许多关于“低碳生活”的图片，其实，所谓的“低碳生活”就是减少二氧化碳的排放，选择健康地生活，我们每一个球人都应该从节约资源开始做起。

首先从节约用电开始说起吧，发电会消耗许多的能源，像我们这里是用烧煤来发电的，这样就会污染环境。所以平时冰箱里要少存放食品，用完电器后要及时拔掉插座，把家里的白炽杰换成节能灯等。

没有挑战的学习就会显得乏味且无趣，所以，我理想中的初中生活必定充满挑战。正因为有了这些未知的挫折，才把单调的蓝天渲染得五彩。一向都说我们只是一群宠坏的小孩，但其实我们更渴望那种登上极点时“一览众山小”的感觉。当我们面对空前强大的困难时，我们会一次次爬起，直到阳光重又驱散乌云，照在我们伤痕累累却倔强执著的脸上，我们心中会有一个声音告诉我们：你正一步步走向坚强。

没有诗意的生活显得那么苍白，我理想中的初中生活一定满怀诗意。傍晚，携手好友漫步校园，落日的余辉洒落湖面、水中探出脑袋的鱼被盖上一层黄昏，微风徐徐吹来，吹乱我们的发丝，彼此会心一笑，背靠背坐在假山旁手捧一本诗集，用心来玩味，没有过多的言语任由风在我们耳边呢喃，远处，亭子里的师生在愉快地交谈，打破了师生之间的代沟，原来也可以成为朋友，共同钻研难题，一起讨论对生活的态度。这一刻，心中只剩下安静，好希望时间能在这一秒静止…

没有友情的日子显得那么单调，我理想中的初中生活飘散着友情。也许我们真的很坚强，但还是会有软弱的时候，这时，你会需要一个好友，静静站在你身边，用眼神告诉你：“至少你还有友情”。都说缘分早已写在三生石上面，所以我们相信，我们的名字会紧紧相连。曾经手拉手说过要永远在一起，但心里却明白海不会枯，石不能够会烂，拥有绝对的完美，这个可能微乎其微，但还是愿意傻傻地相信“友情天长地久”这句话，虽然终究会离开，但还是想说：“这段日子有你相伴，没有白走!”

理想中的生活充实、具有活力，可是，现实中的生活却是乏味、枯燥，但细心观察，你会发现，我正在靠着理想一点一点为之而改变。

My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. At that very moment, I was impressed immediately by the beautiful campus, the enthusiastic students and the good learning atmosphere. I fell in love with the campus at once.

First, studying on the campus gives me lots of pleasure. After some very arduous military training, I became absolutely absorbed in my studies. Different from high school courses, the courses in university are specific and interesting. I can get information not only from teachers in class, but also outside of class, such as in the library, on the Internet and so on. These courses arouse my insatiable desire for knowledge and make me learn and digest as much as I can. To be frank, I had some difficulties in keeping up with my teachers at first, but later with the help of my teachers, I made remarkable progress. Learning is a long process, and I will continue to be a learner throughout my life.

Besides, social activities on campus provide me with more chances to learn. I will never forget the days I served as a volunteer at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. After some training in Chinese history and language skills both in Japanese and English, I endeavored to serve our distinguished guests from all over the world enthusiastically. I was a volunteer as well as a disseminator of our splendid culture. There was no doubt that I came across many difficulties at first, such as humid weather, language barriers and so on. Thanks to other volunteers’ help, I overcame those difficulties. When it was time to depart, I couldn’t help bursting into tears, because I had developed a deep friendship with other volunteers. This precious experience made me aware of the huge responsibility on my shoulders. Just as the old saying goes, “we make a living by what we get, and we make a life by what we give.”

In my opinion, university life has been the most splendid time in my life so far, and many students cherish this period of time and hope that in the future they may become outstanding members of society. But there are also some ignorant students who get together every day only to eat, drink, play computer games or date. They completely forget their mission as a college student and their responsibility to their family to do their best in school.

I want to say that although there are lots of difficulties or setbacks during our college days, we should set our goals and achieve them. I do hope we can try our best to become productive citizens of the country and make great contributions to the nation.

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern,

we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others

prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has

advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the

surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there

isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall,

delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities

and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city

life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the

improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people

come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result,

traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out.

What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for

people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side

and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual

thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of

living in city.

虽说没有理想，就没有进取，但想去实现你的理想，这是很难的。多少创业路上的年轻人梦想着成功，但总是差那么一点，那么小，那么近，却可望不可即，折磨着他们的心。但你要记住，这世界上只要有理想，只要不断努力，只要不断学习，不管怎样，你会抛开黎明的黑暗，迎来无限光明的。不要认为理想只是一个标志，只是一个长远的事情，但它就在眼前，今日的汗水会变成明天的笑脸。

不要放弃理想，不要在追赶理想班车的路上停下来。不管你怎么样，理想对任何人都是公平的。理想让下身瘫痪的张海迪，以惊人的毅力完成了大学的学业，攻读了三门外语，这一切的一切，都是源于她儿时立下的理想啊；理想让美国作家杰克·伦敦发奋写作，在家里的各个地方贴了优美句段，来增加灵感；理想……“生活并非抓到好牌就了事，而有时手气差，就要打得好。”这是杰克·伦敦常说的一句话。是啊，不要光等待着美好的生活来找你，而是要为了理想的生活去奋斗。走向理想实现的道路，总是充满了竞争，总是处处燃烧着火药的气味。但正是竞争，才会让我们一点点的成长，一点点的适应新时代，正是这激烈的竞争，才是我们上进的动力，正是这残酷的竞争，让理想变得五彩缤纷，让生活变得刺激与紧张，让理想变得精彩，让生活因理想而精彩！

向理想奋斗的过程，是一个美好的过程，生活之精彩，在于你对生活的理解，在于你对生活的热爱，奋斗的激烈，正是我们生活的精彩之处，这点睛之笔有着潜移默化的作用，你努力的成功与否，都在于点滴的积累，从今天起，让我们树立理想，树立目标，为理想努力，享受这理想带给生活的精彩之处吧！
