My Happy Times During Winter Vacation

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. When I have to go back, I am always reluctant to go. I really feel happy living in the country.

I am a student who studies in a school which is located in Harbin. I was admitted into this beautiful school. I still remember the day when I first went to school. In my eyes, everything was pretty. I get on well with my classmates and teachers. Since I went to this school, I think of my teachers as my best friends like leaves and flowers. I never look upon them as others. It is reason why I often question my teachers on some problems is that I love them. When I am trouble and lose heart, they always help me settle these problems. Im going to the sun for my holiday. I will go there by spaceship. I will pilot a big blue spaceship to the sun. The sun is very hot. So I put on the super shirt.

In the morning, I will have some sun burger for my breakfast. At eight oclock, I will play with my friends there. They are super dog and super girl. Super dog is white and black. Super girl is very clever. Super girl and super dog like to play with me. So I play with them for forty minutes.

I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside to play games with my friends. We live near to each other, so we always play together. 当我在电视上看到这一幕的时候，心里真是无比激动，心想自己长大了也要当一个出色的宇航员。可是我想不到，宇航员每天也要进行大幅度的训练，才能达到今天这个地步，还有在遇到危险时不惊慌，不紧张，而要沉着、冷静。但是他们的爱国之心还是打动了我，他们的勇气和毅力深深地留在我心里。当航天飞机起飞和下降的时候，人人都会提心吊胆，但宇航员却面容镇定、冷静。我敬佩的就是他们浓烈的爱国之情，他们就是要让祖国发扬光大，让祖国永垂不朽。

要当宇航员，必须要体质好，品格好，工作态度好，有为祖国争光的心等几大要求，这样才能当出色的宇航员，这样才能为国争光。我虽然还差几点，但我是有为祖国争光的心，要是我能当上宇航员的话，我一定为祖国争光。

时间飞逝，2014年已然过去。这一年，在领导和同志们的关心、支持、帮助下，做了一些具体的工作，取得了一些成绩，也存在一些不足。对照这次民主生活会的主题，现将本人一年来的工作、学习、生活等存在的问题做一简单的剖析，不当之处请同志们批评指正。

一、存在的主要问题

1、运用理论解决实际问题能力不够。存在着素质能力不适应，知识透支现象，虽然平时比较注重学习，但学习的深度，学习内容也不系统、不全面，学习中看的较多，认真坐下来研究的少。有时只注重现学现用的内容，对一些前瞻性的知识理论和铁路实际问题研究学习不够，不能完全满足当前工作的需求，业务素质能力水平需进一步提高。

2、工作中创新精神不够强。平时对于领导交办的任务和固定承担的教学任务能认真努力的完成好。但在工作中主动地、创造性开展工作不够，不善于思考，动脑筋，常常说一步走一步。对一些问题甚至是采取逃避的态度。

3、工作中有时有急躁情绪。有时对于工作中要求高、时间紧的任务，因为压力较大，交流沟通不够，同时自己调整不利，有时有急躁情绪。

二、产生问题的原因分析

1、政治理论学习不足，理论联系实际不足。思想先进是其他各方面先进的根基，保持思想先进的关键在于用与时俱进的科学理论武装头脑。加强理论学习，是共产党员加强理论修养、永葆先进性的内在要求。但在具体工作中，受到实用主义的影响，忽略了理论知识的学习，认为只根据自己的工作经验就能完成好工作，陷入了经验主义之中。有限的理论学习又没有与具体实践相结合，无法与时俱进。

2、理想信念有所淡化，党性修养不够深入。党性修养，是党员自觉地主动地用党性原则进行自我教育、自我锻炼、自我改造和自我完善的过程，是党的先进性的集中体现，关系到党的先锋队性质和历史使命的实现。长期的具体工作，使我逐渐淡化了理想信念的追求，忽略了全心全意为人民服务的宗旨意识，认为只要把手头的具体工作做好，就完成了一名共产党员的历史使命。实用主义的耳濡目染逐渐侵蚀了对正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的追求;树立了具体目标、

最低目标，忽略了共产党人的最终目标;做到了在思想上、行动上入党，忽略了在思想上、行动上紧跟党。

3、对工作的标准要求不够高。满足于干完干成，求数量与求质量没能有机地结合起来，没有把自己的工作与党校改革发展紧密联系起来。虽然能按照完成工作任务，有只求一般标准，把标尺定的不够高，干完自己的固定工作就有满足感的倾向。对业务的钻研还不够深和精。虽然感到有潜在的压力和紧迫感，但缺乏缺乏向上攀登的勇气和刻苦钻研、锲而不舍、持之以恒的学习精神和态度。再有，工作中缺乏创新精神。对已经成为一种传统的教学模式很依顺，不太动脑筋去创新尝试，不够大胆，害怕失败。

三、今后的努力方向和整改措施
