时间飞逝，2014年已然过去。这一年，在领导和同志们的关心、支持、帮助下，做了一些具体的工作，取得了一些成绩，也存在一些不足。对照这次民主生活会的主题，现将本人一年来的工作、学习、生活等存在的问题做一简单的剖析，不当之处请同志们批评指正。

一、存在的主要问题

1、运用理论解决实际问题能力不够。存在着素质能力不适应，知识透支现象，虽然平时比较注重学习，但学习的深度，学习内容也不系统、不全面，学习中看的较多，认真坐下来研究的少。有时只注重现学现用的内容，对一些前瞻性的知识理论和铁路实际问题研究学习不够，不能完全满足当前工作的需求，业务素质能力水平需进一步提高。

2、工作中创新精神不够强。平时对于领导交办的任务和固定承担的教学任务能认真努力的完成好。但在工作中主动地、创造性开展工作不够，不善于思考，动脑筋，常常说一步走一步。对一些问题甚至是采取逃避的态度。

3、工作中有时有急躁情绪。有时对于工作中要求高、时间紧的任务，因为压力较大，交流沟通不够，同时自己调整不利，有时有急躁情绪。

二、产生问题的原因分析

1、政治理论学习不足，理论联系实际不足。思想先进是其他各方面先进的根基，保持思想先进的关键在于用与时俱进的科学理论武装头脑。加强理论学习，是共产党员加强理论修养、永葆先进性的内在要求。但在具体工作中，受到实用主义的影响，忽略了理论知识的学习，认为只根据自己的工作经验就能完成好工作，陷入了经验主义之中。有限的理论学习又没有与具体实践相结合，无法与时俱进。

2、理想信念有所淡化，党性修养不够深入。党性修养，是党员自觉地主动地用党性原则进行自我教育、自我锻炼、自我改造和自我完善的过程，是党的先进性的集中体现，关系到党的先锋队性质和历史使命的实现。长期的具体工作，使我逐渐淡化了理想信念的追求，忽略了全心全意为人民服务的宗旨意识，认为只要把手头的具体工作做好，就完成了一名共产党员的历史使命。实用主义的耳濡目染逐渐侵蚀了对正确的世界观、人生观、价值观的追求;树立了具体目标、

最低目标，忽略了共产党人的最终目标;做到了在思想上、行动上入党，忽略了在思想上、行动上紧跟党。

3、对工作的标准要求不够高。满足于干完干成，求数量与求质量没能有机地结合起来，没有把自己的工作与党校改革发展紧密联系起来。虽然能按照完成工作任务，有只求一般标准，把标尺定的不够高，干完自己的固定工作就有满足感的倾向。对业务的钻研还不够深和精。虽然感到有潜在的压力和紧迫感，但缺乏缺乏向上攀登的勇气和刻苦钻研、锲而不舍、持之以恒的学习精神和态度。再有，工作中缺乏创新精神。对已经成为一种传统的教学模式很依顺，不太动脑筋去创新尝试，不够大胆，害怕失败。

三、今后的努力方向和整改措施

1、进一步坚定共产主义理想信念，增强宗旨意识。理想信念是人安身之命的根本。我作为一个共产党员，应该时刻把坚定共产主义理想信念放在首位，把它作为自己的立身之本、奋斗动力和行为坐标，立党为公，甘于奉献。在具体工作中，个人利益永远服从于党和人民的利益，不断增强创新意识，使自己的一言一行都要从科学发展观的要求出发扎实工作，争当先锋党员，争做实践科学发展观的模范。

2、加强学习，提高素质能力水平。政治上的坚定来自于理论上的清醒，只有勤奋学习，才能有坚定的政治信念和判另是非的具体标准。因此，我要切实地把理论学习作为自己的第一需要。自我加压，认真学习，勤于思考。学习理论，要与实际紧密地结合起来。深入学习实践科学发展观，在基本理论的掌握、理解和运用上，做到深入而不肤浅;系统而不零碎;联系实际而不空谈表面。提高运用马克思主义立场、观点、方法分析问题和解决问题的能力，增强工作中的原则性、系统性、预见性和创造性。

3、树立积极主动开拓创新精神，保证工作中的活力。工作中要努力探索和研究教学规律、特点，不断创新，尝试新的教学方法，进一步提高教学质量，使自己的工作登上新台阶。树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。坚持实事求是的思想路线，更新观念，勇于创新。同时我还应根据工作需要和自己实际，坚持学习相关理论知识，加强铁路经营管理、运输、法律、经济等知识的学习，不断丰富自己的知识，开拓自己的视野，扩展知识面。

4、进一步增强党员意识，充分发挥党员先锋模范作用。我要牢固地树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观，由此入手，进一步增强党员意识，牢固地树立为党为人民无私奉献的精神。要把个人的追求融入党的事业之中，坚持党的事业第一，坚持人民的利益第一;要个人利益无条件地服从集体利益、国家利益，为党和人民的事业甘愿奉献毕生精力;要保持思想道德的纯洁性，正确对待权力、金钱、名利，努力做一个无愧于党，无愧于人民的人;要在生活上艰苦朴素，勤俭节约，不奢侈浪费，不追求享受;在思想上自觉抵制腐朽思想文化和生活方式的影响;在工作上吃苦耐劳，不畏艰险，始终保持那么一股勇气，一股锐气，不屈不挠，勇往直前，充分发挥党员先锋模范作用。

resources, both of which are getting more and more serious day by day. Thus, it

is important for us to promote a low-carbon lifestyle.

Low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspect of our life like transportation,

traveling, home-heating, and so on. In order to promote a low-carbon life, some

plans must be carried out as follows. Firstly, don’t waste any electricity and

Secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the

今天是周末，我写完作业看见妈妈正要做饭，就对妈妈说：“妈妈，我帮您做饭吧?”妈妈疑惑的问我：“你可以么?”我对妈妈说：“您放心吧!包在我身上!”妈妈说：“那好吧!就让你试一试吧!”

在妈妈的看护和指导下，我首先把大米蒸上。然后开始准备菜，一开冰箱，哇噻!都是我喜欢吃的菜，有鸡蛋、西红柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、葱等。于是我就从冰箱中取了鸡蛋、一个土豆、一棵葱、辣椒，首先我把葱切成两半，一半和鸡蛋炒、一半和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，将土豆削皮，切块。最后，把鸡蛋打开，在碗里搅匀备用。这时米饭蒸好了，看着一个个晶莹剔透的大米粒，白白的香喷喷的，看了就想吃一口。

下面开始炒菜了，我先把油倒到铁锅里，等油热了，把切好的葱和鸡蛋放入油锅，不停的翻炒，一会，等鸡蛋变黄了，放点盐、调料、味精，在翻了翻，出锅。下一道菜，驾轻就熟，看着色泽鲜嫩，尝一口咸甜可口，正合适。饭菜放到桌上，看着自己亲手做出的饭菜，闻着饭菜的香味，看着全家人脸上的笑容，我开心的笑了。

As a sophomore, I am feeling the time flies. Recalling about the past one year, so many thoughts are flooding in my mind. At this time, I just can’t tell my real idea. The memory is just like so fresh, and all the things happened yesterday!

When first day I came to University, I really feel that the school is very good, but at the first sight of the dormitory, something disappointing come up to me! The condition of the dormitory is really very poor with only one room, no lavatory! I saw something sad in my father’s eyes, maybe that time he thought of the poor condition! So with a big smile on my face, I told my father” it doesn’t matter, Dad. In this kind of condition, I will get myself better!” My father felt better. But when he was coming back, seeing his back, I just wanted to cry! I felt in this city I was just isolated, from that time, I said to myself, “ you have no others who can help you here, just depend on yourself”

And then I came to my dormitory 303. I considered that I would spend four years here (in fact I moved to another one year later) and my dorm mates are all there. Most of them came from Sichuan and they were chatting with a happy voice, but I can’t understand them! Again, I felt myself isolated! I hated that kind of feeling, and then I said to hello to them! To my surprise they are very friendly to me and warm-hearted! I no longer felt afraid. And I got along well with them. But at the first night here, I burst out to tears for that I was missing my family. I don’t know why. Everyday when I was at home, I was just eager to go to school, to experience the wonderful college life but when coming here, I am just eager to go back! It’s quite strange though, you must know this kind of feeling!

Just spending about 2 days here, we were on our way to military train. To us, it’s a fresh train and a kind of experience to know the life between the classmates. But to me, I was nervous but excited. This was my first and precious train life because before going to school I have been staying with my family. So, you know, it’s just this kind of feeling I can’t convey it clearly! The train life is impressive on everybody; we had a lot of activities, for example giving a speech on a stage or singing together or playing basketball. At that time, I felt myself so little among them. All of them have a special talent but not me. I admired them but meanwhile jealousy. Why don’t I have this kind of talent? Am I stupid? I always said to myself. So that time I was also very ambitious, just eager to catch up with them. Except the classmates, the trainer in our team also left a deep impression on me! He was not very handsome and very kind. Just because of his kindness results in my laughter when training. He always said to me that I should be serious in the team but I didn’t listen to him. So after a long time, when investigating the training result, I gave them a disappointing answer. The highest trainer sent me to clean the toilet, although, it didn’t means insulting to my dignity, but I was really sad about myself and my heart was hurt. That was a small thing but told me that I need to be serious to one thing. And unhappiness passed, the happy and funny time recalled me that folding the blanket. Yeah, it’s really very funny. Most of us had never folded the blanket and naturally we can’t accomplish the task well. When the monitor came, we pleased him to help us to fold the blanket. To our expect, we managed to persuade the monitor. After the monitor finished the task for me. I dared not to touch the blanket again and just used the clothes instead of the blanket. Of course, I felt very cold in deep night, so to my instinct, I crashed into my classmate’s blanket. And we were scratching the single blanket fiercely, just like a war. (Writing here I can’t help laughing out loudly).

It maybe our common desires to experience a meaning life, but when it comes

to the topic “How to live a meaningful life”, the opinions are divided. In

someone’s eyes, they agree that a meaningful life is just a comfortable life

which means they can enjoy themselves as possible as they can.

However, personally in my view, if we spend our whole life in pursuing

things only for ourselves, we will surely let ourselves down when we look back.

There’s an old saying that goes “The greatest use of life is to spend it for

something that will outlast it”. I can’t agree more. If there is a way to avoid

a disappointed life, it should be to try our best to find meaningful things

which can also make contributions to the whole society. Even a single man can

make a big difference to the world. Not to mention that everyone get together to

bring changes to the society.

It’s high time that we took measures to experience a meaning life. What’s

more, it’s never too late to start a meaning life. So be yourself, enjoy your

happiness and be helpful to others. That’s the meaning life worth living.

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

Im a student.My weekend life is happy.I and my family often go mountain climbing,enjoy the fresh mountain air.I sometimes go and friends go shopping together.I like my weekend life.

Yesterday,I had a happy weekend.In those days,I read books in the sun on the moring,its so warm and comfortable .And I also played the piano for two hours.I enjoyed playing it .With my mothers permission I went to the park wit my friend and went shopping with her,oh how nice it was to play with friends .Of course,I watched TV in the evening like many others .At night,I had a so sweet dream,what a happy day it was.

Today is sunday .I am in hainan with my friends now.it is a sunny day,I got up early at Seven thirty,I watched a movie with my brother in the morning,it was a interesting film.And in the afternoon,I went swimming with my best friends .I was tired.But I was happy ,too.Uh...What a wonderful day it is!

I had a nice holiday in last weekend.My friend invited me to play table tennis with him.It was a relax sport.I would love it if there was no people smoking there,although the slogan on the wall shows no smoking.There are always some people whose happiness is built on others misery.

In this weekend,I have a plan,if tomorrow is a sunny day.

Saturday morning,I am going to visit my grandparents.after lunch I have good friends and I go to the movies and football.At night,I can stay home and watch cartoons.

Sunday,I will go fishing with dad.After that I will go home to do my homework.

I hope this weekend I can live very happy!
