shandong, he will visit several schools. net week mr. brown will visit some

places. first, he will take a train to taian to climb mount tai. then he will go

to qufu by bus to visit the temple of confucius. after that, he will return to

jinan by bus. then he will fly to qingdao for a visit. there he will stay for

some days and give a talk on american english. at last he will take a plane to

go back to america from qingdao.

mr. brown comes to shandong for a visit to several schools. he is in jinan

now. this is the second time for him to come here. net week he will visit some

今天，7月23日，我和妈妈来到了北京的故宫。故宫是古代皇宫，古称“紫禁城”。

故宫占地面积72万平方米，走进午门依次是三大殿，这是皇帝上朝、理事、会客的地方，后面的二殿二宫一园是皇帝日常生活的地方，而分布在东西两侧的便是皇太后、皇后、嫔妃与宫女们居住的宫殿了。

令我印象最深的宫殿还是太和殿。太和殿是故宫中最大的一个建筑。它是皇帝每天上朝朝政的地方，殿中游龙椅、屏风，并立有六根金柱，每个布置都有意义。看到这里，我感到好像看到朝中文武百官向皇帝朝拜的情景。

“九龙壁”也是令我难忘的一处景点。之所以为九条龙，是因为古代以一、三、五、七、九位吉祥数。这九条龙形态各异，颜色各不相同，相同的是它们眼光炯炯有神，让人一看顿生敬畏之心。

去年暑假，爸爸和我去参观闻名世界的北京故宫。

我们到达故宫的后门，买好票，请了一个导游，就进了雄伟的故宫后门。首先展现在我眼前的是一棵大槐树。导游说：当年崇桢皇帝就是吊死在这棵树上的。我们随着导游继续走，到了坤宁宫，坤宁宫是皇妃住的地方，这里风景优美，有许多枝繁叶茂的树木。这些房子大约有三米高，皇后就住在靠南方向的屋子里。对面是嫔妃住的西六宫，那里的屋子很暗，也很小。穿过书斋，就到了乾清宫，这是皇上上早朝的地方，乾清宫的正前方摆着一张镀金做的精美的龙椅。龙椅上刻有许多龙，有的龙双龙戏珠，有的龙互相缠绕，真是维妙维肖。我抬头往上一看，墙上有一块大大的匾，匾上写着正大光明四个大字，每当上朝时，正大光明这块匾就面对着各位大臣，仿佛告诫这些大臣们：凡是做事，都要正大光明的做。我站在乾清宫中间，仿佛看到了当时的皇上和众位大臣商议朝政时的气势。随后，导游还带我们参观了中和殿、保和殿等地方，最后，就到达了故宫的正门。

假期里，妈妈带我去北京走了一遭。众所周知，北京在中国近代史上占据着很重要的位置，而其中最能反映中国近代的兴与衰的，还非故宫莫属。

Since I started my major in the tea culture of ChinaI have been deeply

impressed by its sophistication and beauty.I would like to share some

fascinating aspects of the tea culture of China.

In a country with the history of five thousand yearsthe Chinese tea

drinking habit dated back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907AD).It became a national

tradition and led to development of a delicate tea drinking ritual.Over the

centuriespoets and artists in China wrote many marvelous masterpiecesin

appreciation of tea and Chinese people’s constant love of tea drinking .One of

the best-known writers is Lu Yuwho was regarded as the “Tea Sage ” for he

composed the first book on tea.In his classic bookhe detailed his studies of

teasuch as the origin of teatea toolstea pickingtea cookingtea ceremony and

well-known areas where tea was grown.And the valuable knowledge he recorded has

laid foundation for modern tea culture development.

Mid-autumn Festival

At this time the people always eat the moon cake, to enjoy looking at the moon, the family member reunite, because that day moon is roundest.There are also many wonderful stories about midautumn festival,too.It comes today! I bought some firecrackers and lanterns.After the big dinner,I hang up the lanterns togerther with my sister and then shoot off firecrackers with my family.It was really funny.We was eating mooncakes as well as watching TV.I had a good time with the big family .I love the festival ,it stand for the tuneful of us.
