上星期日，我们办公室的同事宋老师带着他的爱人去了趟植物园，回来后，向我们展示他们小两口拍摄的照片，真美呀！

看了他们的照片后，我们办公室的几位老师心动了，也想到植物园去看看，和春天留个影。经过商量我们决定周六去一趟植物园。

今天一大早，我就坐上43路公交车去到纪念碑那儿和其他老师会合。当我刚下车就看到王老师也到了，我俩就结伴到旅游一路站牌那儿等其他老师。来到旅游一路站牌，看到黄老师已在那儿等候我们了，只是没有见到任老师，赶紧打电话联系，说已在路上，马上就到。不一会儿任老师来了，看到去植物园的人很多，坐旅游车很拥挤，我们当即决定打的去植物园。

到达植物园时才八点钟，植物园还没开门（植物园八点半开门），来早了。那就耐心等待吧。

开门后，我们迫不及待的向植物园里走去。首先观看的是热带植物展。一走进展厅，映入眼帘的是郁郁葱葱的绿色，高大的芭蕉树，叶子又大又圆的蒲葵，佛手似的仙人树，绿莹莹的发财树……翠绿欲滴，让人流连忘返。

出了展厅，我们向植物园的深处走去，一路上的景色美不胜收。粉红的桃花，嫩黄的迎春花，粉嘟嘟的樱花……竞相开放，争奇斗艳，微风拂来，一阵阵醉人的花香沁入心脾。水面上波光粼粼，不时有一艘艘游艇划过湖面，荡起一圈圈涟漪。游乐场上，不时传来人们的欢声笑语。

我们沐浴在春风里，享受着春天带来的美好生活。

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

People always say in one life, they can’t be sailing plainly, it means

people will meet all kinds of difficulties and they are easy to feel frustrated,

the one who gets over frustration, the one who becomes successful. When we meet

difficulties, we must learn to face it in the optimistic way, so we can see the

hope and have the faith to move on. The difficult moment is just the small

interlude of our lives. As the saying that failure is the mother of success, so

we need to learn lessons from failure and then when the time comes, we will get

successful. Facing frustration is unavoidable, if we can handle it well, we will

win.

I will graduate next year, now I start to worry about my future, I don’t

know what kind of job I should work on, I see the job hunting information from

the Internet, I don’t know whether I should take the chance. My teacher told me

that I need to take every chance, so that I will find what I want.

Graduate season is a sad and busy season. After four years’ study, it is

time to say goodbye to your classmates, the building of the deep relationship

In the modern time, the growth of technology is increasingly developed.

More and more people don’t use their brains when there is no need to use other

instruments. Too much people use technology so that people are lazier and less

healthy than before. They rely on technology too much.

Some believe that modern technology shorten the distance of human. For

instance, people all use cellphone to call friends or family, or computer to

search information, or use QQ, MSN, twitter, blog etc. These modern instruments

shorten the distance between human.

However, others think that it’s just the reverse. Technology makes people

use less face-to-face communication. The contact in real life is less and less.

People do less interaction to each other. In the long term, people will get

depressed without enough communication.

As far as I’m concerned, modern technology provides convenience to people.

It makes people easily to get information. Only could we use it correctly, it

does much contribution to us.

The first fathers day was in June, 5th, 1910, United Stated. In 1909, a

lady called Bruce Dodd put forward that people should establish father’s day. At

that time, people only celebrated the mothers day, but nobody celebrate

fathers day yet. Lady Dodd had lost her mother when she was very young, her

father raised her grew up. Lady Dodd was so thankful for what her father had

done for her that she wrote a letter to the government. In the letter, she

appeals to establish the fathers day. The government accepted her suggestion

and decided that the third Sunday of June is the national father’s day. In 1972,

day.

On this special day, the children usually dedicate flowers to their

fathers. The red roses to those who still alive, while the white ones to the

Without father in the family, home may feel insecure. The father always fights

for the family and support the family. On this day, we can do something for our

fathers. For instance, we can make a breakfast for them, or buy them a nice tie.

We should spend more time with our father, show our love to them.

In the young generation, their lifestyle is different from the old

peoples. They like to stay up and join many night activities, then they wake up

very late. The new expression of brunch fits them so much, which means the

people to have a meal combining with breakfast and lunch. But their health is

under threat. Some young peoples stomach hurts and cant digest food well. In

order to keep healthy, we need to do some exercise and eat food regularly.

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays, everybody does some things

what he like.Last Sunday, Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After

breakfast, Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then

故宫博物院整修完毕后，像一只蜕变的毛毛虫，从破破旧旧的建筑，变成一栋崭新华丽的博物馆。在周末一个雾蒙蒙的早晨，妈妈带我和弟弟到那里，欣赏这些举世闻名的中国文物。

在故宫的展品中，最吸引众人的目光，远近驰名的是三楼的常设展：玉灿珠光。在博物馆一间黑漆漆的展览室里，有许多闪闪发亮的玉器，我最喜欢翠玉白菜和白玉锦荔枝这两个作品。翠玉白菜是用一块上青下白的玉石雕刻而成的，除了会闪闪发亮外，跟真的白菜简直一模一样，连叶上的菜虫都很精细。

你知道什么是锦荔枝吗?它就是苦瓜。在翠玉白菜旁边摆着一块白色的，远看有点像香皂的白玉锦荔枝，它是用一块纯白的玉做成的，雕刻得非常逼真，而且为了使名称更优美，古人把「苦瓜」两个字改称「锦荔枝」，它的美丽让我看的舍不得离开。

「奉天承运，皇帝诏曰。」电视上的太监经常手拿圣旨，大声的宣告皇帝的命令。「布告天下，咸使闻知。」这是清朝朝廷公告时，标准的开头和结尾(不管公告的内容是什么。) 此外，上书给皇帝时，还要用毛笔，把字写得漂漂亮亮的，拿给皇帝看。看来古时候要当个读书人或大臣真是困难，除了要知识渊博外，还要把字写得漂漂亮亮的，才不用担心皇帝会因为字写得丑，而没耐心看下去了。

接下来我们走进一间摆满画着蓝花青龙的碗、瓶的房间，看到精美的清朝盛世工艺。随便一个宫中用的瓷器，都画满了精致的花纹。妈妈对着一个绘有水墨画的磁杯欣赏了好久，笑着说：「要是用这么一个绝美的瓷杯来喝下午茶，那绝对是个很棒的感觉吧!」只是我想手上拿着这么漂亮的瓷器，应该会有点压力吧!

故宫博物院里一个个美丽的收藏品，在我的脑海里不停的徘徊着，让我很想继续回到过去，看看古代宫廷或民间用的漂亮器具，想象他们生活的情景。可惜时间不够，我们决定下次再来，一览精致的艺术品和古物，进入一趟丰富的世界文明之旅。

创新，是一个民族发展的动力，没有了创新，整个民族就是死水一潭;没有了创新，一个民族前进的脚步将步履维艰;没有了创新，一个民族就会被历史遗弃。当600岁故宫成为“网红”，当《上新了·故宫》等文化节目相继播出，我想竖起拇指，为故宫新院长单霁翔点赞;我想伸出双手，为故宫上新喝彩!

有道是：一流的人创新;二流的人模仿;三流的人盲从。创新，是一个民族进步的灵魂，是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。过往的故宫，表面上看，它是世界五大“博物馆”中的一个，可是游客走进故宫，大多数宫殿都看不到，只能沿着中轴线走1700多米，而且看不到什么文物——故宫的绝大多数国宝都堆积在灰暗的仓房里，蓬头垢面，不见天日……长期以来，“故宫博物院”其实徒有其名，它仅仅是作为一个旅游景点的存在而与“博物院”没有多少关系……

有人曾说过：“一个不懂得发现的人，只能生活在狭小的空洞里。而一个不懂得创新的人，则使那个空洞更加乏味。”斯言不谬!单霁翔院长没有沿袭前五位院长的脚印把自己局限在原来故宫的“空洞”里，而是走出了自己的一条创新之路，于是，单霁翔院长不仅收获了属于自己的创新果实，还为中国百姓带来了一个全新的、趣味十足的故宫，让人们真正领会了中国故宫文化的气魄与魅力。

诚然，创新，是信息时代天然的伴随物，但并不是少数高精尖科学家的专利。创新，是一个人、一个民族、一个国家所必需的一种精神。从单霁翔院长身上，我们知晓，创新是一种勇气，创新是一种智慧。无论我们在哪个领域，如果我们有创新意识，敢于独辟蹊径，就可以在未知的森林里发现前所未有的美丽与神奇……

故宫上新了，文化创新了，中国传统活起来了——我要为单霁翔院长的创新精神点赞，我要为故宫上新喝彩!

The 2012 Summer Olympic Games, London 2012 are scheduled to take place in

London, United Kingdom, from 27 July to 12 August 2012. London was selected as

the host city on 6 July 2005. London made great efforts to compete for the

Olympic Games. However, because of the financial crisis in 2008, London met many

troubles in Finance. London has successfully held two Olympic Games before, the

fourthin 1908 and the 14th in1948. This Games have a total of 26 items, and will

produce 302 gold medals. We hope that our Chinese athletes can get good results

in this Games.

The air we breathe is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet without it we could not survive more than a few minutes. For the most part, the same air is available to everyone, and everyone needs it. Some people use the air to sustain them while they sit around and feel sorry for themselves. Others breathe in the air and use the energy it provides to make a magnificent life for themselves.

Opportunity is the same way. It is everywhere. Opportunity is so freely available that we take it for granted. Yet opportunity alone is not enough to create success. Opportunity must be seized and acted upon in order to have value. So many people are so anxious to "get in" on a "ground floor opportunity", as if the opportunity will do all the work. Thats impossible.
