正月十五元宵节，客家人都有游大龙的习俗。大龙是用纸、竹篾和木板做成的。从傍晚三四点开始，有游龙的家庭便把一节节的龙灯抬出来，到指定的地点拼接起来，整条龙约有40~100节不等。龙尾是单独擎立的举着，距离龙身数十米外。表示着“神龙见首不见尾”。

游龙拼接好后，点上蜡烛。各家各户的青壮年身上都捆着一个牛皮做的碗状小兜用来抬撑杆。大龙头前点着火铳，还有抬灯照明队，锣鼓队……游龙所到之处，每家每户都要燃松香迎接大龙，以求龙的保佑。游行直到夜里十一点才快要结束。年轻人们在此时异常兴奋，手持大龙，忽左忽右，忽快忽慢，使那大龙表现出呼风唤雨，翻江倒海的天性。人与人之间的摩擦和碰撞，使得大龙遍体鳞伤，但快乐无穷……

各个学校的实验班基本上都要求在初二结束前把初中的内容讲完，因此，进入初二之后，学习进度的加快是显而易见的。在初一阶段，实验班的教学主要是在难度上进行加深;而到了初二以后，难度变大，速度变快，学科增多，因此提前掌握基本的知识点是非常有必要的。如果我们不能够提前对所学知识进行一定的了解，在知识点比较难以理解的时候，就很难跟上初二的学习步伐。

我是一个普通的初中生，没有什么特别的，也没有什么特别的技能，但这并不意味着我在各方面都和别人一样，因为在这个世界上每个人都是独一无二的。

说到优势，我要花很长时间去思考。经过这么长时间的思考，我认为诚实应该算一个。诚实是做人的底线，也是在这个社会立足和立业的基础。我是这样认为的，也是这样做的。例如，有时我错过了作业，但当我收到作业时，我不会抄袭别人。如果我不做，我就不做。抄袭作业的行为欺骗了老师、我自己和我的家人，也是对自己不负责任的表现。又如，我通常尽力完成别人委托我做的事情，因为那是别人委托给我的责任。

缺点是第n次方的优点。我最大的缺点是脾气暴躁。我在学校很少释放“爆炸物”。最多，我只是不开心。但是如果我生气了，我的“力量”估计会像氢弹一样大。但是别担心，我更有原则，我不会随便对人发脾气。不久前，班上发生了一件“大事”，这也深深地触动了我，所以坏脾气必须改变。另一个是效率低，书写不好，必须改变，否则会成为今后学习的绊脚石。

在进入，上初中的这两年里，我一直在丢东西，不断地收集东西。我失去的是冰，心理障碍，坏习惯和不良行为。收集到的是知识、友谊、做人的真理和对事物的态度。我想吸收好的，唾弃坏的，这样我就可以改正我的缺点，巩固我的优点，把“缺点和优点”变成“优点和缺点”。

Im a boy and I am 12 yeas old, there are 4 people in my family. My father is a Chemistry teacher. He teaches chemistry in Zhengxin senior high school. My mother is a Chinese teacher. She teaches Chinese in the university.

I have an elder brother; he is a junior middle school student and is preparing for the entrance exam. Im tall and I have a pair of big eyes. Now, I am in Grade 5, my study is not very good, but I like English, so my English is better than others. I like singing, drawing, playing basketball. I like to read English story books in my free time.

Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the English study materials. Because it also enlarges my vocabulary words. I think one day I can master English. Thank you.

我的名字叫黎圆圆，我是男孩，今年12岁，我们家有四口人，爸爸是一个化学老师，他在正心高中教化学，妈妈是个语文老师，她在大学里教书，我有一个哥哥，他是初中生，他准备参加入学考试，我很长的很高，眼睛很大，现在我已经五年级了，我学习不是非常好，但是我喜欢英语，所以我的英语比别的科目好，我喜欢唱歌、画画、打篮球，在空余的时间我喜欢读英语故事书，有时也会上网和并下载英语学习资料，因为这样可以增加我的词汇量，我想我会掌握好英语。

随着一声哇哇的啼哭，一个新生儿诞生了。听妈妈说，那时候的我很爱哭，而且还很淘气。因为爸爸那时候工作忙，只得把我扔给妈妈一个人照顾，当时妈妈正在医院，还要看好我这个淘气包，听说那时可费了不少劲。

四岁那年，刚上幼儿园。第一次听妈妈说要送我到幼儿园时，记得那天哭了一晚上，还以为他们不要了。第二天妈妈要送我去的时候我死活也不肯去，又是装病装傻，结果还是被妈妈和老师硬拖进了教室。在班上我认识了许多年龄跟我差不多大的小伙伴，从此就爱上了幼儿园。每天早上都是我拉着妈妈去幼儿园门口的。

七岁，转眼间，进入了小学。当时的我是对幼儿园有多么的不舍啊!从一个充满欢乐每天做游戏的教室，变成了一个除了上课只有写作业的教室。原本熟悉亲切的老师也变成了陌生、长着一张大头脸的老师。为此，我还逃了很多次学，可都被那个木头脸的老师给拽回了教室。手上写着检讨，头顶上还挨着老师的批评。

一转眼，又过了五年，这时我到了初中，初中变得成熟稳重起来。由于刚升入初中时，我像是被幸运星砸中了一般，在班上考了个第三名，导致每次考试只要不过前五，就得自觉地回到家低着头，等待着爸妈的批评。但每次他们都只是说：“你长大了，给你留点面子，下次再敢考成这样你试试!”其实，我心里明白，他们只是舍不得打我罢了。只得自己在房间里重重的甩自己一巴掌。

这就是我，一个从淘气爱哭变成成熟稳重，时不时还会有些小脾气的我。

The first day is for the welcoming of the deities of the heavens and earth, officially beginning at midnight. Many people, especially Buddhists, abstain from meat consumption on the first day because it is believed that this will ensure longevity for them. Some consider lighting fires and using knives to be bad luck on New Years Day, so all food to be consumed is cooked the day before. For Buddhists, the first day is also the birthday of Maitreya Bodhisattva (better known as the more familiar Budai Luohan), the Buddha-to-be. People also abstain from killing animals.

Most importantly, the first day of Chinese New Year is a time when families visit the oldest and most senior members of their extended family, usually their parents, grandparents or great-grandparents.

Some families may invite a lion dance troupe as a symbolic ritual to usher in the Lunar New Year as well as to evict bad spirits from the premises. Members of the family who are married also give red packets containing cash to junior members of the family, mostly children and teenagers.

While fireworks and firecrackers are traditionally very popular, some regions have banned them due to concerns over fire hazards, which have resulted in increased number of fires around New Years and challenged municipal fire departments work capacity. For this reason, various city governments (e.g., Hong Kong, and Beijing, for a number of years) issued bans over fireworks and firecrackers in certain premises of the city. As a substitute, large-scale fireworks have been launched by governments in cities like Hong Kong to offer citizens the experience.

Since I watched the movie and was attracted by the girl who was dancing like an angel, I wanted to be her. I told my mother that I wanted to take the dance class. She was very happy and took me to the dance studio. At first, I practised so hard and felt great to make progress step by step. But a month passed, I felt so bored to do the same movement everyday, and I wanted to quit the class. But thinking about letting my mother down and if I gave up this time, I would do the same thing next time, so I decided to insist. This was the road that I chose, so I can’t give up.

因为我看了一部电影，被一个跳舞跳得像天使的女孩吸引了，所以我就想要像她一样。我告诉我的母亲，我想学舞蹈课。她很高兴地带我去舞蹈工作室。一开始，我很努力练习，一步一步取得进步让我感觉棒极了。但一个月过去了，我感到很厌烦因为每天做同样的运动，我想要退学。但是想到这会让我的妈妈失望，而且如果我这一次放弃了，下一次我还会做同样的事情，所以我决定坚持下去。这是我选择的路，所以我不能放弃。
