看完这个故事，我的心灵被强烈地震撼了，感触很深，不由得想到了在四川汶川地震中英勇献身的老师们：将女生推出教室而被横梁击碎头盖骨的王周明老师;怀抱三名学生而被倒塌房屋压在身上的舞蹈老师汤鸿;为救学生身体被倒下的水泥横梁砸成几截的年轻老师向倩;用血肉之躯护住4名学生而遇难的谭千秋老师;为学生挡下坍塌石砖的两位老师：张来亚、联芳……灾区的这些老师用实际行动向世人诠释了“爱生如子”的朴素品质，他们那悲壮的举动与“老羚羊”不是异曲同工吗?这些英雄的老师用自己的血肉之躯保护学生的安全，舍弃自己的生命而换取了学生的生命，这是人类最高尚的优秀品质!

然而，在这次特大的震灾中，未必每位老师都有这样的献身精神，同样也不乏 “范跑跑”这样不和谐的声音———四川都江堰光亚中学的老师范美忠在地震来临时，抛下学生不管，以闪电般的速度第一个冲出教室跑到安全的操场上，其后还在博客上自鸣得意：“只有为了我的女儿我才可能考虑牺牲自我，其他的人，哪怕是我的母亲，在这种情况下我也不会管的。”

总有一种动力，让我们义无反顾的向前跑。

对于我来说，生活中的这些动力来源有很多。朋友、家长、同学。这些人都会给予我很大的动力。

Ihave three reasons to support my view. Firstly, playing team sports helpstudents cooperate with others more easily and enhance their teamconsciousness. Disappointed at my study results, I didn’t want to go to school any longer. I found a temporary job during my summer vacation. Because I was poor in knowledge, the manager only asked me to deliver newspapers from house to house.

我们又来到海边游泳，海水一浪接一浪地扑到我身上，啊!真舒服!海水把海边的沙冲走了，脚踩在沙滩上，软绵绵的，感觉真好!

我们在海边捡了很多贝壳，形状各不相同，有大的、有小的、有三角形的、有栯圆形的，颜色多种多样，美丽极了!

吃过晚饭后，我们又到沙滩捉螃蟹，发现了一只小小的螃蟹，我迅速的用手把它捉住了。啊!真的是大收获，我们一共捉到六只螃蟹。 我们就高高兴兴地回到酒店了。

这次旅游使我学到了很多知识，也是我最高兴的一次。
