开学前夕，我观看了中央电视台的《开学第一课》廖智又一次出现在了我的视野里，这一次她更为详细的介绍了自己失去双腿后的奋斗历程，这难道不是人们所追求，所赞颂，所弘扬的正能量吗?像社会上那些拾金不昧、路不拾遗、乐于助人，为救他人奉献出自己宝贵的生命的好人们。难道也不是人们所追求，所赞颂，所弘扬的正能量吗?

生活中的正能量无处不在，可能是随手捡起一张废纸，可能是给老爷爷让个座。关键在于改变我们自己，我们改变不了社会环境，但可以改变我们自己;我们改变不了过去的遗憾，但可以改变现在的自己;我们改变不了生命的长度，但可以改变生命的宽度。改变了，正能量就扑面而来。

《鲁滨逊漂流记》这本书，我一开始以为它是一本单纯的冒险小说，可读完后，我认为我错了，一个高大的形象时时浮现在我的眼前，他就是勇敢的探险家、航海家鲁滨逊。

这本书主要讲述的是鲁滨逊在19岁时背着父母报名做了水手去航海时遇到暴风，漂到一个荒芜人烟的小岛上，在岛上一个人生活了28年。28年！在生活中，我们往往因为家长迟来接自已而惊慌，而鲁滨逊孤身一人在荒岛上生活了28年，究竟是什么样的一种力量，让他如此冷静？是他要活下来的坚定信心，是举世无双的勇气和智慧，是对待生活乐观积极的态度！他敢于同恶劣的环境作斗争，勤奋劳动，把小岛经营得有条不紊，在逆境中，他锻炼了自已，成就了一番不平凡的事业。

跟自已比比，我从生下来到现在，父母早已为我们铺设好了天梯，他们关爱着我，我的生活就像有一层防护罩，让我不能独立面对生活！如果我自已一个人到一座孤岛上，我肯定会先无助地大哭一场，再昏睡在一棵树下，而一直睡，我肯定会饿死，不会自已去寻找食物，如果真的去寻找食物，半路上再遇到野人的脚印时，恐惧绝对会占据我的大脑，总觉得背后有人，自已被自已吓唬个半死，我一定不会像鲁滨逊那样冷静，会像无头苍蝇一样四处乱撞，惊慌失措。在生活中，我不太有自已的主见，总听别人的指挥，但将来在社会上，是不会有人帮助你的，离开了他人，我的命运就只有失败。

读了《鲁滨逊漂流记》这本书，我真正觉得，当困难来临时，不能恐惧，一定要沉着冷静，去抱有乐观积极的心态去对待，只要勇于战胜困难，向困难挑战，就一定能推开代表成功的那扇大门。

周六下午，我去万达上课，上完课我准备和Sunny姐姐一起去公交车站，在去的路上，我看到一个差不多和我爷爷辈的男的， 穿着很接地气的衣裳，挑着个扁担在街边上卖香姑娘（一种水果）。香姑娘，顾名思义，它有一种独特的香气，至于姑娘嘛，我想应该是因为它的外面有一层像大衣一样，宽松的、褐色的、薄薄的一层皮，皮的里面躲着羞涩的果实，果实是黄色的，圆圆的，有一点像小西红柿。

香姑娘见到的不多，既然看到了，那当然要买一些。问了价格15元一斤，“那就要10块钱的吧。”我说。“行”他拿起袋子抓了一把。“里面有没有坏的？”“放心吧，你看都是好的，放心吧小姑娘。"他自信的说。等他把袋子挂到秤上后，我又说了一句：“别给我少秤。”于是他把秤给我看了一下，七两，虽然没怎么用过秤，但妈妈教我认过秤。还是能看懂的。看完后他又下意识地抓了一把放进去了。付完钱后我就走了。

回到家后，我拿出奶奶的秤又称了一下，我想或许是因为我不太放心。称完后我惊呆了，少了足足二两，我想想算了吧就当是用来长知识了——街边上卖东西的会少秤。等我打开袋子开始吃的时候，发现总共才二十多个香姑娘，居然有六七个是烂的。这让我很气愤，我气的并不是我多花了钱，而是现在生意人的诚信呢？总是把自己的东西说得天花乱坠，事实上呢？

后来妈妈告诉我，这些人用的几乎是二八秤，或是三七秤。二八秤在秤上看是一斤，事实上只有八两。三七秤也差不多，在秤上看是一斤，其实只有七两。

他们为什么要用这种秤呢？无非是为一斤多赚几块钱，但是难道他们的诚信就只值几块钱吗？答案是一定的，当然不是。但有一些人自己贬低了自己，那没办法，因为是你自己把无价的诚信变成了几块钱，那谁也帮不了你。

所以说由此可见，一个人的诚信值多少钱，是他自己所定的，但有些人所做所为让他的诚信变得一文不值。我们一定要有诚信，说到做到，不要信口开河。这样会让我们彼些之间多一条诚信架起的信任桥梁。

I will finish my middle school life soon, before I graduate, I need to take part in a very important test and it will decide which high school I will be in. I am so nervous now, I want to do my best and go to the ideal high school. My mother told me yesterday that no matter how the result was, she would be happy for me. She did not want me to have too much pressure and she believed me I could do well. Thinking about my mother’s words, I am not nervous now, what’s more, all of my families support me so much. The result is not that important, happiness comes first.

我很快就要结束初中的生活了，在我毕业前，我需要参加一场很重要的考试，那就会决定我上哪所高中。我现在很紧张，我想要尽力做到最好，进入到理想的高中。妈妈昨天告诉我无论结果怎么样，她都会为我感到开心。她不想要我有太多的压力，她相信我能做得好。想到妈妈的话语，我现在不紧张了，而且，我所有的家人都很支持我。结果不是那么的重要，开心才是最重要的。
