在我童年时代，有很多很多的小伙伴，跟我时间最长、最要好的就是邵柯铭了。邵柯铭今年十岁，在实验小学四年级读书，因为每天来回奔波，本来比我还瘦的他渐渐地结实了起来，能吃能睡，已经有了小“将军肚”，再加上圆圆的脸蛋，黑黑的眼睛显得特别可爱。邵柯铭和我一样有个坏毛病，就是经常丢三落四，他妈妈也拿他没有办法。邵柯铭的特长是英语口语，虽然我听不懂他叽里呱啦说的是什么，但是我能感觉到他英语说得很流利。邵柯铭的爱好是玩电脑游戏，而且很上瘾，不管去谁家，他都闹着玩电脑。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

And the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup my wife got a serious cold so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. I look forward to the next spring festival.

车缓缓停了。

大家都悄悄地下了车，生怕声音太大，惊醒了太阳，赶走了雾凇。细看，发现白霜先爬上黑黢黢的树枝，紧接着一小部分凝结在一起。一点一点向上延伸，仿佛想伸直自己的背脊，一根根小突起的如刺猬身上的刺一般。整根树枝都被扎入了白刺，被大自然填上了皑白的头发和胡须。

时间在最后一根冰刺凝结的那一刹那冻住，没有过多华丽的装饰，没有叽叽喳喳的吵闹声，一切都宁静而安详。

忽的，远处送来一阵寒风，我不禁打了个哆嗦。再抬眼时，发觉漫天都已是丝丝冰絮，被风吹的神摇摇而意惚惚，随风漾去远方。树上除了一星半点的白之外，都被迫脱下了白色的貂衣，露出黝黑的树干。

我忍不住谴责这风来得冒失。待到冰絮都尘埃落定，再次融入脚底的雪后，一切都归回最初。雾凇来时，孑然一身，它离开时，亦不曾有一样东西记载了他的踪迹。

我揉了揉被风吹翳了的眼睛，却又感到几分庆幸，偶然捕捉到的惊喜，让我这一路都带着一副好心情。

一、充分准备，打好基础。

尊重生命是护生的最根本的原则，但在人们为了食用肉食，而伤害动物的影响下，人们对杀害动物已显得稀松平常，当然对动物的尊重也消失得无影无踪。许多人都以不合法的方式，抓走或是破坏动物的栖息地，动物跟人其实是一样的，他们如果对人发展攻击，也是因为他们想维护自己生存的权利。除此之外，社会新闻也常出现一些有关 父母伤害小孩的事件，有些小孩一出生就被抛弃，有些小孩被父母虐待，甚至直接杀死小孩，小孩是父母身上的一块肉，但为什么他们可以做出如此残忍的事？他们等于抛弃自己的一块肉，他们早已迷失了所谓的“良心”。

爱惜生命是护生的最根本的原则，我们除了要尊重别人的生命，也要爱惜自己的生命。有些人因 为一时的挫折，而选择走上自杀这条路，但为什么不想想那些天生有缺陷的人？他们虽然有缺陷，但是他们却化缺陷为一种个人特色，并以乐观的心情面对，他们比 我们更坚强、更懂得生命的真理。而我认为每个人都是独一无二的，没有谁可以取代谁，我们应该欣赏自己独特的生命并珍惜它，因为这是上帝赐给每给人最好的礼物。

生命是无价的，没有任何东西可以换取生命，所以我们更应该珍惜生命，也要尊重别人生存的权利。尊重别人的生命，也是对自已生命的一种敬重 ，当我们懂得去维护别人生存的权利时，我想我们自然而然也不会做出伤害自己的事，等到那时候，我们就能领悟赋予重大意义的护生智慧。
