With the gloomy prospect of returning to school, many students could suffer from post-holiday syndrome, which refers to a general feeling of depression before returning to campus life, which is caused by irregular lifestyles during the holiday. This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

my winter holiday is very dull. i stay at home for most of time. sometimes i visit my friends and play basketball with them. sometimes we go shopping.

I spent this holiday very quick, on the 1st May, we went to the Zoo, there were crowded there, so many travelers coming from all over the country to have some fun during the holidays.On 2nd May, I visited my relatives with my parents, we had a great lunch together, the resturant were crowded as well.On 3rd May, we went to shopping in the mall, after the shopping we went to watch a new movie. This year’s National Day I went to Beihai for travel with my friends. As we were afraid Beihai will be too many people on National Day, so we went there on Oct.4. Our first stop is to the Bei Hai silver beach. We found ther are huge people on the beach. Outside the beach, we can’t see the sea but only people. Though I was shock, we still joined the people on the beach quickly. We swam in the sea and played with each other. We all felt happy about that trip.
